Chapter 211 The Purple Pillar of Light in The Morning
***
The next day.
Sky Sword District, Lilith City.
That morning, Lewis and the others practiced as usual. The exercises assigned to them were not heavy ones, but light exercises that helped relax their bodies. Lewis led the exercise, followed by Sara and the other Shadow Ruler members.
Aaron was still inside the house, the flag of authority hovering right before him with Visiri's purple pattern black flag fluttering ahead of him. He touched his forehead and inserted a speck of his soul consciousness into the flag.
Purple light flashed on the flag, indicating that it was active and ready to be used. Magic fluctuations were created and felt strong, thumping every five seconds and spreading throughout the house.
Aerith stepped out of the room, she gasped to see Aaron sitting cross-legged on the floor with the flag of authority floating right before him. Aerith smiled, Aaron was beginning to understand how this thing worked.
Aaron's two palms came together, sending an intense blast of magic in the place. Not long after that, Aaron directed his purple magic forward, activating the Flag of Authority.
[Flag of Authority has been activated]
[Owner: Aaron Lewis]
[Level: 325]
[CAUTION!]
[The system cannot detect the power of the Flag of Authority]
[The use of undetected power could potentially injure the Host]
Aaron nodded with a serious face. He still maintained his motion while ordering the Flag of Authority to activate the Forgiveness Order.
Purple magic energy gathered around Aaron and the Flag of Authority. The purple magic energy continued to rotate clockwise with magic particles scattering the surrounding area.
Suddenly a purple pillar of light towered from inside the house, the pillar's considerable diameter and the height of the pillar of light left people shocked, stunned.
Lewis stopped his short exercise, got up and saw that there was an abundance of magical energy accumulated in that place.
From the characteristics of the events that occurred, as well as through Lewis' shared eye sight with Aaron, Lewis knew that Aaron was using the Flag of Authority.
"What's going on?" Karen asked Lewis.
"Aaron... he's using the Flag of Authority," Lewis replied.
"The Flag of Authority? But what for?" asked Karen.

There was no way for Lewis to tell Karen the reason Aaron did the Forgiveness Order to remove the red title on him. That would make Karen suspicious that Aaron had killed people, again.
"I don't know."
The purple pillar of light continued to rise high accompanied by an intense magical boom in the first few minutes.
Eloise, who was at Sky Sword HQ, watched the purple pillar of light. Again, Eloise wondered about what Aaron was doing.
"What is it, Ms. Eloise?" asked Aldo, coming over to Eloise who was glued to the window of Sky Sword's throne hall, watching the towering purple light.
"Go to where the pillar of light is coming from, Aldo. Make sure nothing bad happens," Eloise ordered.
Aldo said yes. He and several core members of the Sky Sword left the Sky Sword HQ to arrive at the location of the purple pillar of light, while Eloise was still in the Sky Sword throne hall.
'Last night, the Mighty Shark was destroyed and burned. Now, a purple pillar of light appeared. What exactly is going on?
Just as Eloise was exploring all the possibilities regarding the two events, the door to the throne hall opened. It wasn't Aldo or the high-ranking officials of the 25th Sky Sword who came in, but Emily.
Eloise turned her head, and to her shock, she saw Emily back in the form of a 12-year-old girl again, unlike yesterday who was still in the posture of an 18-year-old teenage girl. Eloise panicked, she stepped closer to Emily to ask why the curse had reappeared.
"Aaron said, my curse didn't disappear, but deactivated," Emily replied, nonchalantly.
"Aaron? What more did he tell you?" asked Eloise.
"He said he'd talk to you, about my curse of course."
Eloise shook her head. It seemed that the fate of herself and her sister could not be separated from Aaron, the young man appeared from nowhere and had a big impact on her and her sister.
If Aaron was planning to talk to Eloise, then he should be in this place. However, what she saw was completely different. Eloise did not see Aaron's figure arrive after Emily entered the throne room.
"Where is he?" asked Eloise.
"He's still at the Shadow Ruler's base. There's still a match in the Pre-Qualification round that Lewis and Karen have to go through," Emily replied.
"Alright. I'll go there and talk to him directly, while watching the match."
"Eh? Wait! What?"
Elsewhere, the purple pillar of light faded as time passed. The magical boom that had been intense, gradually faded away until it was no longer felt by those around the Shadow Ruler's base.

[Red title duration erased]

Aldo arrived before the Shadow Ruler's base, surprising Lewis and the others. As the leader of the Shadow Ruler's group, Lewis was fully obligated to greet Aldo and ask about the man's intentions.
"We want to confirm the origin of the purple pillar of light," Aldo said, seeing that the pillar had completely disappeared.
From inside the house, Aaron stepped out with his hand holding the flag of authority. The appearance of Aaron's figure with the flag surprised many people, including Aldo and some of his men.
Not only that, the red title that was originally displayed above Aaron's head also faded until it disappeared. Aldo swallowed his saliva deeply, knowing what item Aaron was holding.
'The flag of the Authority! How could he have it? Even Ms. Eloise doesn't have it,' Aldo said.
Aaron felt Aldo's gaze focused on his flag of authority. Not wanting to make him feel uncomfortable, he put the flag into his storage and spoke casually with Aldo.
"You don't need to be so strict. He's just Eloise's aide. He's not our enemy," Aaron said, trying to calm Lewis down, Lewis nodded in understanding.
The man bowed his head and apologized for the noise he had made due to the purple pillar of light. He didn't expect the pillar of light to attract the attention of the Sky Sword 25th.
"It's alright. Ms. Eloise assigned us to come to confirm something. Apparently, the situation is gradually improving," Aldo replied.
"The situation is improving. Thank you for your concern," Aaron said.
"No problem. Today, Sky Sword is quite preoccupied with one issue, which is the destruction of the Mighty Shark group," said Aldo.
'So, they already realized it, huh? Did he and Sky Sword 25th suspect me?' Aaron asked.
Aldo explained that they were still looking for authentic evidence of who destroyed the group. It might take a long time because of the charred bodies.
"Hopefully you can find any evidence there," said Aaron.
Because time was tight. Aaron said goodbye to Aldo because they had to arrive at the Dimension Justice Arena soon. Aldo said yes, wishing the best for Aaron and Shadow Ruler.
They walked from that place with the aim of arriving at the Dimension Justice Arena. Because of Shadow Ruler's several great victories, people began to show respect for them.
None of them insulted or demonized Shadow Ruler anymore because they knew what Lewis and Karen's capacity was.
Arriving at the Dimension Justice Arena, Aaron was immediately startled by the shrill call of a girl. It was Emily and she came in a casual suit.
Even more surprising was the woman beside Emily, Eloise. Aaron didn't expect that Eloise would come to the arena in the Pre-Qualification round, where the rank low groups fought.
'It seems that she came to talk to me, not enjoy the match.'
'Damn! What exactly did Emily say to her?'
What do you think?
