“Why?” Everyone was gaping in astonishment.

“It’s a long story,” Xiao Han said helplessly as he glanced at the group, “Is it really okay to just stand here and talk like this?”

“It’s fine!” Everyone was eager to know the details, to understand why Xiao Han wanted to ruin Fang Hao’s restaurant, and what means he used to bring down Yujian Restaurant. They all found it odd and surprising.

“Alright, then I’ll explain everything from beginning to end!” Xiao Han smiled and then said, “You all know about Hanmen Restaurant, right?”

“We do!” Zhang Feng nodded.

“Don’t tell me this restaurant is yours, I won’t believe it even if you beat me to death!” Liu Bin hurriedly said.

“Yes, it really is mine!” Xiao Han said helplessly.

“What?!” Everyone was shocked, their eyes nearly popping out, and their mouths gaping open. Especially Zhang Dagou, with his mouth so wide open that an egg could almost fit in it. Liu Bin quickly asked, “Damn, it’s really your doing? Was there competition between the two restaurants?”

“Yes!” Xiao Han nodded and said, “Fang Hao targeted Hanmen Restaurant first, so, out of necessity, I had to retaliate. I always said, if nobody offends me, I won’t offend anybody, but if someone offends me, I’ll annihilate them. Yujian Restaurant has already been brought down by me.”

This was probably the most shocking news they had heard all year. They hadn’t expected that such a popular restaurant in University Town was actually run by their dorm brother.

“Xiao Han, how much money does your store make a month?” Zhang Feng asked in surprise.

“Xiao Han, when did you get such a business mind?” Liu Bin blurted out.

“Xiao Han, next time we go to eat, can we eat for free?” Zhang Dagou asked excitedly.

The three of them blurted out the questions that were on their minds. But the questions they asked also reflected their personalities. Zhang Feng came from a poor family and was sensitive about money matters. Liu Bin, clearly not lacking money, was more interested in Xiao Han’s business acumen, showing that Liu Bin was very interested in such business opportunities. As for Zhang Dagou, a typical foodie, one person could eat as much as several people in the dormitory.

“Don’t hire him, the money he earns won’t even cover his food costs,” Liu Bin laughed, “Xiao Han, how about letting me invest? Later on, we can expand Hanmen Restaurant throughout the provincial city and create a chain brand. It would have a huge impact and also make money like running water.”

“Actually, Hanmen Restaurant already has several locations,” Xiao Han revealed another bombshell as he laughed, “There are already three in Linjiang City. This one is the fourth in the provincial city.”

“Damn!” Everyone was even more stunned.

“Xiao Han, you must be worth over ten million by now, right?” Zhang Feng said in surprise.

“About that,” Xiao Han said with an embarrassed face, “Actually, money isn’t that easy to make. It’s not as easy as you guys think.”

“When do we start?” Zhang Feng asked eagerly.

“Then what are we waiting for!” Zhang Dagou hurriedly said. “Let’s start today?”

“Hold on, since we need to take covert pictures, we need equipment!” Xiao Han laughed. “I’ve already ordered a set online specifically for tracking and covert photography. It will arrive tomorrow.”

Xiao Han and Zhang Feng were more agile and suited for following and covert photography. As for Zhang Dagou, he was assigned to tail the subject specifically.

After some discussion, they quickly formed a detailed battle plan.

Fang Hao drove out of the school, annoyed and puzzled because his smear campaign against Xiao Han hadn’t worked as planned. He had to drive to find Liu Hao, wondering why there had been no action from Dao Ye’s side after so many days.

“Xiaohao, don’t worry,” Liu Hao laughed. “I’ve already reached an agreement with Dao Ye.”

“It’s been several days, why hasn’t there been any movement?” Fang Hao asked anxiously. “Dao Ye isn’t going to stand us up, is he?”

“Xiaohao, I heard you clashed with that guy Xiao Han again yesterday?” Liu Hao asked cheerfully.

“Yeah,” Fang Hao nodded and said, “Many people saw Xiao Han and Lan Yudie walking hand in hand yesterday, so I took the chance to spread rumors on the forum, hoping to disgust both Xiao Han and Lan Yudie so they would have to split up. I want Xiao Han to taste the agony of losing his beloved.”

“Hahaha…” Fang Hao laughed and said, “Forget about Li Xiaoya, she isn’t someone just anyone can handle.”

“Hehe…” Liu Hao’s mouth lifted in a smile. “Now that I’ve got something on Xiao Han, I can arrange a meeting with Li Xiaoya and have a good talk with her.”

“Right!” Fang Hao quickly nodded. “How come I didn’t think of that? With this evidence, I believe Li Xiaoya will kick that pretty boy Xiao Han to the curb very soon.”
