Chapter 334: Chapter 334: Clash
“Zhang Feng, what is this?” Xiao Han asked curiously.
“Hehe, it’s a stick!” Zhang Feng laughed and said, “I rarely use it to fight. I only use it in very urgent moments.”
“What material is it made of?” Xiao Han asked curiously.
“I don’t know what metal it is,” Zhang Feng shook his head and said, “I found a black stone on a mountain when I was in middle school. It glowed in the sunlight. So I picked it up and showed it to the blacksmith in our village. He said it was a Meteorite from Beyond the Heavens, but I didn’t know what that was. He offered to make me a stick out of it as a gift!”
“So it’s not an earth-derived material?” Xiao Han expressed surprise.
“Yep!” Zhang Feng nodded.
Xiao Han curiously took the metal stick from Zhang Feng’s hands. The corners of his mouth curved into a surprised smile. Indeed, it was incredibly astonishing. The stick, which seemed just under half a meter in length, felt exceptionally heavy.
“Wow, it’s really heavy!” Xiao Han said in surprise.
“Right!” Zhang Feng nodded and said, “Although it’s only forty-five centimeters, it weighs a full twenty-eight jin.”
“Denser than metal!” Xiao Han exclaimed.
“Yep!” Zhang Feng nodded and said, “It’s very fierce in a fight and hurts a lot when it hits someone. With all my strength, I can use this stick to break a tree as thick as my arm. It’s quite intimidating.”
“That’s so amazing!” Curious, Xiao Han weighed the metal stick in his hand. It was indeed heavy, and he felt like there was something hidden within.
“Let’s go!” At this moment, Liu Bin spoke up, “No matter how powerful this stick is, it’s still just a stick. It’s nothing compared to my gun.”
“They’re incomparable!” Zhang Feng chuckled and said, “But I prefer using a stick.”
Everyone then packed up their tools. Liu Bin tucked his gun into his waistband, and Zhang Dagou did the same with his gun, akin to a Kuomintang spy. Xiao Han glanced at the gun, then stuffed it into his pocket. The group walked out together.
They arrived at the school gate and quickly hailed a car, heading straight for the Da Fuhao Entertainment Club.
Zhang Dagou took the passenger seat, his tall and bulky figure necessitating it—squeezing him into the back would leave room for only one more person. Xiao Han and the others crowded into the back seat, and although it was a tight fit, they managed. Fortunately, the journey wasn’t far, and they would soon reach their destination.
Forty minutes later, the taxi arrived.
Xiao Han laid down a hundred yuan bill. After the four men got out of the car, they all had a particularly solemn look on their faces—the Da Fuhao Entertainment Club was within reach. At the entrance, a bright sign seemed imposing, and at the gate, a group of unruly youth gathered, smoking and chatting.
Zhang Dagou chuckled and said, “It isn’t as scary as I imagined.”
“Let’s go!” Liu Bin tossed his hair and said, “We have guns, what’s there to be afraid of?”
Zhang Feng took the lead and walked toward the interior of the Da Fuhao Entertainment Club. Xiao Han quickly followed, with Zhang Dagou and Liu Bin swiftly on their heels.
The four men walked side by side with an imposing air.
The unruly youths at the door stepped aside to make way for them.
The two men in suits standing at the door sensed trouble and immediately tried to stop Xiao Han and the others, saying, “Who are you? Do you have a reservation?”
Bang bang!
Zhang Feng swung his stick fiercely at the two men.
Thud…
The two men immediately coughed up blood and fell, smashed against the door. They slumped down limply, without even a chance to struggle or cry out. Zhang Dagou quickly said from behind, “Madman… you… take it easy, don’t cause a death.”
“Don’t worry, they won’t die,” Zhang Feng smiled and said, “I didn’t hit any vital spots, just the non-essential parts.”
“I… I, damn!”
“Someone dares to come here and smash the place up!”
“My god, I guess I’m witnessing a hero’s entrance.”
The unruly youths behind them all looked on in amazement at the scene, profoundly shocked. Four young men dared to burst into the Da Fuhao Entertainment Club. If this news got out, it would undoubtedly shock the entire provincial city.
“Quick, there’s a good show coming.”
“Damn, tonight, the provincial city is going to be shocked.”
A crowd of people took out their phones to take pictures.
Xiao Han and his group left them with their silhouettes as they walked into the Da Fuhao Entertainment Club. A peculiar smile played on their lips. Zhang Feng, still smiling cheerily, said, “Let’s go, we’ve won the first round. I hope we continue to win.”
“Yep!” Everyone nodded in agreement.
Upon entering through the main door, rows of tall women clad in revealing outfits curiously watched the four men.
“Good evening, sir, welcome!” Rows of women bowed in greeting.
At that moment, a man in a black suit hurried forward and said, “Who are you!”
“Da Gu, this guy is yours!” Zhang Feng spoke.
“You got it!” Zhang Dagou nodded and quickly charged up.
The other party saw this and urgently pinched his low-frequency communicator shouting, “Trouble’s here, someone’s smashing up the place, send backup fast!”
Bang!
The man was instantly sent flying by a kick from Zhang Dagou, crashing far away. However, Zhang Dagou didn’t give him any chance to struggle, he quickly ran over, then stepped on the man’s chest with a sneer, saying, “Son of a bitch, go to hell!”
Bang!
Another kick, this time in the man’s lower abdomen, sending him flying and eventually crashing into a huge pillar in the hall, knocking him unconscious on the spot.
“Wow!”
“Someone’s been killed!”
In the hall, dozens of girls were frightened and scattered in all directions, nearly breaking down.
Xiao Han’s lips curled into a sinister smile as he said, “Da Gu, I didn’t expect you to be quite strong.”
“Too kind!” Zhang Dagou chuckled, “Just average, the third in the world.”@@novelbin@@
Clatter…
At this moment, over twenty knife-wielding men charged down the stairs from the second floor. They looked fierce and menacing, led by a man with a beard. He was tall and burly, his size rivaling that of Zhang Dagou. His suit was stretched tight by his bulky frame, as if it might burst at any moment.
“Who are you?” the bearded man asked with furrowed brows, “You’re young but you’ve got guts.”
“I heard that Dao Meng has a few top fighters, with King Kong being the first, White Tiger the second, Monkey King the third.” Xiao Han said with a slight smile, “If I’m not mistaken, you must be White Tiger, right?”
Before coming here, Xiao Han had already researched the information on Dao Meng. King Kong was the strongest in Dao Meng, but information about King Kong had always been scarce. The man before him looked familiar to Xiao Han; from the information available online, with bulging eyes, flared nostrils, and a sausage mouth accompanied by a face full of beard, this was White Tiger. Surprisingly, his name had nothing to do with his appearance.
The bearded man sneered, “That’s right, I am White Tiger!”
White Tiger was his name, strong and fierce like a tiger, as his parents likely hoped he would be when he was born. It’s just that pairing “White” with “Tiger” seemed a bit awkward and led the mind to impure thoughts.
“I’m here to find Liu Sandao,” Xiao Han said.
“How presumptuous!” White Tiger glared at Xiao Han, “Dao Ye isn’t someone you can just ask to meet.”
“I just want to ask him why he ordered the Monkey King to come and kill me,” Xiao Han said calmly and unhurriedly.
“So you’re Xiao Han?!” White Tiger exclaimed in astonishment.
“That’s right!” Xiao Han nodded.
“Shit, you’re just looking for trouble showing up here!” White Tiger’s eyes widened with anger upon hearing this, and his already protruding eyes seemed even more ferocious as he motioned, “Surround them, don’t let them escape.”
Zhang Dagou, seeing the opponent’s fierce stance and the knives in their hands, panicked immediately and ran towards Xiao Han.
Xiao Han was not at all afraid. Both Zhang Dagou and Liu Bin looked frightened, while Zhang Feng, wielding an iron stick, took a defensive stance on the side. Zhang Feng, a martial practitioner, was confident in taking on these men, especially with a metal stick in hand. Under the light, the stick shimmered with a chill glint, its extraordinary nature evident at a glance.
“I don’t want to fight,” Xiao Han said, “but if you force me to, I won’t mind!”
“Big talk for a young man,” White Tiger sneered, “You really think beating the Monkey King means you can beat me?”
“You’re welcome to try,” Xiao Han said disdainfully.
White Tiger narrowed his eyes. He knew of Monkey King’s strength; if even he lost to Xiao Han, it suggested Xiao Han’s strength was not to be underestimated. Most importantly, Monkey King had brought nearly forty men with him and still lost, so White Tiger dared not take Xiao Han lightly.
He took a step forward, and although it was just one step, it conveyed much.
This step was a probe, as well as a reconnaissance.
White Tiger, battle-hardened, had faced various opponents. If, upon his step forward, Xiao Han revealed any tension or fear in his eyes, or if Xiao Han took a step back, then White Tiger would immediately know the extent of Xiao Han’s strength.
But he soon realized he was wrong because after his step, Xiao Han remained indifferent and calm, his gaze fixed intently on him. White Tiger felt unsettled; a young man, barely in his twenties, had such courage and composure. Either he truly had significant strength, or he was a madman. However, White Tiger obviously thought Xiao Han was the former because he had defeated the Monkey King.
Gulping…
White Tiger swallowed, then took another step forward. Probing was endless, up until the second before a fight. His eyes fixed on Xiao Han’s, waiting for any sign of nervousness, ready to attack immediately if it showed.
