Chapter 414: Chapter 414: Bloody Battle
Xiao Han let out a cold laugh, appearing extremely calm and decisively crisp.
Crack…
Suddenly, Xiao Han swung the metal chair in his hand toward the opponent, smashing it over. The opponent’s fist was equally unforgiving, punching towards it. The metal chair was actually bent by the opponent’s fist, stunning and rendering onlookers speechless with wide-eyes.
Hiss…
The people around were incredibly shocked and utterly astonished.
Xiao Han snorted coldly and said, “The fist is indeed formidable.”
“Kid, scared?” Hei Tie sneered.
“I’m just worried about the office finances taking a hit,” Xiao Han said dismissively: “If this stuff gets damaged later, you’ll all have to compensate!”
“Beat me, and I’ll pay for everything,” Hei Tie laughed: “But if you lose, I’ll burn this shop down today.”
“Bring it on!” Xiao Han roared in fury upon hearing this, feeling truly angry for the first time.
A glint of cold light shone from Hei Tie’s eagle eyes, seemingly relishing the sensation of having finally found a worthy opponent. He glanced at Xiao Han and then said, “Heh heh, seems like you’ve got some spine. In that case, take this move.”
After speaking, Hei Tie charged forward rapidly.
Hei Tie’s attack was filled with savage strength, which manifested in his fists. His fists felt as if they carried hundreds of pounds of force, unstoppable, even punching through steel. The ferocity of his attack was incredibly shocking and surprising.
Xiao Han’s lips curled into a strange smile, and he snorted before saying, “Well done.”
With that, Xiao Han leaped up, spreading his arms as if he were a White Crane taking flight.
Flap…
Xiao Han charged towards the opponent.
Hei Tie’s fists were extraordinarily hard; Xiao Han naturally wouldn’t be foolish enough to clash fists directly with the opponent. After all, the opponent’s hardiness was evident, and even if Xiao Han’s fists were as tough as the opponent’s, he wouldn’t engage in a head-on collision. As the saying goes, killing a thousand enemies while losing eight hundred oneself. Xiao Han wouldn’t do such a thing.
Suddenly dodging the opponent’s strike, Xiao Han flipped in mid-air, delivering a fierce kick.
Bang!
The kick landed squarely, right on Hei Tie’s shoulder. The force of the impact was so great that Hei Tie’s whole body quivered, and his legs bent.
Thump!
Hei Tie immediately knelt on one leg, propping up his body with his knee. His face was twisted with pain, his body contorted.
Xiao Han stood on one leg on top of Hei Tie’s shoulder, secretly exerting force. He looked light and breezy, yet the strength under his feet caused a sturdy man to kneel. The onlookers were dumbfounded, especially Hei Tie’s brothers.
“Damn, how is this kid so tough?”
“Should we… gang up on him?”
“No, the boss didn’t let us go together. If we act rashly, he might kill us with his temper!”
The brothers were all murmuring among themselves, wanting to step in but not daring to. In short, they were very embarrassed and frustrated.
Hei Tie felt as if Mount Tai was pressing down on him. Clenching his teeth, he tried to support his body. However, he found that Xiao Han seemed to have an immensely heavy weight on him, crushing him so he couldn’t budge.
“Grrr!” Hei Tie’s face turned as red as a beet, and he let out a furious roar, suddenly grabbing Xiao Han’s leg that was on his shoulder. He yelled, “Kid, you’re dead.”
Xiao Han was taken aback and tried to escape, but it was already too late.
However, Xiao Han didn’t panic. He struggled to stabilize his form. His opponent’s hands firmly grasped his ankles. Suddenly, a surge of strength came from his ankle. Xiao Han immediately felt the world spinning around. He realized he had been turned upside down by the opponent, which made him incredibly frustrated.
“Damn!” Xiao Han cursed, grinding his teeth: “Let go of me!”
“Die!” Hei Tie roared, finally free from Xiao Han’s restraint. Now that Xiao Han was in his hands, Hei Tie would not easily let go. Holding Xiao Han’s ankle, he began to spin wildly, like a professional hammer thrower.
Ha ha ha…
Hei Tie let out a series of mad laughs. The laughter was so chilling it even gave Xiao Han goosebumps.
“Xiao Han, be careful!” Yang Lu exclaimed, her hand covering her red lips, her heart nearly jumping out of her chest from the frightening sight. It was truly terrifying. Xiao Han appeared like a toy in the opponent’s hand, albeit a somewhat larger toy.
Whoosh…
Suddenly, Hei Tie let go. Xiao Han was flung out like a cannonball.
Although the office was spacious, being hurled a distance of less than ten meters meant hitting the wall with considerable force. Xiao Han’s brain erupted with unprecedented computational power at that moment, as it sensed that his safety was under threat. Thus, it began calculating his trajectory and landing point. It was challenging to grasp one’s surroundings in the midst of being flung, but Xiao Han managed a glance and quickly computed a safe path.
Bang!
A dull thud. Xiao Han slammed hard into the wall, and then, he fell to the ground.
“Xiao Han!” Yang Lu rushed over in a panic.
“Haha…” The man with the thick gold chain saw this and was immediately overjoyed, “Big brother, that was truly ferocious.”
“Big brother is mighty, big brother is mighty!” Numerous brothers also shouted along.
Hei Tie’s recent attack had indeed been fierce, which made them all feel the might of his strength. Likewise, it forged an indestructible signal in their hearts, as if with Hei Tie’s presence, there was no enemy they couldn’t conquer.
“Hehe…” Hei Tie patted his chest and said dismissively, “That’s all there is to it.”
“Big brother, what do we do now?” The man with the thick gold chain asked excitedly.
“Fuck,” Hei Tie snorted, then said, “What are you staring at, set fire to the place.”
“Yes!” The crowd was ecstatic upon hearing this. These people took the greatest pleasure in committing acts of killing and arson, looting and pillaging without remorse. They were the embodiment of sin, the incarnation of demons. They quickly sprang into action.
Yang Lu hurriedly helped Xiao Han up, choking back tears, “Xiao Han, how are you, are you okay?”
Pffft…
Xiao Han suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood. Even though he had calculated his path and had used his hands and feet to lessen the impact, he inevitably slammed into the wall. If he had not calculated his landing point in advance and used his hands and feet to buffer the force, the fall could have resulted in a concussion at best, or death at worst.
“Xiao Han, don’t scare me,” Yang Lu was terrified, her face pale.
“Sister Yang, I’m alright,” Xiao Han shook his head. After swallowing a mouthful of blood-tainted saliva, he said, “I… I just feel a bit chesty.”
Just as the opponents were about to act unjustly, ready to assist the aggressor in their cause.
“Stop right fucking there!” Suddenly, a furious shout rang out.
Everyone halted in their tracks. They had just been about to strip the finance office clean, and then take away any valuables before setting the entire Hanmen Restaurant ablaze. However, never in their wildest dreams had they expected Xiao Han, whom they assumed was nearly dead, to stand up at that moment.
“Big brother…” The man with the thick gold chain, holding a baseball bat, asked, “What… what do we do now?”
“Heh heh, just stop then,” Hei Tie sneered, then said, “The old man has to show him how ferocious I am today!”
Having said this, Hei Tie slowly walked towards Xiao Han.
Xiao Han didn’t show fear; he wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and said to Yang Lu at his side, “Sister Yang, wait over there for me.”
“Okay!” Yang Lu shivered and quickly moved aside. She knew she was just a weak woman and that rushing forward wouldn’t help Xiao Han at all; it would only hinder him. Therefore, Yang Lu was very afraid – afraid both of getting hurt herself and of affecting Xiao Han.
Hei Tie stopped in front of Xiao Han and smiled, “You’re still not dead after that?”
“Why should I be the one to die?” After wiping away the blood from his mouth, Xiao Han smiled, “Today, the one who should die is you!”
“Hahaha…” Having won a round moments ago, Hei Tie felt very proud, appearing quite arrogant. With a smile forming at the corner of his mouth, he said, “If the heavens don’t take you today, then I will.”
“Try if you dare!” Xiao Han retorted with disdain.
Hei Tie snorted coldly, snatched the baseball bat from the man with the thick gold chain, and rushed forward swiftly.
Thump, thump…
The baseball bat pounded fiercely. Xiao Han dodged again and again. The bat hit the office desk, which quickly showed pits and dents, smashed holes where it struck. Yang Lu at the side felt especially distressed—she had spent over ten thousand on that desk, and now it was being destroyed.
Xiao Han suddenly made a surprise attack.
Crack…
His foot kicked against the opponent’s ankle, followed by a Fierce Tiger Heart Pluck. He immediately grabbed at Hei Tie’s neck. That one attack instantly made Hei Tie grunt. Hei Tie quickly tried to shake off Xiao Han’s arm, but once Xiao Han’s hand stuck to him, it wouldn’t come off.
“Think you can run? It won’t be that easy!” Xiao Han’s hand locked onto Hei Tie’s neck, pinching his windpipe with one hand.
Hei Tie was furious and, disregarding the baseball bat, his fists came down like thunder. Xiao Han, holding the upper hand and the initiative, was not afraid of Hei Tie’s fists at all. He squeezed hard, and Hei Tie’s neck seemed to shrink a size in an instant.
“Ah…” Hei Tie cried out, the sensation of being choked was unbearable. Most importantly, his windpipe was clamped shut by the grip, rendering him unable to move.
