Chapter 205 Elder Fang
Teleported back to the Inner Area, Chu Wuyao didn't rush to do anything but instead analyzed everything that happened during her meeting with Destiny.
Although she was not able to get a single word in during the whole meeting, the information contained in Destiny's words allowed her to understand a few things.
Thinking of this, she couldn't help but turn her attention to the stone tablet, a tablet which she would have never expected would be so valuable.
Judging from Destiny's words, if other cultivators knew that she possessed this Fairy Token, they would immediately hunt her down, hoping to obtain the token and the chance to discover the secret to immortality.
Even the leaders of the major forces, the unimaginably powerful Transcending Tribulation Realm cultivators, would do everything in their power to obtain it.
When she thought of this, Chu Wuyao couldn't help but have a headache, wondering what to do with it.
Even though the Fairy Token was very precious, it couldn't bring her any help at the moment and would instead only bring her trouble.
Not only would having this thing not bring her any benefits, but it would also put her in danger.
The first thing that Chu Wuyao thought was to throw it away, but then, she hesitated.
According to what Destiny said, the Fairy Token was the key for cultivators to enter the Longevity Realm, a secret realm in which the secret to immortality was rumored to exist.
Even if this was just a rumor and the secret to immortality was fake, the Longevity Realm was bound to be helpful to cultivators, otherwise, the Transcending Tribulation Realm cultivators would not fight so fiercely for a mere illusory opportunity.
Having seen how valuable such opportunities were during her time in the Inheritance World, Chu Wuyao was quite unwilling to throw this "key" away.
"Actually, I don't have to worry so much." Your next chapter is on My Virtual Library Empire
"This token has not brought me any trouble so far, meaning that Supernatural Realm cultivators don't have the means to spot it."
"Even Transcending Tribulation Realm cultivators will have to pay special attention to me to find it."
Chu Wuyao didn't know how Destiny discovered that the Fairy Token was in her possession, but judging from what happened during the previous fight between the major forces, she felt that it should be difficult for Transcending Tribulation Realm cultivators to sense the Fairy Token.
Otherwise, she would have long been chased down by the major forces and wouldn't be standing here right now.
In her opinion, only by paying special attention to her and investigating her closely could Transcending Tribulation Realm cultivators sense the Fairy Token.
Thinking of this, and feeling that she would not have any contact with such powerful cultivators any time soon, Chu Wuyao no longer hesitated.
Stretching her hand, she reached out and grabbed the Fairy Token, which immediately turned into a golden light and rushed into her body, hiding itself just like it had been doing all this time.
No longer having to worry about the Fairy Token, Chu Wuyao finally had some time to think about the other things that Destiny unintentionally revealed.
"Invasion of the Divine World and Monster Disaster...", she whispered and she couldn't help but feel a little solemn.
Although Destiny only briefly mentioned these and didn't explain any further, Chu Wuyao could guess a few things.
"Some drastic changes must have taken place while I was breaking through."
"I'm afraid that the Cultivation World is going to be turbulent...", she thought, but she quickly shook her head.
When had the Cultivation World not been turbulent?
Even before these things, there were still evil cultivators slaughtering entire villages and cities just to increase their cultivation, while the so-called righteous cultivators didn't step forward to stop them, not caring about the lives of ordinary people.
"The lives of other people and the state of the Cultivation World have nothing to do with me."
"Compared to wasting my time worrying about these things, it would be more meaningful to use this time to improve my strength."
"Only by getting more and more powerful can I ensure my safety and eventually control my destiny.", Chu Wuyao thought, and the next second, her figure flashed, disappearing from her residence and even the Inner Area.

Although the Outer Area and the Inner Area were separated, both of these areas were located at the bottom of the Original Mountain and were fairly close to each other, meaning that inner disciples could visit the Outer Area or vice versa.
Unlike those two areas though, the Core Area of the Original Desire Sect was not only located at the top of the Original Mountain but was also protected by a large formation, separating it from the outside world and making it impossible for unauthorized cultivators to enter.
When Chu Wuyao arrived at the top of the Original Mountain, she found that the Core Area was nowhere to be seen and only a transparent white curtain existed, which was covered in countless tiny but extremely complicated runes.
Immediately, she realized that this curtain should be the formation that protected the Core Area.
She didn't try to step in nor did she make any attempt to break it, knowing full well that there was nothing she could do to a formation that was carefully arranged by one of the major forces with her current strength.
Let alone breaking the formation, it would be hard for her to keep her life if the formation regarded her as its enemy.
Thinking of this, she chose against seeking death.
Her mind entered her space ring and she took a small token out, before placing it on the white curtain.
The next moment, many dazzling lights flashed continuously on the token's surface, while a small hole appeared on the white curtain, seemingly inviting her to go in.
Seeing this, Chu Wuyao didn't hesitate and stepped inside.
The moment she stepped in, she noticed a strange force arrive and act on her body, a force that she was very familiar with.
She could sense that she could use her strength to remove that force, but she resisted the urge to do so and allowed that force to teleport her away.

Chu Wuyao originally thought that she would be teleported to the Core Area, but when she recovered, she found herself standing in front of an old man.
The old man sat behind a wooden table and had long white hair, while his face was covered in dense wrinkles, clear evidence of his old age.
However, despite his ordinary and somewhat frail appearance, Chu Wuyao could sense that his body contained unimaginable power, a power that far surpassed hers.
"Huh? It's you?", the old man spoke, and it was obvious from his words that he recognized Chu Wuyao.
When she heard this, Chu Wuyao couldn't help but take a deeper look at the old man and found that indeed, he looked a little familiar.
She dug through her memories, and soon, she remembered that this guy was surprisingly one of her sworn enemies and most importantly, one of the few surviving members of her blacklist!
Chu Wuyao recalled that she had met this old man in the Outer Area just after her breakthrough to the Shackles Realm, and for some unknown reason, this guy refused to give her a few gifts to congratulate her for her breakthrough.
Thinking of this, her eyes looking at Elder Fang flashed with some anger.
However, just as she was about to speak, she noticed something strange.
Although this old man looked the same as the Elder Fang she had previously met, she could sense that there were some differences between the two of them, which was also the reason why she didn't immediately recognize him.
If it were any other cultivator, they would not have spotted these differences, but Chu Wuyao could, just because she had seen such differences in herself.
Elder Fang felt somewhat strange when he saw Chu Wuyao looking at him with hatred, but when he saw the change in her expression, he felt a little surprised.
"Sure enough, it deserves to be a person who reached the Awakening Realm so quickly. It's truly extraordinary.", he muttered in a low voice, before turning to Chu Wuyao.
"It seems that you've already noticed it. You're right, the 'me' you met in the Outer Area and the current 'me' are both the same person, Elder Fang, but we are also different."
"To be more accurate, we are both clones of the same person.", Elder Fang explained and although his tone was casual, his eyes flashed with pride as he spoke.
Secretly, he stared at Chu Wuyao, ready to see her shocked expression.
Unfortunately, he was disappointed to find that Chu Wuyao didn't show any reaction, as if she didn't care.
Seeing this, Elder Fang thought that she didn't understand just how impressive having clones was.
"Haven't you ever wondered why those powerful cultivators don't create clones? You should know that with their strength, differentiating a few clones is very easy.", he said and his words piqued Chu Wuyao's interest.
Chu Wuyao had indeed wondered about this before.
In her mind, since she was able to create clones, other cultivators could also do it.
Yet, they didn't.
Chu Wuyao didn't think that this was because her method was unique.
If anything, the method she used to create clones was very crude, using the skill that the Moon King created and tuning it slightly to make it more suitable for her condition.
But the Moon King was only a Holy Realm practitioner and she was only a Shackles Realm cultivator at the time.
How impressive could a skill that was created by the two of them be?
Now, hearing Elder Fang's words, she understood that she might have missed something.
What do you think?
