Chapter 49 - Someone Uploaded Blueprints!
Chapter 49: Someone Uploaded Blueprints!
When Little Black Knife saw a familiar yet slightly strange indoor hot spring appear before her eyes, her mind momentarily blanked. But after understanding Su Mu’s words, she tilted her head slightly.
“Master, I’m just a spirit. There’s no need for me to take a bath.”
Despite saying that, she still obediently floated on the surface of the hot spring. Since she was a spirit, there was no concern about getting wet anyway.
Meanwhile, Su Mu went to prepare some Scarlet Wild Boar meat and took out the remaining Ink Plum Fruits. Once the food was ready, he also settled into the hot spring.
“Finally, I can wash up a little.”
Feeling the warm water flow over his body, Su Mu let out a long sigh of relief. Even though he wasn’t a clean freak, this post-apocalyptic world was simply too dirty. Being able to take a comfortable bath after coming back was an absolute luxury.
Little Black Knife poked half of her head out of the water, gazing at Su Mu’s well-toned physique, a result of his regular training. She seemed tempted to reach out and touch him, but Su Mu wasn’t just sitting in the hot spring for relaxation. He opened the World Forum and navigated to the Trade Channel.
There were still some things he needed to sell.
As night fell, the World Forum became livelier than ever. Aside from a few reckless survivors still exploring outside, most of the two billion participants were gathered here to chat.
[User1: After today, there’s only one day left before the shelter protection disappears.]
[User2: So nervous… It’s been two days, and I still can’t adapt to this post-apocalyptic world.]
[User3: Don’t even mention it. I tried making a fire pit today and ended up covered in soot. But there’s no water to bathe—drinking water comes first, after all.]
[User4: I can’t adapt either. I got surrounded by a wolf pack today. Barely made it out alive, but now I’m covered in blood.]
[User5: Soon, we won’t be able to find food or water… Someone, please help me!]
[User6: Bro above, there’s a [Region Channel] in the [World Forum]. You can find people from your area and exchange information.]
[User7: Damn, I’ve been wandering around outside all day and never even knew there was a Region Channel…]
[User8: Hope Su Mu is in my region. If he is, I’ll go cling to his thigh.]
[User9: Seems like Scarlet Wild Boars only appear in the Corrupted Wasteland
That means Su Mu must be in that region!]
[User10: Oh? Looks like Darou from Sakura Nation is also in the same area. Interesting.]
[User11: Wait a second, check the Trade Market—Su Mu just listed something again.]
[User12: So what? He lists things all the time. No big deal.]
[User13: No, you don’t get it. This time, Su Mu listed a building blueprint!]
[User14: WHAT?!]
The news spread like wildfire, and the [Trade Market] instantly became the center of attention. Countless eyes turned to the item Su Mu had just put up for sale.@@novelbin@@
[Ruins Bastion Blueprint]
[Available: 2 Copies]
[Trade Price 1: Sacred Crystal x1]
[Trade Price 2: Energy Stones x100]
[Description: A bastion that provides a certain level of protection to shelters.]
This [Ruins Bastion] wasn’t particularly useful to Su Mu since he had a better alternative. But for others, it was a game-changer.
The moment the blueprint was listed, the entire World Forum exploded.
[User15: The system announcement said blueprints drop from bosses or elite monsters, but I never thought Su Mu would already have one AND list it for trade.]
[User16: But why isn’t he using it himself?]
[User17: Idiot, obviously because he has something better!]
[User18: Su Mu is the first to list a building blueprint, right?]
[User19: 100 Energy Stones?! That’s insanely expensive!]
[User20: Unless you’re super lucky and found an Energy Stone mine, or you’re that boss, Tuld, who killed a boss monster, no one can afford this.]
[User21: What’s a Sacred Crystal? A single piece is worth 100 Energy Stones?!]
The [Sacred Crystal] was an essential material for upgrading the Anti-Evil Crossbow
to level five. Even after exploring the Apoclyptic Wasteland, Su Mu hadn’t found a single drop of it. That meant it was a rare hidden loot.
Now, it was time to mobilize the power of two billion people. The chances were slim, but someone out there might just find it.
Of course, most people in the forum had only one complaint.
[User22: Too expensive!]
[User23: Su Mu, can’t you lower the price a bit?!]
[User24: Yeah! 100 Energy Stones is impossible, even for those on the rankings.]
[User25: Hold on… wait a second! There were two blueprints, but now there’s only one left?!]
[User26: WHAT?! Someone actually bought it for 100 Energy Stones?!]
[User27: I told you, there are hidden bosses in this world far beyond our imagination.]
At that moment, high up in the Snowy Mountains, a pristine, ethereal girl sat on a ledge, swinging her legs while looking at the blueprint she had just purchased.
“Good thing I was lucky enough to find an Energy Stone mine today.” She sighed, hugging her knees. “But… why does it feel like I just handed half a day’s work over to Su Mu again?”
The girl frowned in frustration.
What do you think?
