The liquid in the cauldron wasn't completely opaque, so the Fairy Tear could still be seen even after it sunk down into the liquid.

It first diffused into the layer of mana that was around the Fairy Tear, but it wasn't being absorbed by that layer of mana.

It went through the layer of mana until it reached the Fairy Tear.

Once it reached the Fairy Tear, there was finally a reaction from the Fairy Tear.

There was a colour change that came from the Fairy Tear.

The Fairy Tear itself was a bead of dew that didn't seem to have any colours to it. Or it was better to say that the Fairy Tear was something that didn't seem to have a single trace of impurity to it.

It could even be said that the purity of this thing was something that shouldn't have been possible.

There was nothing in this world that should have been at this level of purity.

But that was it, this Fairy Tear wasn't something of this world in the first place.

So that was how it was able to be this pure even though it seemed like it should have been contaminated by something.

However, it was now being contaminated by the liquid that was inside of the cauldron.

Or it was better to say that it was being refined by the liquid that was inside of the cauldron, though it wasn't wrong to say that it was being contaminated. That was because the liquid of the cauldron was to reduce the effect of the Fairy Tear to a certain extent.

The reason why the Fairy Tear was so clear and pure in the first place was all because of the large amount of mana that was gathered inside of the Fairy Tear. This pure mana was gathered by the Great Fairy, an existence that was at the level of reaching the gods.

So the mana that she gathered definitely wasn't something that humans could take into their bodies.

It had to be weakened to the level of humans before being used.

But it would be a waste to just get rid of this mana, so that was why this mana was being converted into something else.

So even if the mana was being contaminated, that contamination was actually to transform that mana into something else that was useful to the human body.

The medicinal essence in the cauldron absorbed the mana to strengthen itself into something that was even stronger than the ingredients that were used to make this liquid.

After the essence of the liquid diffused into the Fairy Tear, it turned this strange rainbow colour.

This rainbow colour didn't seem like it was a bad thing since it actually made the Fairy Tear look even more beautiful. It was a perfect balance between all seven colours that made up this Fairy Tear, which allowed it to look like a perfect rainbow orb.

At this, Titania finally put down her hands.

That was because it was no longer necessary for her to keep this orb of mana up around the Fairy Tear.

The liquid that was inside of the cauldron had completely lost its colour and was now a clear liquid. Even though the Fairy Tear was in liquid form, it was a concentrated mass of mana that wasn't that easily dissolved.

So the Fairy Tear just floated there in the liquid.

When it was over, I reached into the cauldron and pulled the Fairy Tear out.

Holding it in my hand, I could feel that the mana that was stored inside of this was much weaker compared to before.

But that was what I wanted to see.

After silently looking at this Fairy Tear for a bit, I brought it up to my mouth and swallowed it without a single trace of hesitation.

The moment that the Fairy Tear entered my mouth, I couldn't help knitting my brows.

"What's wrong?" Moon asked right away with a concerned look.

After it absorbed the medicinal essence from the ingredients that had been put in, there was this intense bitterness that filled it.

That was why I had knitted my brows like that when I swallowed the Fairy Tear.

Thinking about this actually helped distract me from how bitter it was, so I was able to
