Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You

Vol. 6 Ch. 100

Autors Note:

Apologies for interrupting the flow of your reading, but I’d like to take a moment to explain the earlier "checkpoint" in a few hundred words.

First, I want to clarify that in terms of the timeline, the battle between Leon and Little Ros is happening simultaneously. That’s why in the beginning of Chapter 97, I specifically wrote, “The Silver Dragon Clan's battle has been going on for hours.”

Additionally, the original content was meant to include a scene where “General Leon says the checkpoint was just a joke, and how could he not rush home to help his wife?”

However, I didn’t take into account the experience of the readers currently catching up, which led to the misunderstanding that Leon was intentionally stalling to appear cool at the checkpoint. That was my mistake as the author.

_______________

Amidst the astonished gazes of the Dragon Kings and Kaiser, Leon slowly walked through the crowd, holding the weakened Safina and standing at the front.

“Sis… how did you?”

Safina’s hands were bound with lightning chains, her body bent over, head lowered, her long hair dyed purple hanging down, making her appear far more fragile than usual.

“Sorry, Kaiser… I couldn’t hold them off.”

Originally, it was the female warrior’s job to assist Erin, but she had already resigned to her fate.

They knew far too little about the guy named Castid, and Safina would never have imagined that there would be enemies in the Samael world that her Mirror Abyss Eyes couldn’t replicate.

“Damn Samael people! Using hostages to threaten, what kind of hero is that!” Carl shouted angrily from the side.

“On the contrary, does that mean you all can threaten me with hostages too?” Leon scoffed, about to retort.

The others present were equally enraged, but also found the situation laughable.

“It’s hard not to suspect… that Leon has been struck dumb by the Silver Dragon King, his words are so thoughtless now.” Morgan muttered.

But Leon pondered Carl’s words for a moment, realizing that Carl seemed to be implying that the Void faction wasn't made up of good men and that he wasn't hiding his double standards. That’s why he boldly said such a provocative thing.

Once he understood this, Leon ignored the clownish remarks.

He looked at Kaiser, knowing that this guy was the real leader of the opposition.

“You’re Kaiser, right?” Leon asked calmly, his tone neither humble nor haughty.

“You’re the so-called strongest aerial warrior.”

In just a few minutes, Kaiser’s mental state had gone through numerous ups and downs.

First, the Wind Spirit Thunder Core was stolen by a child.

Then, he had to use the hostage threat—something he despised—to force the enemy to return the Core.
