Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You

Vol. 6 Ch. 110

A few days later, having gathered little useful information from the Golden Thunder Clan, Leon and his group parted ways with the rest of the family and headed to the Empire.

He had already sent a letter-dragon to Rebecca a few days in advance, so the Lionheart Order would arrange a reception. Which meant that, unlike the old days, Leon and the others wouldn't have to crawl under the carriage to sneak past the guards at the gate anymore.

General Leon was now a national hero, the sole spiritual leader of the Empire. Just coming back home with his wife and kids without expecting a welcome parade was already being modest~

Several kilometers away from the Empire's entrance, in the forest, Leon finished regrouping with his daughters, then lifted each of them one by one into the carriages prepared long ago by the Lionheart Order.

This time, Leon still wanted to conduct an investigation while returning to the Empire, so to avoid unnecessary commotion, he decided to bring the girls into the city using specially arranged carriages.

Thanks to the Lionheart Order's privilege, the guards at the gate naturally wouldn't perform a detailed inspection.

There were two carriages in total. Leon, Moon, Aurora, and Cecilia sat in one, while the others rode in the other.

Inside the carriage, Moon was still practicing how to consciously retract her tail.

Little Moon puffed up her cheeks and butt, clenching her tiny pink fists as though every cell in her body was exerting effort. But every time she pulled in her tail, it popped right back out.

After repeating this several times, Moon gave up.

"Daddy... do we really have to hide our tails just to come here and play..."

Moon flopped onto Leon's lap with dizzy mosquito-repellent-spiral eyes.

Leon gave a half-helpless smile and scratched his head.

"Well, the people living here don't have tails, after all..."

As he spoke, Leon looked at Aurora beside him, calm as always.

"Aurora, can you already control your tail freely?"

The little pink-haired girl nodded and, in the next second, retracted her tail with ease.

"Then hurry up and teach your second sister a few tips!"

Aurora blinked, crossed her arms over her chest, and after a moment of thought, said,

"...Dad, you've hidden your tail for so many years, clearly you're the most experienced one. If anyone should be teaching, it should be you."

"Have you considered the possibility that your dad never had a tail to begin with!"

Just as Leon was about to come up with an excuse to muddle through, Aurora muttered again,

"Speaking of which, I still don't get why we came here to play. Big Sister seems to know something, but she always looks like she has no intention of telling me."

After being separated from their daughters for several months, suddenly announcing a trip to the Human Empire was bound to raise Aurora's suspicions.
