The "Captain"'s voice resonated in everyone's minds.

The figure that had forcefully dispersed the flames tried to stand up, but a gust of wind swept past and the entire body turned into a mist of blood without warning, dissipating on the spot.

The "Summoner" frowned slightly and turned to signal to Adrian, Chen Fei, and Susanna, who were guarding in the direction of the manor's main entrance.

"Adrian, you guys block them, try to, try to..."

He was still pondering how many seconds they needed when a figure in a gray trench coat leaped forward, grabbing a greatsword nearly as tall as themselves.

The width of the sword was nearly shoulder wide, enough to serve as a shield if needed.

"Five seconds!"

The gray trench coat heading towards the main entrance of the manor left behind a terse message.

"Susanna, use an Ice Wall, Chen Fei, set up your railgun."

Adrian issued the instructions without hesitation.

Almost simultaneously, the grassy lawn covered with a thick layer of snow beside the stone pathway leading from the manor gate to the castle-like building suddenly collapsed inwards. Two wheeled infantry armored vehicles burst out, one on each side.

"Got it!"

Susanna, shivering as she emerged from the ice house, had her pale green eyes instantly light up, emitting a soft blue-white glow. Her hair tips frosted over and she exhaled a breath that turned into increasingly larger snowflakes, then crackled and fell to the ground with a crisp shattering sound.

Pointing ahead of the two newly appeared wheeled infantry armored vehicles, she yelled, "Sword Fortress!"

The cold air in the atmosphere converged, and the frost on the ground began to flow like water, gathering into thick, crystal-clear ice spikes that formed a concave arc in front of the two vehicles.

However, the wheeled infantry armored vehicles showed no intention of slowing down. Instead, they sped straight towards the wall of ice spikes.

"Reinforced Ice!"

Susanna yelled again.

The roughly hewn ice spikes became completely transparent, like crystal, dramatically increasing their strength.

"Adam, aim for the center between the two infantry armored vehicles, prepare a 152."

Chen Fei did not open the shell box that Adrian had left for him but instead sprinted towards the direction of the ice spike wall.

The two wheeled infantry armored vehicles collided with the wall of ice spikes, one after the other. The upper halves of the bodies, just above the tires, were flung out as if the box had been broken, completely separating lids from boxes.
