Solo Leveling: I Am The Only Supreme With the Cheating System

Chapter 519: Titans

BOOOM!!

A jagged, dark hole ripped open in the oppressive sky above the barren land.

A collective smile spread across the faces of the five Titans in the throne hall. Millions of years of imprisonment were finally coming to an end. The world outside would soon learn the power of the six Sages and their supreme leader.

Lepetus slowly rose from his throne, his presence filling the ruined hall.

*****The realms will be destroyed.***** His words were not a threat, but a statement of inevitable consequence.

Lepetus moved with a swiftness that belied his long dormancy, shooting into the air and flying towards the newly formed gap. The five Titans in the hall exchanged excited glances, their eyes gleaming with anticipation. Taking deep breaths of the stale, imprisoned air, they followed their king, soaring through the gaping hole in the castle roof.

Coeus, who had remained outside, watching the unfolding events with a keen intellect, saw the emergence of Lepetus and the others. He nodded to himself, a plan already forming in his mind, and followed his brethren into the fractured sky. The owl spread its wide wings and took flight, landing gracefully on Coeus's shoulder, its silent presence a constant companion.

[Green Land.]

In a vibrant realm of lush vegetation and flowing rivers, untouched by the desolation surrounding the prison, the Titans who had sided against their brethren watched the unfolding catastrophe with growing unease.

"It seems Michael failed,"

Astraeus, the Titan of dusk and astrology, muttered, his gaze fixed on the ominous cracks that had begun to mar even their verdant land.

"I don't think so," Rhea, the mother of the Olympian gods and a Titan of immense wisdom, stated calmly, drawing the attention of the others.

The Titans turned to her, a ripple of confusion passing through their ranks.

"Why is that? Typhon is destroying the mountain, and no one is stopping him. That only means he killed everyone," Clymene, a Titaness associated with water, began, her voice laced with a hint of vengeful satisfaction.

"I know... But something isn't right... The Mother Tree is gone," Rhea announced, her voice carrying a weight of concern.

"What?!"

A collective gasp of shock rippled through the six Titans present.

The Mother Tree, a primordial entity deeply connected to their realm, was a source of immense power and stability. Its disappearance was an unprecedented event.

"This has only happened twice before," Rhea explained, her gaze distant as she recalled ancient knowledge.

"First, when the Queen reawakened, and second... now... Something significant is coming, and I'm guessing these fools don't know anything about it." She gestured towards the seven figures – Lepetus and his inner circle – who were now clearly visible, flying with purpose towards the widening cracks in the sky.

"So you're saying we should stop them?" Metis, the Titaness of wisdom and deep thought, asked, her fist clenching thoughtfully.

"In all these years, Lepetus hasn't made a move, let alone move freely within the prison. He hasn't lifted a finger to escape... But now, he's the one leading them. Do you really think we can stop them in a direct confrontation?" Rhea countered, her voice pragmatic.

The Titans exchanged worried glances, the implications of Rhea's words sinking in. They knew Lepetus's cunning and the raw power he commanded. A direct assault could be suicidal.

"But letting them enter the other world is even more dangerous," Perses, the Titan of destruction, argued, his gaze locked on Lepetus's advancing figure.

"I know your fear, Perses, but there are beings out there, forces beyond our current understanding, who I believe will assist us, perhaps inadvertently, by their very nature. We won't be the only ones fighting them," Rhea explained, a flicker of a desperate hope in her eyes.

Silence descended upon the group as they considered Rhea's risky proposition. Finally, Astraeus broke the quiet.

"Your plan has so many loopholes, Rhea, but perhaps it is the only viable path out of this situation... But..." He clenched his fist, and a long, elegant spear of swirling purple energy materialized in his hand.

He aimed it with practiced precision at the seven figures rapidly approaching the dimensional tear.

He took a deep breath, the air around him shimmering with latent power. With a swift, powerful swing of his arm, he hurled the spear. It sliced through the air, breaking the sound barrier with a deafening crack, moving with the speed of a lightning strike.

"We should at least give them a good, fair wall," he muttered, his posture now upright and resolute.

"Hmm... We're going too, right?" Phoebe, a Titaness associated with the moon, asked, a hint of nervous excitement in her voice.

"The moment they exit this place, we'll naturally disappear and reappear wherever they emerge," Dione, a Titaness of the deep sea, explained, her tone matter-of-fact.

"Good then."

Phoebe nodded, a sense of grim anticipation settling over her.

The six Titans, led by Lepetus, their attention fixed on the rapidly expanding tear in reality before them, were moments away from crossing into the unknown...

...Suddenly, Lepetus halted in mid-air, picking up a disturbance in the fabric of magic.

He turned his head sharply to the distance, his eyes narrowing as he tracked a rapidly approaching projectile – a spear of pure, swirling purple energy, moving towards him with incredible speed.

*****Do you really think this can stop me?*****

A faint smirk played on Lepetus's lips.

With a casual snap of his fingers, the purple spear froze in mid-air, mere feet from his chest, suspended as if caught in an invisible web.

*****Astraeus, we'll meet outside... For now, thanks for the weapon.*****

Lepetus extended a hand, and with a flick of his wrist, the frozen spear reversed its trajectory. It shot back towards the already fractured sky, imbued with even greater momentum.

BOOOOM!!

The impact of the amplified spear against the weakened dimensional barrier was cataclysmic. The hole in the sky ripped wider, jagged edges of distorted reality tearing further apart. The cracks across the barren land beneath multiplied, mirroring the chaos above.

Lepetus cast one last, imperious look around the desolate realm that had held him captive for so long. Then, with a decisive movement, he surged forward, passing through the gaping hole and disappearing from the dimension. The stunned six Titans who had followed him exchanged bewildered glances, then, with a shared sense of urgency and anticipation, they quickly followed their king.
