The Sea Dragon let out a roar toward the sky, and blue light surged around it. Its massive body gradually shrank, transforming into a humanoid form that hovered above the sea. "Cunning human, you're not even a Sea King, so what gives you the right to speak such grand words? Do you intend to control our sea clans?"
