Chapter 110: Full Payement
There’s no shortage of girls in universities who are kept by men. They’ve seen the fate of many of these girls, and it’s clear that few of them end up doing well.
Those who’ve been playing with women for years aren’t stupid. No matter how smart or cunning you are, you can never outmatch these seasoned men.

If they promise to buy you a car, it’s usually a second-hand vehicle at best. If they say they’ll buy you a house, it’s often just a small apartment, and most of the time, they’ll only cover the down payment and maybe a month or two of the mortgage.
Real luxury cars and mansions are mostly just fantasies from TV dramas and rarely happen in real life.
If someone offers you 10,000 dollars a month to support you, some naive girls might think of it as a salary or living expenses. In reality, this money is far from stable.
They might only keep you for a month or two, and once the novelty wears off, they’ll move on to other girls. By then, the deceived female students realize their mistake, but it’s too late.
If you have a mortgage or car loan, your meager living expenses won’t cover the payments, and you’ll have to hide the fact that you’ve been abandoned.
Out of sheer vanity, many female students end up turning to the adult industry to maintain their glamorous lifestyles.
"Yes, and in your case, whether the bank approves it depends on luck."
Kaiden laughed triumphantly, clearly enjoying the spectacle.
Ryan smiled at Lyla, gently stroked her hand, and said, "What’s the use of a loan? Let’s pay in full with a credit card."
As he spoke, Ryan handed over his bank card. The finance officer hesitated before taking it. "Sir, do you mean the full amount?"
Not only was she stunned, but Kaiden, Lyla, and even Tina, who was watching from a distance, were all dumbfounded.
Abigail’s voice trembled as she asked, "Full payment, really?"
In the real estate business, especially with new properties, it’s rare to see someone pay in full. It’s almost unheard of.
Even wealthy people rarely have the liquidity to pay such a large sum upfront for a house.
This is especially true for luxury villas. The finance department had never seen a single full payment for such a property. This was a first.
Even those who could afford to pay in full usually chose to maintain their cash flow and only pay the down payment.
Ryan frowned. "Why would I joke about this? Just process the full payment. I don’t want to deal with the hassle of loans or anything."
The finance lady, still skeptical, said, "Mr. Ryan, I just want to confirm."
"Oh, you’re really putting on a show."
Kaiden continued sarcastically, "If you can really pay the full amount, I’ll even ask the company’s boss to give you a discount."
"No need. I don’t care about small discounts."
Ryan frowned. "Just swipe the card. Why are you all so slow?"
The finance lady gritted her teeth, nervously entered the amount into the POS machine, and swiped the card.
Kaiden and his group had come to watch the spectacle, but the sound of the machine’s prompt silenced them instantly.
"Ding... money has been transferred to our company’s account..."
The entire sales office fell into a deathly silence, so quiet that you could hear everyone’s breathing.
"You’ve never seen anything like this, and your business skills are lacking."
Ryan shook his head, picked up the pen, signed the documents, and took the receipt.
Not just them, even Lyla, who had some idea of what was going on, was stunned. Her heart raced so fast she felt like she might faint.
"Sir, I’ll continue processing the paperwork for you."
Abigail was so nervous she stuttered, even though she had already approached Ryan beforehand.
But when she lay in bed last night, she thought about it and found it absurd. It sounded like a ridiculous fantasy.
Abigail hadn’t been confident, but she never expected Ryan to actually go through with it—and pay in full, no less.
"Impossible... The machine must be broken."
Kaiden trembled, his eyes wide, and he pointed at Ryan, hysterically shouting, "You bastard, how can a poor guy like you have millions to buy a luxury house?"
"I see, you must have hacked into our system, right?"
"Or maybe you faked the sound. You played it on your phone, didn’t you?"
But even Tina, watching from a distance, could clearly see the receipt from the POS machine, proving the transaction was real.
The finance lady trembled and said, "No, Manager Kaiden, the money has indeed been transferred."
"I don’t believe it!"
Kaiden’s eyes turned red, and he roared, "Now, confirm with the headquarters and the bank. This has to be some kind of trick."
"You’re so damn noisy!"
Ryan’s head started to ache from the shouting.
Kaiden, red-eyed, yelled, "You bastard, don’t leave. I’ll expose your fraud. You dare to pull tricks on my turf, you scum..."
No one noticed a young man in golf attire walking over. His expression darkened instantly when he heard Kaiden’s words.
Yammir had been playing golf with a client today. The client was an old family friend, and he had invited many people to promote his new villa project.
Last night, he had discussed the situation at the sales office with his father. The news that someone was interested in Villa No. 1 and had paid a 100-dollar deposit had excited both father and son.
After finishing his golf game, Yammir rushed over without delay. If he didn’t personally show respect to such an important client, his father would surely scold him.
He had just answered a phone call at the door—the finance department confirming they had received the payment.
What shocked Yammir was that the client had paid in full. He knew many wealthy people, and while some could come up with million or even tens of millions for business, few could spend full amount outright on a villa.
What do you think?
