SSS Ranked Reincarnation: Dark Dragon Legacy

Chapter 418: Chaos

A beam of light shined, and Silva walked out of it, back to where he had been taken from. He looked around and no one was there.

'I guess she went to handle her demons.'

Silva thought about what he had just been through, the whole discussion with Ophelia and Order. He couldn't say he really understood anything from it, but if there was one thing that he could say, it was the fact that he had taken enough.

He was tired of the bullshit and the roundabout that he was set in. And the fact that he could not escape Order was what he hated the most.

With Order there, he was never free, he couldn't be free. He hated the feeling of never being able to make decisions for himself without the fear of someone trying to stop him.

'There's only one option, I'll play along with their game.'

Silva knew that if he was ever going to break free from this and be truly free, the road was not going to be easy or pleasant.

He would have to go through a lot to get to the level where he would be an actual threat to Order, and even then, he would not be able to defeat a being that ruled the universe.

But that didn't mean Silva was going to let Order go just like that. Even if it took a thousand years, he was going to go after Order, and Ophelia as well. She had to pay for what she did.

"I have ten days to fix everything. I don't have time to waste anymore. I have to break the celestial seal as well." Silva said. He brought out his wings and was about to take off, but then Lucy spoke.

"You are leaving already?" Lucy asked.

Silva stopped and turned around. "Shouldn't you be with your demons?" he asked.

"No, I gave everything to Zareth. I made her the demon lord and passed to her the control of the demons.

I have lived for thousands of years, ruling the demons, never really getting to do anything more. I thought I had seen all there was to see, but then you came along and showed me that there is a lot I don't know.

So I'm coming with you now. I don't know where you are going, but anywhere that's not here is better," Lucy said.

"Hmm, I guess having a companion for the road is not a bad idea," Silva said. "I want to unseal the celestials next.

Make them understand that there has been a change now. Are you up for that?" Silva asked.

"I haven't seen them in a long while. Of course, I want to see them," Lucy responded. "But do you know how to break the seal?" she asked.

"That's simple. It will take a lot of energy to do, and I could have done the same to get to hell, but since there was already a gate, I used that.

I have a connection to the world, since I have the world tree inside of me, basically. I can feel all the realms and everything. It's like low-level omnipresence, that's the best way to put it," Silva said.

He looked up into the sky and raised his sword. "All it will take is for me to cut through space, right into heaven where the celestials are.

"You ready for this?" he asked.

"Definitely. Let's go," she said.

Silva nodded and channeled his divine energy through his hand and into his sword. The sword emitted a soft glow.

He made a cutting motion from up all the way to the ground, ripping the very fabric of space. A bright light shined from the other side of the tear.

"That burned more energy than I expected," Silva said.

"Really? It didn't look like you struggled at all," Lucy replied.

"I did, actually. It ate almost half of my divine energy. I guess bypassing a seal like that is a major deal," Silva replied. He looked at the tear and then looked at Lucy.

"Let's go," he said and walked through it. She followed behind him. They were met with a very bright light that forced them to close their eyes, and when they finally opened them…

______________

"It seems that Silva is more trouble than I expected," Order said to Ophelia. She stood on the bridge with a nonchalant attitude, barely paying attention to Order.

"I know you can hear me, Ophelia," Order said.

"Just stop talking to me. You are really petty, you know that, right? For a being that controls an entire universe, you are really petty," Ophelia said.

"Silva is a risk. A risk you created. A risk you should not have created," Order said.

"Say what you want, do what you want. You know you can't touch Silva without any reason, no matter how much you want to.

The day you decide to do that, you will lose the secret that I have. Don't forget that," Ophelia said. She spoke in a threatening tone.

"I might come to never need that secret anymore, you know," Order responded.

"that's a lie. You need it, desperately. You need it to stop Chaos. He has been growing at a rate that scares you. He'll soon take you down," Ophelia said.

"That will never happen. Chaos will not take what I've built. And since you have refused to keep the secret of limitless potential, I might as well just use your Silva.

I'll set him up to battle Chaos, with the condition that I'll never touch Argon or all those that live there.

I'm very sure that he'll take that deal, and even if he can't kill Chaos, he will surely hurt Chaos, and that will help me.

I am Order, Ophelia. I will never lose. I exist outside your understanding, so do not underestimate me," Order said.

"Let's watch and see," Ophelia said and walked away.

"Silva, stay strong, keep fighting," she said in a low voice.
