After Bella walked away, she watched Nathan quietly. When Nathan looked frustrated, Evelyn squinted her eyes while muttering, "Should I help him? Maybe I should give him a clue about how to do it. But this might not be a challenge…"

While she was thinking, she noticed Nathan had gone up as though he were trying to do something.

"What the…" Nathan gasped. However, his shock was interrupted by Bella's voice from the third floor.

"What the hell is that, Nathan?"

Nathan turned around. "What? Did you see that?"

"Are you insane? What the hell did you do? It looked like a discharge technique, but I had never seen something like that before! Also, why did you use your middle finger? Didn't you use your index finger to shoot before? Are you doing something dangerous?"

Evelyn was as shocked as Bella. Her back was drenched in sweat.

Bella was utterly speechless. Nathan's talent might not be as good as Selena's in terms of ena manipulation.

Just like how Alavenya actually improved her own version of Dragon Fist with her Second Drive, this was Nathan's version of the Dragon Fist.

"Hahahaha. I can finally use it!" Nathan pumped his fist. "All I just need to do is perfect this technique to remove the recoil. Once I'm done, this will be my discharge technique!"

Bella leaped off the window and fell not far from him. She walked to him while inspecting Nathan's body up and down.

"There don't seem to be external injuries," said Bella while brushing the dirt off his clothes. "Do you feel—?"

Bella stopped as though she noticed someone behind Nathan. Nathan frowned and turned his head around, finding Evelyn to appear out of nowhere. "Whoa? Captain? Since when are you here? No. Why didn't you say anything? Are you trying to make me get a heart attack so that I don't pass the challenge?"

"Ignore her for the time being." Bella sighed. "I need to check your condition. Do you feel any pain?"

"No. I protected myself with my ena at the last moment, so it wasn't that painful. I was just startled most of the time." Nathan shook his head. "As for my ena, there doesn't seem to be a problem, including the flow of ena."

"Really?" Bella grabbed Nathan's right hand and inspected it carefully from the outside appearance to the ena flow.
