Although this maneuver was quick, it may have been detected by other Forces’ radars, but the interval was so brief that by the time those radars attempted to lock on, the drone had already dropped to its initial altitude and vanished from their scopes.

Yet at the outer reaches of this massive mountain range, the Quantum Radar detected a significant amount of human activity. Especially in a valley to the south side, about one hundred and fifty kilometers away, there appeared to be a large congregation of personnel.

After analyzing the Intelligence obtained, Yan Fei decided to investigate that valley. The information he had received previously was insufficient, and the estimated location of the Assassin Sect Headquarters might be erroneous. Given that the Assassin Sect was not small in size, if their Headquarters wasn’t in these mountains, the distant valley was a likely suspect.

The drone sped towards the valley, reaching its vicinity in just a few minutes. Both sides of the valley were cliffs, but the middle was a flat sandy area. Although it was late at night, the valley was lit up brightly.
