“That Mr. Xiao. He specifically asked for you by name. I didn’t dare say you were not at the supermarket, so I told him you had gone out to eat,” the assistant explained.

“Did he come alone?”

While those two guards were useless against him, they were a threat to Lin Xiaowan and Zhao Yanyan, who could only rely on their agility to escape.

With everything arranged, Su Lin drove to meet Zhao Yanyan. Minutes later, they regrouped.

Su Lin was surprised to see Qin Jiuyue, “Xiaoyue, you’re here too?”

Qin Jiuyue responded, “I was bored at home alone, so I came to hang out with Yanyan. I didn’t expect this mess, so I came along. I’m going to give that Xiao Feiyu a taste of my Ice Soul Needle.”

Qin Jiuyue looked adorable in her anger, her small fangs peeking out, but Su Lin wasn’t in the mood to appreciate it, nodding, “Aim right for his ding-ding.”

“All women here and you’re talking so crudely,” Lin Xiaowan glared at Su Lin.

Su Lin glanced around; the women showed no reaction, though He Suxin seemed a bit embarrassed.

He thought, “Could she still be a…?”

Su Lin asked the women to stay in the car while he looked towards the tea cafe across the street.

It was the same spot, but the people were different. Last time it was Zhong Shuhui, this time an elderly man dressed like a rural folk, which Su Lin knew must be Wang Yannian.

That spot was the best vantage point, offering a view of both the Quan Le Guo lounge and Zhao Yanyan’s office.

“He’s definitely here.” With a slight smile, Su Lin walked towards the cafe.
