"Fuck this! How am I supposed to win!?"
Nux cursed.
This wasn't a battle anymore.
It was a deadlock.
A fucking loop.
A stalemate where both combatants danced in perfect sync, never a step ahead, never a step behind.
It was a standstill. The two's technique had upgraded to an absurd degree, but even then, Nux wasn't winning.
Rather, he knew winning simply wasn't possible.
This Trial, it was impossible to clear, which itself was impossible on its own.
"Fuck."
Nux cursed again.
His mind was trying to think of every possible way to win. The line of thought was simple: the Temple would never give out an impossible Trial, else there would be no meaning to it.
There was always a way to clear the Trial. The two Trials he had cleared before this were the same as well—they looked impossible, but there was a way out.
