"Khalid… Have you heard about… homunculus?"

"Homunculus?" Khalid furrowed his eyebrows.

"Yes. I'm talking about a humanoid body that is not human." Noel nodded.

"Oh!" Khalid seemed to understand what Noel was trying to say. "Before talking about it, may I know what the purpose of this research is, my lord? "Although there are a lot of benefits and flaws, the most important thing is my lifespan. I will surely live past the human's age. Maybe… in the future, you will see me still not aging when you're already on your deathbed."

"Now that I think about it, you have truly not aged. Well, even if it's just a short amount of time, your body or facial features should change a little. But I notice that not a single thing has changed after you mention it." Khalid squinted his eyes.

"And there you have it, you should know what would happen if I can live that long, right?"
