Lily remained silent for a moment before finally speaking again.

"Master, the Spirit Farm can't expand any further. Don't you think it's time to claim your rewards for your disciples reaching Gold Rank?"

Ace blinked.

"Rewards?"

As if on cue, a series of notifications flooded his vision.

[Congratulations! Your disciples have reached Gold Rank! You received 2 x 2M EXP.]

[You've obtained a Farm Spirit.]

[Your Spirit Bot has leveled up by 1.]

[Your farm has leveled up by 10.]

[+41 plots of land unlocked.]

[+22 tree-growing plots unlocked.]

New System Features Unlocked:

[You've unlocked the Spirit Beast Connection Shop.]

[You've unlocked Spirit Kitchen.]

[You've unlocked Spirit Winery.]

Staring at the word 'Spirit' plastered all over his notifications, Ace exhaled a long, weary sigh.

It was everywhere—Spirit Beast Connection, Spirit Kitchen, Spirit Winery.

With a resigned shake of his head, he muttered under his breath,

"At this rate, even my breakfast is going to be called 'Spirit Toast.'"

"Master! Master! Look, look!" Lily's excited voice rang out as she practically bounced in place.

A golden light enveloped her, shimmering with divine brilliance as if she had ascended to an entirely new realm.

Ace squinted. Did she change?

Nope.

Despite the dramatic glow, Lily looked exactly the same—no taller, no change in aura, nothing.

Did she advance? Was her sealed cultivation released? Ace had no clue.

But judging by Lily's lack of interest in herself, neither did she.

Instead, she eagerly pointed at a tiny, fluttering figure nearby.

"Master, what's her name?"

Ace blinked. Her?

Hovering mid-air was a small, fairy-like creature, delicate and radiant, with translucent wings that shimmered like morning dew under sunlight.

"...What is that?" he asked, leaning in.

Lily huffed, placing her hands on her hips. "Hey, don't be rude! This right here is the farm spirit!" She puffed her chest proudly. "She's amazing! She can improve the farmland altogether!"

Ace tilted his head. "...Oh. Okay."

Lily beamed. "You should name her, Master!"

The tiny farm spirit even gave a small nod, as if agreeing.

Ace didn't overthink it. The first name that popped into his head came out.

"I'll call you… Rei."

He nodded to himself.

"Yeah, sounds about right. Rei it is."

The little spirit, as if in acknowledgement, twirl in the air.

"Master! Master!"

The voice was unmistakable—Liu Mei's.

Ace didn't linger in the system space any longer. With a thought, he stepped out, re-entering the real world just in time to see Liu Mei practically bouncing on her feet, eyes shining with excitement.

"Excited to see your mother, I see," he remarked, watching as she clutched an item shaped like a tiny silver lotus in her hands.

"Yes! Yes, Master!" Liu Mei beamed, holding up a delicate hairpin—the one her mother had given her long ago.

The way she handled it, carefully tracing its edges, spoke volumes about how much it meant to her.

Then, out of nowhere—

"Thank you, Master," she whispered, looking up at him with genuine gratitude.

Ace smiled softly, ruffling her hair before leaning down to press a light kiss to the top of her head.

"You're welcome," he said simply. "Now, let's go find Shan Yifeng and head back to the village."

"Yes!" she cheered, spinning on her heels and bolting out the door, already shouting for Yifeng.

….

….

The trio didn't waste any time. After making their preparations, they departed from Gryphon Mountain, leaving behind a simple yet important note for the Hua Family:

"If you ever need to purchase spirit vegetables or other products, visit Catfish Village."

Ace glanced at the message one last time before placing it securely at the gate.

Now that I have a divine cultivation manual, tailor-made just for me... my progress will be faster than ever. Which means I'll need an abundance of resources.

The thought lingered in his mind as he straightened up. His path forward was clear—growth, cultivation, and endless possibilities.

"Master, master! Hurry up!" Liu Mei's eager voice snapped him out of his thoughts.

She tugged at his sleeve, her tone sweet and impatient, eyes sparkling with excitement.

Shan Yifeng stood beside her, hands on his hips, pretending to be indifferent—but the barely contained anticipation in his expression betrayed him.

Ace chuckled, shaking his head.

"Alright, alright. I'm done. I'll just leave this note here… and there, done."

With a final glance back, he turned to them with a grin.

"Now, let's go."

….

[You can skip this para block and wait for the next chapter or mock me after reading it, I just couldn't hold the urge.] (;ŏ﹏ŏ)

Ah, the sweet, sweet taste of progress!

The last time they made this journey from Catfish Village, it took them a whole week.

Yes, an entire seven days. And why, you ask?

Because our dear protagonist, Ace, was a peak Warrior Rank—which, in layman's terms, meant he had the stamina of an old man hauling sacks of rice up a mountain.

But this time! This time, things were different.

The kids? Already Gold Rank. A terrifying feat for their age.

If the big shots of the cultivation world caught wind of this, they'd be sharpening their swords, preparing kidnapping manuals, and scheduling "polite interrogations" to uncover their secrets.

Because let's be real—a ten-year-old reaching Silver Rank is already insane. Gold Rank? Downright illegal.

And to make things worse, these little monsters didn't just cultivate for years to reach this level. Nope. They did it in—what? A year? Half a year? Three months?? Honestly, even I've lost track.

So, logically speaking, now that everyone was Gold Rank, the journey back should be lightning-fast, right?

Wrong.

Because—plot twist!—there's an anomaly in the ranks.

Ace, bless his delusional heart, interjected with a confident "Ahem, I'm still at peak Silver Rank."

Tch. You think I don't know you're still stuck in Major Silver?

Ace immediately went silent, wisely choosing to not argue with the voice of reason. Good for him but oh, he wasn't safe yet.

Even the inner voice, that usually lounged around doing nothing, scoffed in his mind.

"Boy, you're holding your disciples back."

Oof. Double-teamed by both reality and the peanut gallery in his head.

Ace wisely chose to focus on the road ahead, pretending he didn't hear a thing.

And then, just in time to spare him from further existential crisis—the village of Catfish finally came into view.

And with that, dear readers, we continue our story.
