The Animagus: From Hunter to Monster

The ride home was slow. No need to hurry, took my time, finally I got home. Packed the bike given to me for the time being by Mr Benjamin in the garage, heading inside. Mom sitting in the living room on her mobile phone, turning to me she said "Everything alright", "yeah" I responded joining her "I just got a job and I will be starting on Monday" I told her. She smiled, "what type of job" she said, "delivery" I responded. Looking around, "Where's Sarah" I asked. With a surprised look she said "she didn't tell you", "tell me what" she's going to pick up Bethany at the airport. "Beth is coming back" I shouted in joy.

Bethany but I usually called her Beth. My childhood friend and my only female friend. We grew up together, until senior year one year before high school graduation her parents decided she would need to go to a Catholic boarding school in UK, she had to go stay with her uncle, not coming back until she was done with high school.

Always wondered why the sudden move, asked her about it but she wouldn't tell me promising she would reveal everything in the future. We didn't talk for one year, tried calling but no response, decided to wait until she's comfortable to reach out. I did ask how she was doing from Sarah occasionally though.

"Oh...silly me" I thought to myself because I forgot to check my mobile phone as to the notification I received earlier. Pulling out my mobile phone and it was a message. "Hi Tony I'm coming back, can't wait to see you and catch up," Beth.

I smiled, "me too" I said out loud but to myself.

"I'm going to Sarah's" I said to Mom.

She just stared at me smiling...

I wasn't going to wait around for Beth to come over. Sarah should be back by now since the trip to the airport is half an hour going and coming.

I rode my borrowed bike, fast enough that the wind had no other option but to kiss my lips, ears, cheeks until I arrived. Speeding my way in, stopping at Beth family's big house entrance as I invited myself in.

Sarah! Sarah!! Sarah!!!

Oh my God I couldn't believe my eyes.

Sarah running towards me, more mature, busty, curvy, beautiful brown eyes with a naturally tan skin, opening my arms, she jumped in and I embraced her. She's mixed, her father white and her mother Indian giving her a beautiful light caramel skin.

It was a long hug, I felt everything, I mean everything. "Nice to see you" I whispered in her ear, 'I've missed you so much" she whispered in mine with a cracking voice, like she's trying very hard to be strong and not let me find out. Worry eloping in me, I pulled her away from our hug by her shoulder. Looking at her as tears ran down her eyes, god...I felt how vulnerable she was at that moment that I couldn't speak let alone ask her what's wrong.

Wasn't long before a gentleman, dressed in an expensive suit, cologne so strong I could smell him feets away, he smelled like money. Same age as me or slightly older, hmm hmm...clearing his throat, Sarah withdrew from my arm wiping her face faster than the speed of lightening.

"What is going on" I thought to myself.

...em Tony meet Jack, Jack, Tony. "Nice to meet you Tony" Jack said but I knew better. "Like wise" I responded to keep up the pretence, "leg's go" Jack commanded, the air felt thick, like I couldn't breath, like I wasn't supposed to be here. Looked right at Sarah, her facial expression was that of pity. "Who did she pity" I thought to myself.

Right then and there I knew something huge was going on. Was about to leave when my mom walked in, Sarah walked up to mom, hugged her, looking right at me, in a inaudibly way mouthed "stay". Separated from my mom, they both sat together, I walked up and sat with both ladies. Couldn't speak, a lot was on my mind. My chest felt heavy with each breathing, like I could see and feel what Beth was going through.

Beep.. beep...beep a message from my phone shock me out of my thoughts.

I read through thinking, "I'm to conquer Beth interesting" I was going to anyway as the thought ran through my mind.

My whole stay at Beth's, all I could do was observe to better understand the situation.

After hours of observation and listening, it was time to go.

Mom stood up, walking towards the door, accompanied by Sarah, looked to my right and I saw Beth, a look of fear and sadness and loneliness evident on her face. Waving at her, she lightened up a little bit as she returns back the wave. "Get your bike into the car" mom instructed. I knew she was going to explain to me better about the situations of the Watson family.

..."hmm interesting" I thought to myself.

50% chance been a very good start. But hold on, "how did it get there fast" I thought to myself pondering as my thoughts drifted to the glitch in her eyes, the smile, was it because she could see the desires in my eyes, the admiration of her in my eye, how focused I was to her as she walked over to me and during the conversation. That must've added to it but she definitely had interest in me to begin with, my little encounter with her here, the surprising element to it is needed in attraction.

..."hmm Interesting" I thought to myself

Beep...beep vibration as my mobile phone alerted me of notification.

Smiling as I reached into my pocket pulling out my mobile device, looked into it..."we're here" Sarah texted, looking up I saw her. I can see her but she can't see me. Did so to observe, maybe she could be escorted by a bodyguard to keep watching of here and Beth and I was right. Two average built men, all in black, with glasses walking with both Sarah and Beth in front.

"Ok...get her alone with you and text me where you are, I will meet you there" I texted Sarah.

"We are in the female rest room inside the diamond boutique" she replied

Stood up and headed straight for the diamond boutique entrance, looking closely I saw both bodyguards standing guard at the female rest room so going in will be next to difficult but I wasn't going to let that stop me from having a face to face conversation with Beth.

So I texted Sarah, "get rid of one bodyguard saying that Beth ain't feeling well so he should go get the car ready but since they on a job they will resist you a little bit but you have to definitive". So she did. I know because saw one of the bodyguards exiting to the car park. She must've told him to get the car ready, first one outta the picture next one to go.

"Done but we have to act fast because he will be back doon" she replied. "Ok" I responded.

"Tell the other to go get Beth to pills for her sickness and to be fast about it with a definitive manner" I texted. The other running along to get it done as quickly as possible, I moved from where I was, met up with Sarah, "we have to move" I said, Sarah picking up on how urgent we have to act got to Beth in the rest room pulling her by the arm we moved. Surprised to see me, trying to understand the situation she was speechless.

Walked in to be greeted by Beth looking deep into my eyes, her eyes watery, her lips apart like she wanted to say something but couldn't, then she hugged me, crying in my shoulder, I couldn't help it, I held her tight, feeling how vulnerable she was, the things she was going through.

"I'm here Beth, cry all you want" I said. That must've touched her because her crying got louder, hearing a knock at the door Sarah said, "keep it down" and we both laughed.

"How are you" she said, I'm good, "I responded". "How are you" I asked, her head tilted down, raised back up she said, "I'm not good Tony I thought I could handle it but I can't"

I listened like a good student as she ranted, how she felt about the whole arrangement. I asked if she's been abused, she said no but she's not into Jack and it hurts her that she can't be with the one.
