Chapter 1072  Purple Drakaina

The moment Eris charged at Arad with a clenched fist, he could see the divine magic crackling behind her. Earlier, she was heavily relying on her draconic and vampire powers, now she had gone on to add her divine magic in.

Arad lifted his fist and blocked her punch, this time he could really feel a lot of weight behind her attack. It wasn't just her divine magic burning him, he was a pricolici, it was also the portfolio of murder urging him to die.

The small wounds became bigger, exhaustion got multiplied, and his life force started getting sapped to feed her. She is a demi-goddess of murder, so murdering things and ending their life is her domain.

Arad pushed Eris aside and swung a fist at her back. She turned rapidly and kicked his fist aside, swinging her open palm at his face, slashing him with her long vampiric claws.

The first power of the murder portfolio, small wounds became bigger. Even if her claws can usually barely leave a dent on his scales, with her portfolio active she can cut him open.

Arad leaned forward and headbutted her in the face, sending her bouncing off the ground like a rock on a pond. But at the end she landed on her feet unharmed.

The second power of murder that was born thanks to her being a vampire is a healing one. The damage she deals to her enemy heals her back. Coupled with her demi-goddess natural regeneration, vampiric regeneration, blood healing and holy magic healing, not many wounds can stick to her for more than the blink of an eye.

"With such a healing speed Arad won't be able to knock her out!" Mira gasped, "We should stop them." Aella added.

"The only way for him to win now is to kill her with a single strike and Arad won't do that. He'll have to give up." Isdis sighed, "She really managed to pull a fast one on him."

"What fast?" Merida smiled, "Do you think Arad would give up just because of that? What about his slaps?"

As Eris charged at Arad with another attack he dodged her and swung his palm, slapping so hard on the butt that her skin evaporated. Such immense pain, anyone would've just died from it.

Eris wrapped legs around Arad's hips with an excited smile, pointing a finger at his chest. The third power the murder portfolio gives her is a mental change, to her now, pain is pleasure, it doesn't matter who is suffering, she gets power from it.

The thrill of killing…Arad making her feel great pain had backfired and she had gotten stronger from it. A purple sun burned at the tip of her finger and she blasted Arad away with a massive explosion.

Arad landed on his legs and slid away, a smile covering his burned body as he regenerated. "Now that's more like it!" He looked aside at Eris who was sliding by his side. He swung a kick at her face and she blocked it, throwing a punch at his jaw.

"She is actually putting up a fight!" Kali gasped with a surprised face, "She is just a demi-goddess yet able to display such power…no, that makes sense, Arad worshipped her."

Eris swung a fist engulfed in plasma and divine magic at Arad's chest as he dropped his fist on her head with a rumbling white flash of fire from a [Ho-white Nova].

With a blinding flash, the whole layer exploded into fire and even the layer below them started getting hotter and hotter.

From the fire Arad and Eris walked out, stretching their arms and flexing their backs. Arad flexed his abs and looked at them, "You almost blew a hole in my stomach."

"And you almost punched my skull into my chest. Can't you be a bit more gentle with your wife?" She looked at him with a smug smile.

"I'll be if you want, but we're both dragons. I'd love to have a drakaina that can punch me in the face." He stood facing her and she looked at his eyes.

"Then go to Gamond…but… I too would love a dragon that can step on my face." She licked her lips.

"See? We're alive." Arad cracked his neck.

"Then let's end this. Sorry, but it's your loss this time." She lifted two fingers up and he put his hands together, "Please do try, I really want you to win."

"Are they really trying to kill each other?!" Aella cried and everyone stood, except Kali. "Eris is the goddess of murder, she wants to kill him. Arad is just playing her game." Kali looked at them with a smile.

[Elemental Expansion: Devouring Void]

Arad expanded his void and covered a massive area to trap Eris. She could explode her sun before and destroy his expansion before, but he had gotten far stronger, she won't be able to… He realised far too late, there was no purple sun around.

Arad found himself standing in the middle of a massive field filled with human and monster corpses and bones, rotting away. All of them had long since died cruel and painful deaths. Their souls cried as maggots rushed up his legs, beckoning him to join them in death.

Arad's whole body splashed into blood as his skin and flesh ripped apart. All living veins were banned from existing inside Eris's domain, and those who dare step inside are greeted with a gory death.

CRACK! Both expansions shattered after one minute, and the two walked out, Arad severely injured and covered in blood while Eris had an exhausted and pale look on her face.

"What did happen?!" Lala cried and Kali had to explain. "Eris's expansion trying to kill Arad is like a horse hitting a wall at high speed. The horse died, and the wall collapsed at the same time."

"You really managed to hurt me enough to break my expansion. You're far stronger than I expected, and that expansion, what was it?" Arad looked at her with a smile as his wounds healed and Eris returned the grin.

"A field sown with death and blood, living beings can't exist inside, their souls would get ripped to pieces by the bones of those who died there before." She approached him, "It was really painful to have you inside, like a stone stuck inside my throat." She reached toward his lips and gave him a kiss.

"Want to stop here? Go back and play for a bit?" He clenched his palm on her left butt.

"I want to…but can we do one last thing?" She looked at his hand, "In your draconic form, hit with a claw strike, with all of your might. If I can still stand after it, then I'll take the lead, if I can't, then you can do whatever you want."

"I'm in, get ready." Arad kissed her and jumped back, transforming into his massive draconic form. He lifted his right claw up and looked at Eris, "Here it comes, are you ready?"

Eris's body burst into plasma as she grew two pairs of wings and horns, [Death's Butterfly]

Arad dropped his claw down and she lifted her arms up, catching his claw. She could feel her bones crack, blood burst out of her joints and her spine almost exploding. The ground beneath her immediately failed to support the weight, so she started relying on jets of plasma out of her wings to remain standing.

For a moment Arad got surprised that he didn't flatten her in a single hit, but what came next surprised him even more. Eris screamed, grabbing one of his laws in her arms and turned around, pulling on his whole body.

Eris swung her arms, suplexing his massive draconic body to the ground in the blink of an eye. Everyone who saw that couldn't believe their eyes, it doesn't matter how much strength she has, Eris doesn't have the weight to do that, so how could she have achieved it?

Arad hit the ground with a blade and the moment he opened his eyes he finally saw her, a massive, muscular purple drakaina sitting on top of him with a tempest of plasma roaring above her head.

"I won." She said with a smile, but almost immediately her body exploded into a puff of fire and plasma. Eris landed in her human form on Arad's massive chest, unable to move… "I can't…"

"What was that?!" Arad gasped, looking at her with a thrilled face.

"Draconic form…thanks to my divine power growing," Eris growled, trying to stand with all of her might. She could only maintain that form for a second, but she achieved it nonetheless.

Arad immediately shifted to his humanoid form and lifted Eris up, "Why didn't you tell me earlier! I can't believe it! You're really becoming a full drakaina!" Words couldn't describe how happy he was, flailing her around. "Put me…down…I'm…"

"No I won't!" Arad hugged her tightly, "You've won this fight. Can you turn into that form again?"

"It consumes a lot of energy so I can only maintain it for a second. And maintain its weight for five seconds." She replied as he shook her like a doll.

"We'll focus on making you stronger so you can maintain it. The goal is to spend a minute in it." He looked at her with a smile.

Eris stared at him with a pout, "I won so don't lie to me." She grabbed him from the face with her hands, "You want me to be able to maintain it long enough for us to have sex, right…"
