On the afternoon of June 15th, in the private room on the third floor of the Floating Cloud Teahouse in Flying Snow City, a middle-aged man dressed in a luxurious brocade robe was enjoying a lively conversation with Wei Hongkuo. Both men were accompanied by a few scantily dressed women, who served tea and fruit to the two men.
