The Golem Mage

Chapter 277: Out-Burst Part 3

The Centaur prince’s brow furrowed as he observed Terran taking a hit.

Having fought with Terran, he was quite clear that Terran possessed impressive battle power and battle sense , the Prince knew that a clumsy and slow attack like that shouldn’t have landed.

However, Terran had just endured a grueling series of royal rumble fights and individual battles with the Minotaur.

And Exhaustion overtook him, his judgment faltering as weariness settled in.

He hadn’t anticipated that his opponents had ulterior motives.

"And here I thought we could peacefully resolve this, I suppose you all just have to make me out to be the villain again" Terran remarked, mustering the little Mana he had recovered to summon his phantom character.

Behind him, a vivid image of a Drake started materializing, its body adorned with brown scales, that made it almost look real.

Once the image was fully summoned, Earth elements materialized and began rotating around the air.

The Earth elements whirled around Terran, transforming him into an earth emperor of sorts.

"Ever since I entered the High Rank realm, I’ve had a significant disadvantage, Most battles at this level take place in the skies, and I never had a chance to awaken another element."

" Though I have been fortunate enough to awaken gravity control as a branch from my high affinity of earth element but, in a high rank battle where many have grasped the concept of gravity..." Terran trailed off.

"It becomes clear that my disadvantage is exposed, However, I’ve continuously fought without regard for my life, finally finding a way to bring the earth to me if I am unable to fight on the ground, which is my preferred battlefield."

"Just know that you have brought this upon yourselves,"

Terran declared, throwing his sword backward toward the image of the Drake.

The Drake clamped its jaws around the sword, securing it and aiding Terran in maintaining his grip on his weapon.

Witnessing such a scene caused the eyes of the five mages confronting Terran to tremble.

"This guy is nearing the point of solidifying his phantom image, Once he accomplishes that, he will be able to step into the Tier 8 Mage realm," one of the mages whispered softly.

Though spoken in hushed tones, the words were heard by all.

Seeing Terran break through was not something any of them wanted to witness.

Most of the mages in the opposing faction had initially believed that Terran had no potential to reach the Tier 8 realm.

They were cautious of his combat abilities but as long as he didn’t enter that realm, they didn’t consider him a true threat.

However, if Terran were to make that leap, they knew they would have to brace themselves, as he was known for being vengeful.

They feared that he would spark a new series of fights within the academy if his anger got the better of him, and him being crazily strong was not to there advantage.

"It’s evident that he has been hiding his advancements, Fortunately, we caught on to this quickly before he could make any progress, Let’s all attack together."

" The academy doesn’t need a vengeful mage like him," the leading mage declared, rallying the morale of those fighting alongside him as he simultaneously launched three arrows towards Terran, he was clear that they were in the wrong but he did need a righteous reason to attack Terran

And that was why he was painting Terran to be a Vengeful Mage.

Terran swiftly swung his hands, summoning a massive hand made of earth element that effortlessly swatted away the three arrows.

Using the full force of his voice, Terran casted his spell,

[< High Tier Spell - Earth Dragon Fangs >]

As he clasped his hands together, The swirling earth around him transformed into a miniature dragon head with sharp and long fangs, hurtling towards the five mages.

Witnessing this, the leading mage infused himself with flaming elements to further enhance his abilities as he escaped , his flames burning beneath his feet.

However, the two magic swordsmen remained rooted in their positions, confident in their footwork and sword techniques, hoping to withstand the impending attack. Read new chapters at NovelBin.Côm

But as the dragon reached them, it opened its mouth, catching the two mages off guard.

Terran cast another spell, adding to the Prowess of the spell

[< High Tier Spell – Earth Gravity Deviation >]

and within the mouth of the earth dragon, a small black hole materialized, pulling the two mages toward it with an incredible force.

The two mages, unleashing the power of their Tier 8 Mage aura, tried their best to escape the pull.

They couldn’t help but wonder why they seemed to always be the unfortunate ones when fighting against Terran.

However, Terran paid no attention to their thoughts, aware that the Tier 8 mages were on the verge of breaking free from the suction force of the black hole.

He bellowed loudly, exerting more force to drag the two mages into the earth dragon’s mouth.

By doing so, the dragon head, formed entirely from earth element, would be able to consume them, tear them to pieces with its fangs created with earth essence.

However, the two magic path mages devised a plan to help their colleagues.

Their strategy involved distracting Terran, causing him to lose control of the black hole and giving the trapped mages a chance to break free from the suction force.

[< High Tier Spell – Blinding Lights >]

A blinding white light suddenly shone in Terran’s eyes, partially impairing his vision.

Realizing that one of the mages was a Light Elementalist, Terran quickly protected himself by surrounding his body with a sturdy earth barrier.

Light elements were notoriously difficult to deal with, as their control required exceptional talent. Terran was unwilling to take any chances, by hoping that the light Elementalists was not a talented one.

However, the next attack came from a different mage.

[< High Tier Spell – Exploding Water Bomb >]

they sent a massive water ball crashing into Terran’s earth barrier.

Upon contact, a series of powerful explosions reverberated, forcing the earth ball to be launched backward and slamming into a nearby abandoned mountain.

Everyone watched intently, wondering if Terran had been injured by the impact.

As the fog that masked their view dissipated, they were surprised to witness Terran emerging from the already battered earth defense he had erected.

Blood trickled from his mouth, indicating the damage he sustained.

Just as he was assessing his injuries, an arrow flew straight at him.

With quick reflexes, Terran managed to catch the flaming arrow in his hands.

"Explode+,"

Hearing the words of the Mage leader who lead the assault filled Terran with a sense of foreboding.

However, it was too late for him to retract his hands, as the arrow he held exploded.

The impact sent him flying several meters backward, though he managed to land gracefully despite his left hand dripping with blood.

The mage who had shot the arrow wasn’t satisfied, even though it had fulfilled its purpose.

He hadn’t yet been able to land a lethal blow on Terran.

Despite their relentless onslaught, Terran seemed to be as resilient as a cockroach, refusing to succumb to defeat.

"Why won’t you just die!"

one of the magic swordsmen couldn’t help but scream in frustration.

"I don’t think we’ll be able to take him out like this, We’ll have to unleash our full power if we want to defeat him,"

the leader mage said, summoning three flaming arrows from thin air.

Recognizing Terran’s resilience, he decided to disregard any reservations and summoned his own phantom image to deal with him.

It was considered a grave offense to use phantom image power against a lower-ranking Mage at War God Mage Academy , especially when fighting a fellow colleague at the Academy.

However, these five mages had reached a point where they were prepared to kill Terran, as the situation had escalated beyond their initial expectations.

A massive flaming eagle materialized behind the leader mage, while the two magic swordsmen conjured elemental swords—one made of earth, the other of wind. @@novelbin@@

The remaining two mages had unique phantom images, the light element mage released a radiant lantern hovering above his head, and the water element mage summoned the image of a majestic koi fish.

As these five images fully appeared, their eyes seemed to possess a glimmer of intelligence, there body itself have fully form very quite from Terran’s own which only the head of the Drake has been transformed.

They used their auras to exert pressure on the Earth Drake Phantom Behind Terran, intending to tear it apart and sever Terran’s extraordinary control and affinity for earth element, which was being reinforced by the resilient Drake despite his dwindling mana, as if he lost the phantom image he would be drained

And be easy to deal with considering he almost had no Mana left.
