Alec and his gang, with Agnes leading the way, finally left there Master’s Peak.

Agnes turned back and glared at him.
Hard
When he realized he had angered her, he turned his face to the side and pouted, clearing not wanting any trouble, he had learnt the hard way not to mess with the only Girl of the group or get beat without no help.
"Look over there, it’s the Gordon clan mages again!" one person exclaimed.
"I heard they ventured into the Abyss Realm and survived, That place is only open to second year mages or those who have reached the Tier 3 Mage realm, Does that mean they now possess Tier 3 Mage battle power? Terrifying," another added.
"You know nothing, I watched the last Fighting Pavilion Tower test and witnessed the power of their leader, Alec. He is more than capable of handling most Tier 3 mages. Don’t underestimate him. I’m sure he has a few tricks up his sleeve," a third person chimed in.
"Of course he would have other tricks up his sleeve. After all, he is the Rookie King this year, the one everyone has their eyes on. Being Terran’s disciple, many had thought he would perish in the Abyss Realm along his siblings, but he managed to escape. Let’s see how long he can avoid death," someone else remarked.
"Hmph, Rookie King, my ass! I heard that Lucas Blade recently broke through into the (Mid) Tier 3 Mage realm. If he were to encounter Alec now, it’s hard to say who would emerge victorious. Those from the prominent clans are bound to surpass the rest, given the support they have," another gossip spread.
Whispers and gossip about Alec and his group echoed around them as they passed by.

Despite the mages’ attempts to conceal their conversations with mana or spells, Alec could hear every word within a ten-meter radius.
It seemed as if his mental energy could infiltrate and permeate any restriction or barrier set up by these mages without them even noticing.
After all, they didn’t possess enough mental energy to detect another presence spying on them.
Alec was the only anomaly in this regard.
It was quite remarkable that he could awaken even a trace of mental energy before reaching the Tier 6 Mage realm.
And Due to his inexperience in controlling his mental energy, Alec couldn’t filter what he heard.
He kept discovering that his mental abilities weren’t limited to battle aspects alone; they also heightened his other senses as long as it was within a ten-meter range.
"Look, we’re here!" Agnes exclaimed,
snapping Alec out of his dazed thoughts, As They stood before another peak.
"Excuse me, would you be so kind as to help us locate Senior James?, We have a few questions for him," Agnes asked the first person they encountered coming down the peak.
However, as the mage raised his head, they were all taken aback by the sight of Lucas Blade.
Lucas wore a hood that concealed his hair and face, When he saw the entire group from the Gordon clan, a mischievous grin formed on his lips.
"Just the people I was looking for!" he declared.
"Huh?" Agnes exclaimed, caught off guard.
"Never mind. Alec, let’s fight!" Lucas pointed his blade towards Alec, causing him to facepalm and curse his luck.
He hoped that Lucas would be a bit more considerate and focus less on fighting and more on his reputation, like the other mage from the Ancient Zero clan who had attempted to build prestige by defeating Him.
But After his defeat, the mage had vanished, allowing Alec some peace.
However, he had always heard rumors of how the battle maniac Lucas relentlessly sought him out for a fight throughout the academy, even before reaching the (Mid) Tier 3 Mage realm.
"Um, is there any way we can avoid this?" Alec asked, his small smile hiding his unease.
"Nope, you should know that our instructor has thousands of disciples, unlike your own master. It would take forever to reach him. Luckily, I happen to know where he is in seclusion," Lucas retorted, confidently placing his hand on the sword by his waist.
"Defeat me, and I promise I’ll bring you to him," he added, his voice filled with determination.
"Ready or not, here I come!" Lucas declared, shocking everyone with his crazy demeanor.
As he raised his sword slightly from its scabbard, a blinding light shone, causing Agnes, who was at the front, to shield her eyes.
The air seemed to grow lighter, and before the rest of the group could recover from the flash of light, Lucas closed the distance between him and Alec.
And when he got In an attacking range, he unsheathed his sword and swung it towards Alec’s neck.
However, Alec stood his ground, smirking and showing no intention of moving.
Just as the sword was inches away from his neck, shadows materialized between Alec and Lucas.
Huge Shadowy tentacle-like hands rose up and gripped the sword and Lucas, restraining him from every angle.
"Hmpf, this won’t hold me," Lucas snorted,
his mana going berserk as he unleashed a blast, attempting to break free from the shadows.
But just as the shadows were starting to crumble, knight emerged from one of the massive shadow tentacles, placing a dagger at Lucas’ neck.
knight’s eyes locked with Lucas’, a silent warning of the danger he was in.
Lucas felt the presence of the dagger, realizing how easily it could end his life
Though he had plans to escape, he wasn’t willing to risk injury or bet his life , especially since his main intention was to test Alec’s skills.
He felt frustrated that he had once again been stopped by another clansman.
"You lost," Alec said with a small smile.
"But," Lucas began to protest.
"No buts, You promised me. Knight can represent me!" Alec interrupted firmly, causing Lucas to sigh in defeat.
"Well, you win. A deal is a deal. Come on, I’ll take you to James," Lucas Blade conceded, leading Alec and his gang up the peak.
Alec couldn’t help but wonder about the coincidence that both Lucas Blade and James shared the same master.
Meanwhile, the rest of the group admired the breathtaking scenery as they climbed, trying their best to compare their dry and sparsely populated peak to the one they were on now.
What do you think?
