The Golem Mage

Chapter 330: Not Chaotic enough... 1

"Kill them all,"

Alec declared, confident that he had trapped the Orcs exactly where he wanted them.

Arthur wasted no time and lunged forward, aiming a punch directly at one of the Orc’s face.

However, the Orc was not about to allow Arthur an easy hit.

He swiftly dodged in the opposite direction, causing Arthur to retract his punch.

Terran’s punch had actually been a ruse, designed to manipulate the Orc into moving in the desired direction.

The Orc noticed the smirk on Arthur’s face and sensed trouble.

As the Orc turned his head, he spotted Brandon dashing toward him from the direction he had evaded.

Caught off guard by his own movement, changing direction became difficult for the Orc.

With incredible speed, Brandon swung his saber, its crimson aura of bloodlust was strengthen by the formation making it gleam brightly, as he aim to cleave the Orc from waist to chest.

In response, the Orc altered his axe’s direction in an unconventional manner, using it to successfully defend against the saber’s strike.

This diversion gave the other two Orcs, who had been momentarily stunned, the chance to regroup and come to their comrade’s aid.

"Cover his back, Arthur!"

Alec commanded, observing the battle from every angle, constantly evaluating the situation.

Arthur adeptly blocked the two Orcs who attempted to attack Brandon, showcasing impressive speed and footwork.

"Get out of the way!"

The first Orc exclaimed, slashing his great sword at Arthur. Arthur swiftly sidestepped, narrowly evading the potent Sword Qi unleashed by the blade as he closed in on his target.

Before Arthur could strike the Orc who had initially attacked him, a massive green leg hurtled towards his face.

Luckily, Alec intervened, firing a massive earth bullet that slowed the leg before it could make contact.

"Bang!!!"

Though Alec’s bullet had momentarily halted the Orc’s momentum, giving Arthur a chance to defend himself, he still struggled to withstand the attack.

As he was sent flying backwards, on the verge of colliding with Kelvin, who was maintaining the formation at another edge, Alec swiftly appeared and caught Arthur by stretching out his right hand to block him.

With Alec’s support, Arthur managed to stop and gather his strength before using the momentum to dash back into the fight.

"Don’t slack off again!, Get into an attacking range and don’t make yourself an easy target, for God’s sake! Don’t tell me the only thing you’re good for is running your mouth!" Alec taunted Arthur as he faced the approaching Orc head-on.

The Orc lunged forward, using his legs first, before leaping into the air, performing a acrobatic maneuver.

As the Orc brought down his right leg with immense force, the energy pulsating from his legs warned Arthur not to underestimate him.

Reacting quickly, Arthur covered his gauntlet with a stone fist for added protection.

Bang!

Arthur managed to withstand the powerful hammer strike with his left arm, which was covered with a stone fist that extended all the way to his shoulders for maximum defense.

"Now I’ve got you where I want you," Arthur declared, his confidence growing.

[< Low Tier spell – Metal Spikes >]

[> Low Tier skill – smashing upper cut <]

Casting his first spell, Arthur’s right gauntlet transformed, revealing four metallic spikes between the knuckles.

And he Reinforce the spell with his battle skill, Arthur’s Qi took on a reddish hue, making it more lethal than his usual practice.

In the midst of the battle, Arthur didn’t have time to contemplate why the bloodlust formation seemed to increase his spells’ attack power.

With a swift upward punch, he propelled himself off the ground and struck the Orc’s jaws, causing blood to gush from the punctured holes.

Not wasting a moment, Arthur forcefully dragged the Orc down, slamming him onto the floor.

After removing his hand from the Orc’s Jaws , he smashed the metallic spikes into his chest, delivering a fatal blow.

He quickly moved to assist Brandon, who was now defending against the remaining Orcs with both of his weapons.

Although Brandon appeared to be in a precarious situation, he was actually leading the Orcs towards Knight’s side of the formation.

As they approached, two small daggers were sent flying directly at them, causing the Orcs to momentarily pause to deflect the projectiles.

Seizing the opportunity, Knight left his spot in the formation and Alec, who had been following closely, helped cover for him, By taking his position in the formation.

In the shadows, Knight reappeared behind one of the Orcs wielding an axe.

With a wave of his hand, he manipulated the trajectory of the still-flying daggers, guiding them back into his own grasp.

Swiftly lodging the daggers into the Orc’s neck, Knight pulled him back into the shadows with him.

The last remaining Orc, witnessing his comrade being dragged away, reached out in a futile attempt to save him, only to feel a sharp pain around his own neck.

As the Orc’s head began to fall, he caught a glimpse of Brandon’s face.

Unbeknownst to him, Brandon had cleanly severed his head when he had turned away from the fight.

He too met an unwilling end, After dispatching the Orc, Knight emerged from the shadows with the body of the third Orc, which was lacerated with dagger stabs.

None of the formation members dared to inquire about the extent of the torment that Knight had inflicted upon the fallen Orc.

In the shadows, he was invincible, and the only way out for his opponents was to defend until his shadow skill ran out, if not they could only wait for death.

Knight had cultivated and learned this particular spell after acquiring the spirit equipment gifted to him by Alec.

The Spirit equipment not only greatly improved his affinity but also aided in his understanding and mastery of shadow-based spells.

"The more I witness his progress, the more I question the authenticity of my own spirit equipment," Alec muttered to himself as they now faced the Orc chief, who watched them with eyes filled with hatred for killing his best warriors.

He sat atop his wolf mount, gripping his battle axe tightly.

With his right hand, he smeared what appeared to be blood on his face, preparing to charge at Alec’s formation.

Meanwhile, as Alec and the other mages fought against the three Peak Tier 3 Orcs, Alec’s golems, with Agnes’ assistance, were proving their worth.

Their exceptional performance show Pale just what the true power of a coordinated group is.

Legion, utilizing his jet booster, swiftly moved towards the approaching Orcs, spear pointed forward, effortlessly impaling three of them in the process.

He then flung their bodies into the midst of another group of Orcs that were closing in on him.

Legion was levelling up at an astonishing rate, and on the brink of becoming a Tier 3 golem.

Another Orc almost managed to sneak to him from behind, but Legion remained unperturbed, swerving his spear in the opposite direction and driving it through the throat of the sneaking Orc.

Without even glancing back, Legion dispatched the Orc, fully engaged in the midst of the Orcs.

However, he fought with such untamed ferocity that one might mistake him for a Titan if not for the gracefulness of his spear techniques.

"Does that golem have eyes in the back of his head or something?, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but even that golem is more efficient at eliminating Orcs than I am,"

Pale remarked to Kate, They had managed to retreat a considerable distance to catch their breath, planning to re-join the battle and assist Alec and his group.

Many of the mages had already escaped when Alec’s group had held off the Orcs, but a few who were determined to prove themselves had stayed behind, witnessing what could only be described as a massacre.

Now They were even wondering if there was even a need for them to help curb the Orcs, as the golems were effortlessly dispatching them.
