Chapter 234: The Only Ones That Can Stop Him!

“Hmph, and there he goes… His body is incredibly tough; even with all the attacks, I had barely managed to pierce his skin right now.”

Galaxy Man pondered that as he glanced at his fists, his skin had been charred from the friction created from punching the Dark Storm Dragon so much while spinning around the planet.

It hurt, but it began to slowly regenerate…

Or did it?

“What?!”

His eyes widened as he noticed little black gooey things inside his skin and wounds… The same thing was within the rest of his wounds.

Despite absorbing Solar Radiation to gain strength and vitality, none of his wounds had yet to regenerate, the miasma inside of them prohibiting it.

“That damn bastard… I need to go and kill him right now! This miasma thing is probably some sort of magic… I cannot dispel it.”

Despite how ridiculously powerful he has; Galaxy Man had no talent for magic at all. While others received Mana through the System in Earth, Galaxy Man didn’t; his Mana was simply sealed.

He concluded his body was so physically different and also so strong; he was unable to hold magic powers within him.

The only way to hold supernatural powers not of his own was by having his soul possessed by the Primal Dinosaur God, but Primal Power seemed very compatible with him, making things easier.

“Magic is certainly something new that I don’t know of either… And I seem unable to harness it either. We will have to investigate it later. For now, destroying that dragon is paramount! My Mothership is descending into the surface of that planet with my army of one thousand vessels. We’re going to support you with it.”

“Good, thank you, master.”

“You don’t need to even mention it, my puppet.”

Galaxy Man smiled viciously, the will of the evil Dinosaur God within him, as he quickly kicked the empty space and rushed down.

Meanwhile.

“Uugh…! T-That bastard…! Who does he think he is?!”

The Dark Storm Dragon, all battered and wounded, with a huge hole in his chest leaking his own energies, glared into the skies as he fell.

“If I fall down, I could probably… piece the planet’s crust and destroy it!

However, he glared at the skies, noticing Galaxy Man already catching up with him, moving down faster than he fell.

“He’s coming already?!”

He clicked his tongue, grasping at his large wound and filling it with darkness, which rapidly regenerated it fully.

“As long as there’s Malice, Suffering, and Corruption in our Universe, I will never stop existing… You really thought you could go against me, huh?!”

“Yes, I believe I can.”

Galaxy Man appeared before his eyes, both moving at such a speed that the air began to create constant shockwaves.

His eyes shone bright red, constantly firing two laser beams from his eyes!

TRUUUM!

“NNNGGHHH…!”

The Dark Storm Dragon held on with his arms, even as they were rapidly being burned to a crisp! He quickly gathered Darkness into his tail and swung it against his foe.

SLAAASH!

A huge slashing wave reached Galaxy Man as he covered his hands with concentrated Solar Radiation and then punched the slicing wave.

BOOOM!

“Heh, you’re one damn tough motherfucker, but I got you within range…”

The dragon smiled viciously, closing both of his fists as his supernatural powers activated, manipulating the Sea of Darkness and its “fragments” left within Galaxy Man.

“{Black Molecule Burst}!”

“Wha…?!”

Suddenly, Galaxy Man felt a sharp pain through all of his body at once! He saw every wound he had beginning to inflate as the miasma inside began growing.

It grew sharp spikes, trying to tear apart his internal body, and then…

Exploding!

BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!

“AAAGGGHH!”

Galaxy Man screamed in agony as countless explosions erupted within his own internal body, filling him with black flames, as smoke came out of his ears, nose, and mouth.

“HAHAHAHA! I GOT YOU! NOW THIS PLANET WILL BE DESTROYED!”

The Dark Storm Dragon charged his body with all his Darkness and rushed towards the planet’s surface.

CRAAAASH!

Countless cracks spread through the surface where he landed, as gigantic pieces of land flew around everywhere, flying across the skies.

His small body continued piercing through it all, destroying it with tremendous force!

“THIS PLANET SHALL FACE ITS DOOM RIGHT HERE, AND RIGHT NOW—Ugh?!”

RUMBLE!

However, the Dark Storm Dragon’s charge stopped out of nowhere, as he found himself standing on a gigantic crater.

He felt such a tremendous pain within his own body that all his powers deactivated for a second.

The force he was using dissipated too!

“W-What was that…?! I… Ugh!”

He grasped his chest, feeling the pain again.

And then as his eyes widened, he finally remembered.

He saw the Sea of Darkness pseudo-dimension within him trembling, countless “circuits” made out of the Symbols that were still active spreading and connecting to the darkened ones.

Slowly, these darkened Symbols were also awakening, making him suffer pain, as his own existence was being threatened.

“Right, those damn bastards!”

He leaped into the skies, spreading his wings and flying as quickly as he could with his compacted, humanoid body.

“Where are they?! Where are—Ah! There!”

He noticed the immense formation, which had already begun for a few minutes; the Symbols powers were rapidly being injected into several animal-shaped machines.

“WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING?!”

He roared furiously, rushing towards the Formation with his fists blazing with black flames. His aim was simple: he was going to smash it all to bits!

“YOU THINK I’LL LET YOU DO THIS?!”

He swung his fists, and as Kenichi got out of the way alongside Crimson Lion, Athena panicked, but they were unable to do anything…

CRAAASH!

The entire formation was smashed, countless cracks spreading through it, and then…

Crack, crack…!

Blinding light of various colors emerged from them as explosive energy burst out of it!

BOOOM!

The Dark Storm Dragon smiled viciously as he glanced at the entire formation come undone. All of the efforts everyone put in to eliminate him were now in vain.

“I STAND SUPREME AS THE STRONGEST! NOW, ALL OF YOU WILL HAVE A PAINFUL DEATH!”

As he laughed, Bing Xue floated near him, smiling and looking rather pleased.

“Is that what you think?”

“YOU! YOU’RE GOING TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU—"

“AWOOOOO!”

The Dark Storm Dragon panicked as he heard the howl of an enormous wolf.

“What the…?!”

A second later, two massive mechanical wolves glowing with golden and black energies swung their claws against him.

“HAH! MERE IMITATIONS OF-”

CRAAASH!

“UGH?!”

However, these mere imitations managed to hurt him so badly he fell from the skies, landing on the ground beneath and creating a massive crater.

He vomited black blood again, feeling his energies slowly weakening.

“T-This can’t be…!”

He looked back at the two enormous wolf-like machines, each one over thirty meters in height, several times their original height.

Above all, they were now reforged and evolved in shape and form, overflowing with the same power he held.

But reversed!

The Darkness formed from the Agony, Suffering, and Malice of the Universe turned into the Light of Hope.

And he noticed the two young children on top of the wolf robots, both of them wearing armored bodysuits overflowing with this power.

Unlike before, this power had now been further amplified as well!

“Looks like we made it in time, brother!” Athena giggled.

“Just in time to beat the hell out of this guy!” Orion nodded.

“DAMN BRATS…! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING WITH MY POWERS?!”

The Dark Storm Dragon roared like a madman, opening his jaws and releasing a gigantic cannon beam of black and purple flames.

TRUUUMMM!!!

The beam reached the two, and yet…

“CRYAAAH!”

The cry of a gigantic bird echoed through the skies as a massive, winged machine emerged, red and orange in color, and overflowing with golden flames across its mechanical wings.

FLUOSH!

With its powers, it stopped the flames from reaching the twins and then redirected it back towards the Dark Storm Dragon.

“What the…?!”

BOOOM!

He was left slightly burned, glaring at the skies in even more surprise… That small and pathetic-looking bird machine had suddenly become an enormous Mechanical Phoenix of over forty meters of height!

And there was more…

“SQUEAAK!”

Out of nowhere, a giant silver and white-colored hare with pink metal armor descended from the skies, kicking his entire body from every angle.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

“Ugh…! Agh! Arrggh!”

As the Dark Storm Dragon was being attacked by the thirty-meter-high hare, he saw three more machines appearing above and below.

“M-More?!”

He felt the power of the Symbols within them, resonating as brightly as ever!

Anubis and Ra were there with the Crimson Lion, their bodies having changed as well.

Anubis had gained blue colors, becoming ten times as big as before, and had transformed into a large black, gold, and blue jackal instead of its humanoid form.

Meanwhile, Ra had also become a massive hawk-like bird, with mostly green, gold, and red metal and beautiful decorations; its wings were overflowing with green, gold, and red flames too.

And on top of them, there were more of them!

Kenichi was on top of Crimson Lion, crossing his arms as he glared at the Dark Storm Dragon.

Hekita stood over the head of Anubis, wearing a full armored bodysuit of blue, black, and gold color.

And Merneith was on top of Ra, also wearing a similar armored bodysuit of gold, green, and red.

The Dark Storm Dragon grew more and more frustrated, tightly grasping at his own claws; he roared with fury.

“FUCKING GAORANGERS!”

With a furious scream full of resentment, his Aura erupted at full power, manifesting several gigantic dragons made of pure Darkness.

“DON’T THINK YOU’VE RECOVERED ALL YOUR POWERS! I STILL HOLD THE MAJORITY OF IT!”

His entire aura spread out, attacking every robot within the vicinity!

The robots were quickly loaded with more Light Energy, the opposite of Darkness Energy, and attacked back the Darkness Dragons!

“KYUUUH!”

The Moonlight Hare kicked them with his powerful feet, destroying their armor.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

“CRYAAAH!”

Then the Golden Phoenix cried loudly, releasing an inferno of flames towards them, burning the manifestations.

FLUOOOSH!

 Meanwhile, the two wolves rushed towards the remaining heads, opening their jaws and biting their necks off one after another.

The manifested Dark Dragons coming from the Dark Storm Dragon’s Aura ended up being completely overpowered, and quite easily at that.

It felt as if the Darkness the dragon conjured was completely countered by the robots’ “Light”!

“It seems it’s working properly…” Kenichi nodded. “Excellently done, Athena! You’ve done something I thought impossible! You’ve created a new team of—Wait, we need two more, though!”

“Do we?” Merneith wondered. “Also, what with this weird suit?! It’s too warm and annoying to move on with this! How are you even used to these clothes?!”

Merneith, who was used to wearing light clothes that barely covered her body, seemed rather annoyed by these full bodysuits that were also armored and incredibly warm.

“You’ll get used to it!”

Kenichi gave her a thumbs up, but Merneith only got angrier.

“It’s honestly a bit annoying; yeah, my snout is a bit… tight in the helmet…”

Hekita was also complaining; the design of the Gaoranger armor wasn’t quite made for non-humans like her.

“Y-You’ll get used to it…!”

Kenichi tried to give her another thumbs up…

“Don’t waste your time talking! We have to take him down now!”

Athena quickly interrupted their words, as she quickly made everyone go serious.

Kenichi swiftly entered the Crimson Lion, Merneith went inside of Ra’s new bestial form, and Hekita inside of Anubis.

“Gaorangers! Attack!”

Kenichi roared, unifying the entire group as they all rushed together against the Dark Storm Dragon!

He spread out his aura, but he was quickly overwhelmed, attacked from every angle.

Wolf claws cut through his defenses, and their jaws gnawed at his manifested aura embodiments.

Fiery flames burned through his spectral dragons and even pushed him back.

And their incredibly tough metallic bodies were able to easily endure his powerful physical blows.

“I-I cannot accept this…! I will not accept this!”

The Dark Storm Dragon was being constantly hit while trying to evade their blows, beasts appearing above, below, and from every single angle to smash him down.

His body was growing weaker; he was being overwhelmed!

“NOOOO!!!”

He screamed loudly, as the entire life of the planet felt an innate fear towards this cosmic threat!

“I’LL DRAIN THE PLANET OF ALL IT HAS IF I MUST! GIVE ME YOUR POWER, HUMANITY!”

With a mad scream, the Dark Storm Dragon spread his arms upwards and opened his jaws; darkness suddenly emerged from every single human and intelligent person on the planet.

“Uuaaagh!”

“W-What’s happening?!”

“Help! My body…!”

“Aaaah!”

“It hurts!”

“Nooo!”

“My son?! What’s—AAAGH!”

“My god, what’s going on? UGGH!”

People screamed all around the world, falling unconscious onto the floor as their “darkness” left them, gathering within the Dark Storm Dragon’s body!

Bing Xue tried to cut the flow of power in that moment, only for a huge mechanical claw to punch her away.

CRAAASH!

“Hah, he really doesn’t give up…”

Bing Xue was fine, glancing from afar as the Dark Storm Dragon suddenly grew several dozen times. Keeping his humanoid form, but now as big as two hundred meters in height.

“I’LL SMASH YOU ALL TO SMITHEREENS!”

However, against adversity, Kenichi smiled.

He was no longer alone!

He had a new generation of Gaorangers.

“We need two more, though…” He thought. “Well, we’ll call the most fitting from nearby! Symbols! Choose your vessels!”

FLAAASH! FLAAASH!

Pink light emerged from the hare, and golden energy from the phoenix.

While watching from afar, suddenly, Kanala and Rainbow Eyes were hit by these beams.

“Uwah! Uwaawaaahhh!”

“What’s happeniiiiing?!”

Both kids were suddenly turned into light, dragged inside the robots themselves!

“No way! We were chosen?!” Rainbow Eyes was surprised. “W-Wait a second, why is my suit pink?! I’m the hare?! No way!”

“Hahahaa! Hell yeah!” Kanala celebrated, sporting a red and golden suit with wings. “I’m the Phoenix like mama!”

Kenichi nodded as he heard the new chosen heroes.

“Good! We’re all set up now! Gaorangers! Gattai!”

FLAAASH!

Suddenly, all of the robots began glowing with their respective colors!

Flying into the skies, they began to rapidly transform.

“W-What’s happening now?!” Rainbow Eyes screamed.

“Woooohhh!” Kanala raised her arms.

“So this is the legendary Gattai!” Athena was excited.

“What does Gattai even mean?” Orion asked.

“I think it means…!” Merneith gasped. “What Anubis and Ra did before!”

“C-Combination?!” Hekita asked.

“That’s right; now let’s say it together!”

Although they were embarrassed, they all did it anyway.

“GATTAI!!!”

CLANK! CLANK! CLANK! CLANK!

The Dark Storm Dragon gasped as he saw the robots beginning to combine!

He quickly stepped forward; he wasn’t going to let them do that.

“YOU THINK I’LL SIT DOWN AND WATCH YOUR SHOW?! FUCK OFF!”

He wasn’t like other villains and wouldn’t just watch as they combined, swinging his giant claws to tear them to shreds.

And yet…

“Not on my watch!”

Bing Xue manifested a gigantic sword of light, swinging it against the Dark Storm Dragon, hitting him so hard he was pushed several hundred meters.

CRAAASH!

“TCH! GET OUT OF MY WAY!”

Bing Xue smiled as she saw the giant monster in front of her.

Perhaps the first foe to become a true challenge she couldn’t take down on her own since she got here.

“As long as I am here, you will not harm these little heroes that I am so proud of!”

With her eyes shining with righteous light, she clashed against his mighty claws.

Until…

RUMBLE!

A colorful giant made of metal rose from the ground.

Full power, all combined!

“The Hero of Justice, Protector of Humanity, is Reborn!”

Kenichi roared with all his might, making the rest of the members cringe a bit.

“Full Power! Let’s go, Neo Mighty Brave Gaoyusha!”

Earth’s mightiest hero and guardian was finally here!
