Chapter 50: Chapter 50 Skinny

Gu Yan didn’t answer Su Yunjin’s question, instead, he asked her out of the blue, “Yunjin, do you want to go to the market?”

“Go to the market?” Gu Yan’s sudden suggestion left Su Yunjin a bit befuddled, before he added, “I will head to the market after breakfast tomorrow, if you’d like to, we can go together.”

Mrs. Chu added a log to the fire and upon seeing Su Yunjin arrive, she cheerfully slapped her clothing, got up, “Third sister-in-law, you’re just in time, the water in the pot has warmed up, you can scoop a couple of basins and take them back to your room for a bath! I was about to scoop some water for a wash myself.”

A bath?

It just so happened that Su Yunjin was thinking about taking a bath!

Since her time-travel here, she hadn’t taken a single bath, so seeing Mrs. Chu scoop water for a bath, Su Yunjin also scooped up two basins of hot water and returned to her room to bathe.
