Chapter 761: Formation of The Seven Star Paragon Force (1)
The moment Klaus finished sculpting the Luminary Tablet, he domed it, making it so nobody could see it.
It wasn't because he wanted to prevent them from benefiting from it.
No.
His reasons were far from that.
In essence, he just wanted to ensure that those who would be using it were the serious ones. This also meant he would be running drills soon, and from their performance, he would know who got to use it first.
But, of course, he would address them first.
He flew back to the new camp where everyone, including the soldiers, was waiting for him. General Dane had already informed the soldiers that he would be handing command over to Klaus.
But he also told them they should listen to and benefit from his command and training before Klaus and the Paragon force left after they finished their training.
So they all were ready to give their all.
They might be soldiers meant to act as the first line of defense against the threats that faced the various unions, but that didn't prohibit them from joining Klaus's training.
Klaus flew back to the new camp, and immediately, Pickle Berry ran into his arms.
"I thought you were mad at me when you left your soul sea," Klaus asked, holding her in his arms.
"I was indeed mad at you for teasing me, but that is just by the way." She laid her head on his shoulder, making the ladies clench their fists.
The small snake girl seemed more chummy with Klaus and Klaus's mom than them. They could see that now, staring at Klaus and her.
Klaus just smiled in their direction before flying up, still holding Pickle Berry.
After he was high enough, he looked at the warriors and soldiers gathered below him and began to address them.
"First off, I would like to offer my condolences to the warriors we lost. I know it's hard to lose friends. Trust me, I know that.
But while it's sad and heartbreaking, we also cannot let them down. They died fighting a battle, and the only way to fulfill their last wishes is to continue the battle.
Now, I know the odds you went against are just above you. But that is why I am here." The soldiers and his Paragon Force seemed to be listening quite well.
Though the battle was a month ago, some were still yet to recover. But, hearing him now, they knew what had to be done.
"I am here to ensure another surprise attack doesn't happen anymore. I am here to ensure you all break your limits and awaken hidden potential.
The plan is to turn you all into warriors worthy of gracing the battlefield without fear in your eyes. So, while I would love to say the next few weeks or perhaps months will be easy, know that we still have four regions housing terrifying monsters to handle.
But aside from that, we also have this Badland to liberate. So, in short, we will be undergoing serious training soon."
Klaus laughed, watching their expressions switch from one emotion to the next.
"However, before you all lose hope, know that by the time you are done with this training, you will start asking for more," he said, turning to look at the dome.
"Inside that dome is a way for you all to break the limits on your bodies. Currently, you haven't even unlocked 10% of your true potential.
So what if I have to tell you I have a way to handle that?" Everyone turned and looked at the faces of their fellow warriors.
"No need to look surprised. I know most of you see me as a monster just because I can go against those many realms above me.
While I can't argue that, the truth is that I managed to break through my limits, which freed me and allowed me to awaken more of my buried potential.
The same can happen to you. And yes, you will gain the means to oppose those realms above you. And also, yes, you won't have to pay a dime.
However, you will work for it. You will have to show that you are ready to become stronger. This means that the coming campaigns against the four remaining regions will be your chance to get stronger.
There will be other means for you to grow stronger later, but since it can't be given to everyone, you will have to prove your worth now, and perhaps if I am impressed, you might even get a chance to gain a few favors from me."
The air reeked of determination, and Klaus could smell that. This made him very happy, for he could tell the next few weeks would be fun.
"However, first, you each will have a chance to taste the greatness of what I have to offer." Klaus snapped his fingers, and countless small ice tablets appeared in the air.
He waved his hand, and every last soul on the ground received one.
"Each tablet has a number. Put your blood on it. This will allow you to enter the dome when your time comes.
Only 200 people can enter at a time. To comprehend this profound treasure, you must sit down and channel your focus into the structure that is currently standing inside the dome.
You will be given a puzzle to solve.
You will have 24 hours to do that. If you succeed in solving it, a limit will be broken on you, unleashing a part of your buried potential.
You will be ejected after the 24 hours are over.
If you fail, you will be ejected also.
Now, that won't be the last for you. There will be many chances later. But that said, you should try and grab every chance you have. Trust me, you won't want to miss that.
Also, don't misplace the ice tablets with you. Every time you get a chance, it will indicate when you can enter the dome."
Klaus looked at them and smiled.
"Before the first 100 enter the dome, I would like to introduce my assistant." He made Pickle Berry look at every one.
"This is my assistant. Her name is Pickle Berry. Just like you will listen to my orders, her words are mine, so obey her.
That will be all. The first 200 enter."
The 200 individuals walked into the dome, starting the first of many heaven-destroying items Klaus and Pickle Berry had in store for them.
The heavens could only watch...
What do you think?
