Not all immortals were privelaged to dwell in the shining city, and they had to reside around the Celestial Court, but order needed to be maintained, and these patrols by Angels were a frequent sight around this regions.
With his power and status Enziel was not due to patrol these parts for the next eight hundred thousand years, but due to the destruction of the Frozen Road and the ensuing chaos that were inevitably bound to occur, he was tasked with sending message of caution and calm to all the realms near this sector, it would not take long for reality to fall into disorder if the weak minded immortals knew of the magnitude that this disruption of the order of reality could cause.
