At this point in his life, Rowan had encountered extremely destructive events, entire universes crumbling to ash, hundreds of dimensions broken by the whims of the mighty, merely a while back, in the presence of death, this universe that he inhabited had ended in a blink of an eye, and yet with all the scenes of destruction that he had seen, there was something different about the fall of Sheol, because it was natural as if this was the end result of its path, Rowan had only accelerated that process.

There was great knowledge and power that he had yet to claim from Sheol, but he knew that this was a price of change. He could not get everything that he wanted, and in the end, it was not as if he was going to lose out by much, because whatever powers Sheol contained were not going to be lost, they would simply be transformed.

The longer that he observed the fall of the city, the more he began to notice that Sheol was not being destroyed; it was more like it was collapsing, rather it could be said that it was shrinking. Massive buildings folded into themselves as the walls that surrounded them were reduced to thin paper sheets which melded into other parts of the city that were also becoming infinitely smaller.
