Legendary killer's system

5.

"System, find a workout that will allow me to lose weight and increase my body's killing abilities."

Fred ordered.

Then the floating window where each shelf was displayed changed, displaying countless workouts of varying costs.

These were exorbitant, causing Fred to be greatly surprised, but he decided to look for one that would cost roughly the same amount of points he currently has.

Finally, he had found it.

THE HUNTER'S SCROLL.

(S+)

Cost: 85 points.

Description: This is a workout created by a small noble hunter to help ordinary people become strong.

Having found what he was looking for, he didn't hesitate and purchased this workout.

When he did, a specification of its capabilities appeared in a separate floating window.

Name: Fred Pulker.

Status: Obese.

Strength: 21

Agility: 14

Stamina: 50

Agility: 29

(A normal person's abilities are 100 points.)

Level: 1 [0/100 experience]

He looked at this and thought.

"This is the first time I've seen the legendary physical abilities window, and it's incredible."

Then, in that same window, a series of exercises appeared, each day with no rest allowed. It also indicated the time it would take Fred to complete it.

"3 months... This is impossible. What do you mean, three months?!"

This was superhuman. Eliminating a person's obesity in just three months is like building a 20,000-meter tower in a week—impossible.

Even so, he decided to try.

...

Fred was running as usual, but this time he was carrying a backpack that looked full and was sweating profusely.

"Shit, why would such a demanding training cost so few points? I even saw one that cost 100 million points called the First White Dragon. Is that one more demanding with less effort?" Fred asked grumblingly.

"Normally, the most effective things cost more, or at least that's what happens with this system. White Dragon training places greater demands on an important resource, which is the dragon's astral body. So even if I bought it, I wouldn't be able to do the training because I'd basically die under the automatic punishment of dragon ki," the system responded.

"Automatic punishment?! Dragon ki?!"

"Dragons, although they don't exist in this world, are extremely strong creatures that coexist with humans or are responsible for destroying them. Due to their existence, they have a special ki called dragon ki. This allows them to recognize and protect each other. Furthermore, their techniques and training are protected by their ki, which they personally apply to those not chosen to practice or learn them."

"Oh, I understand, but wait, how the hell did you get all that?!"

Then a silence fell, and the system didn't respond again.

Fred, a little bewildered, understood what he needed to understand and kept running, but it was difficult because the backpack he was carrying was full of bricks.

...

Some time later, Fred was in the bathtub, admiring his progress, although he was trying not to die of laughter because he was playing with his belly.

"Mr. Potbelly, hahahaha... I'm not being serious!"

Suddenly, the ringing of his cell phone alarmed him because absolutely no one knew his number, but he quickly left the bathroom and answered it.

"Hello, who am I speaking to?"

"Good morning, we're from the government registry of country X. We'd like you to come in for the mandatory blessing test and to sign your support agreement."

"If that's okay, I'll come later, I promise."

"Okay, sir, I'll We'll wait."

*Hang up*

"Damn, things are getting harder and harder. I still have about 10,000 or 15,000 Lux left, which would last me three months just eating instant noodles day, noon, and night."

Fred finished his bath and went to bed, getting up later.

...

City X. Central North.

2:56 p.m.

Fred arrived at the place he was called to. It was a place the size of a mall, with people in black suits standing on the left and right sides of the place.

At the top, there was a sign indicating this place.

"Players Association," Fred said, surprised by the size of the place and all the cameras that exuded an aura visible to ordinary people.

Amazed and a little nervous, Fred entered the association.

Inside, he went through security, including facial recognition, DNA, identification, and a few other procedures, but everything went well, and he successfully entered the association.

Like him, there were many people from all walks of life lined up in front of a room that indicated a test for the type of blessing and its rank.

Although Fred cursed having to stand in such a long line, he had no choice but to resign himself.

His turn finally arrived after standing for an hour, so he was called to a room where there were some people in black suits told him what to do.

"Hey kid, we need you to place your hand on that orb. Once you do, it will tell you what your ability is and its range."

In the middle of the room, there was a very circular white orb floating in the air. This was quite surprising, and Fred, following the supervisors' instructions, placed his hand on it.

The orb suddenly began to glow, and seconds later, the original white glow turned black, and the range of its blessing, along with its name and description, appeared on a screen in front of him.

•Water Bearer: (Level 1/10). Blessing of Poseidon, God of the seas.

It consists of keeping an American football team hydrated.

(Blessing Rank: F-)

Fred knew what a rubbish ability he had, but he was still surprised by its range, which was truly rubbish.

But then, interrupting their angry moment, the laughter of each of the supervisors was heard.

But then, noticing that he was watching them, they composed themselves and said,

"Kid, you can go now. Stop by the civil registry room to get your player ID."

Then Fred left the room without looking at them again.
