The Villainous Noblewoman Is About to Be Forced into Love, Isn’t This Wrong?

Chapter 3

"?!" Loraville's body shivered as she clutched the corner of the towel, wondering if even this was not allowed to remain.

"I said take it off, can't you hear?" Liana slightly intensified her tone.

Loraville's lips turned pale from biting them, and eventually, with trembling hands, she removed the towel.

Although only fourteen, Loraville's development was already noticeable, her pale skin tempting one to bully her.

Ashamed, Loraville covered the key parts of her body with her hands, her pale skin blushing pink with embarrassment.

Not just Loraville, even Liana was embarrassed now; it was her first time seeing a girl's body!

But just at the ball, her perverse lesbian persona had been established, and Loraville had heard it too! So, this was normal! Perfectly ordinary!

"Not bad," Liana nodded.

But these words were hardly comforting to Loraville's ears.

"You must have heard just now."

"Please... Princess Liana, please spare me," Loraville pleaded, falling to her knees.

Looking at Loraville's reaction, it seemed she had not only heard but heard very clearly.

"I didn't know it was your birthday party; I just came to take the test at the Ibet Magic Academy... just... someone suddenly handed me an invitation."

"An invitation?" Liana pondered, then realized, that invitation had been sent to Loraville by someone else on Liana's orders, meant to humiliate her. After all, despite being a noble, she couldn't use magic, while Loraville, a mere commoner, could, which made Liana extremely jealous.

Magic academy? This plunged Liana into deep thought.

In her memory, Loraville wasn't supposed to enter the magic academy at this time but two years later, and by then, Loraville would already be a qualified assassin, destined to relentlessly revenge against Liana.

That meant, right now, a single word from Liana could negate Loraville's future, but without Loraville's help, the future protagonist couldn't possibly overthrow the corrupt Lisat Kingdom, nor defeat the Demon Lord.

How could she keep her by her side for two years without Loraville hating her, and also train her to be a qualified assassin?

Thinking this over gave Liana a headache, her own safety still at stake.

Frowning, Liana watched Loraville kneel tremblingly on the ground, too scared to speak.

Liana pointed to her wardrobe, "Go pick a dress you like from the closet."

"Princess Liana, this is too precious..." Loraville didn't dare touch those items, as a single dress from a noble could cost her life.

"If you prefer being naked, I won't force you, but remember, this is not a request but a command."

"Yes... Yes, Princess Liana." Loraville stood trembling, opened the wardrobe, and was dazzled by the array of clothes. She randomly chose a white dress to wear, feeling it tight around her chest.

Liana felt offended but admitted that Loraville looked adorable, especially in nice clothes, which made her want to bully her more. Liana restrained her desire to have Loraville try on more dresses and presented her with two options.

"You now have two choices."

"The first, be my maid, take care of my daily needs for two years, and I will pay you five gold coins each month. Anything you buy in the Venus territory, come to me for reimbursement."

Liana knew that the maids around her were Countess Ruth's spies, meant to control her. It was the perfect chance to get rid of them.

And in the original story, although Loraville was said to be an assassin, she mostly played the role of a maid. It couldn't be too hard to train her to be a competent maid, could it?

"But, I need to attend the Ibet Magic Academy's test..." This was Loraville's only chance for a turnaround, her small village had a selection only once every five years, and she had fought hard to get here.

Although Liana didn't know the original circumstances, one thing was certain, she absolutely couldn't let Loraville enter the Ibet Magic Academy now. She had to wait two years, until her coming-of-age ceremony, when Loraville would meet the protagonist.

"Ah, the magic academy." Liana thought for a moment, "Forget about it."

"How can you say that?!" Loraville had barely passed the preliminary test, how could she just be dismissed with a word from Liana?

"Of course, you can try if you want, but whether you can pass is not so certain," Liana said playfully.

Loraville trembled with anger and frustration.

With Liana's status, making sure she failed the assessment was just a matter of a word.

"I'll say it one last time, this is not a discussion, but a command, the second time now, and there won't be a third."

Liana's words made Loraville resign herself to fate.

"Don't worry, if after two years, you still want to go, with my status, it will be simple to arrange for you. Moreover, if you satisfy me during these two years, I'll cover all your expenses at the magic academy. How does that sound? It's a good deal, just two years."

Not only would she earn more than the average person, but she could also save a substantial amount of money and have her tuition reimbursed; it did sound quite appealing.

So, what was the other option?

"And the other choice?" Loraville held a sliver of hope.@@novelbin@@

"The other option," Liana's lips curled into a slight smile.

Loraville sensed something ominous.

"Become my cute little puppy. You won't have to think about anything, do nothing, and I'll provide everything you need, including for your family. I'll rescue them too. Just be my obedient little puppy," Liana casually picked up a collar from the table, the bell on the collar jingling crisply.

This was a complete humiliation for Loraville.

Loraville clenched her fists; she had no choice, only the right to be chosen. It was supposed to be a multiple-choice question, but in reality, there was only one option. Her voice almost squeezed through her teeth, not knowing what she would face next, "Princess Liana, I agree to be your maid."

Liana breathed a sigh of relief, although this was almost a forced choice for Loraville, at least she was kept by her side for another year.

However, it seemed this slap was too harsh.

Now, Loraville surely hated her deeply; later, she would have to offer her some small benefits.
