Divide and Conquer. But first, sex~
-x-X-x-
Thaddeus isn’t an idiot. He recognizes a test when he sees one. But to Emma’s credit, he also recognizes that this isn’t JUST a test. Something like this can have multiple meanings. Emma is gently testing his loyalty and common sense at the same time here. Because really, there’s no reason for Thaddeus to be at the meeting between her and She-Hulk unless he doesn’t trust Emma. Especially not when there are better things he could be doing… like setting up the X-Men to get distracted by the mystery of whoever Madelyne Pryor really is.
Ultimately, Thaddeus is not the one in charge here. He is the Knight to Emma’s Queen. So demanding to be in the room when she and She-Hulk finally met for a talk… it wouldn’t necessarily be a deal breaker, but it would be a red flag.
Fortunately, he has no problem standing aside because for all that he holds great affection for Jennifer, Thaddeus’ true loyalties still lie with Emma. They’re in this together more than anything, and even his extremely close relationship with Cessily would not change that. Speaking of Cessily, Thaddeus wondered if he should invite her to the Storm Meeting. She’d asked to attend classes with him today, but he’d gently shut her down, wanting to just get away from everything power-related even if it was for just one day. Fuck him though, he supposed.
Smiling at Emma, Thaddeus dips his head in acknowledgment of both her words and the meaning behind them.
“I don’t need to be there. I trust you to handle the meeting with She-Hulk and inform me of what’s been decided after the fact. In the meantime, I’ll talk to Munroe.”
Thaddeus can’t help but think of his last talk with Storm for a beat after those words. Admittedly, it was a little embarrassing how he’d thought for a second there that she wanted to have sex with him. But Thaddeus wasn’t the sort of person to dwell on such moments. Meanwhile, Emma smiles, clearly able to detect the sincerity in his voice.
“Alright then. I trust you to handle that as well.”
A silence falls over the room but it’s a comfortable one as they both bask in knowing they have one another’s backs. Of course, the longer they look at each other… well…
“… Since you’re already here, do you-!”
“Yes, let’s.”
Emma rises from her chair even as Thaddeus moves around the desk. By the time she’s standing up, he’s already at her side. They reach for each other at the same time, his hands falling to her hips and her arms wrapping around his neck as she pulls herself up onto her tiptoes in order to press her lips against his.
Even then, it’s a bit of a struggle for her given their difference in heights. Emma isn’t even that short either, but Thaddeus is… well, he is who he is.
Sliding his hands down from her hips to her ass, Thaddeus gives the blonde telepath’s derriere a generous squeeze as he helps her lift up the last half an inch so that kissing him isn’t quite so much of a chore. They swap spit for a few moments like that, their tongues intertwining briefly before Emma finally shifts them around and pushes him down into the chair she’d just vacated.
It creaks slightly under his weight, causing them both to pause for a moment just as the blonde bombshell is getting ready to climb into his lap.
“… Right. Desk then.”
Instead, Emma hops up onto the edge of her own desk and spreads her legs apart, even as Thaddeus stands up, her office chair spared from inevitable destruction for the day.
Snorting in amusement as he slides in between Emma’s legs and hikes up her pencil skirt higher and higher, Thaddeus gives her a grin.
“You know, I already destroyed one desk while having sex today.”
Raising an eyebrow, the blonde shows not even a single hint of jealousy. Her own hands reach down and free his cock from its confines, even as he slides her panties aside and reveals her moistening slit.
Without missing a beat, Emma pushes him against her and Thaddeus takes that as permission to thrust in, causing the blonde’s breath to hitch while she wraps her legs around his waist.
“Well… t-try not to make it two, alright? I’m rather fond of this particular piece of furniture.”
Chuckling at her slightly breathless tone, Thaddeus nods and tones down his strength a fair bit. To be fair, he would never fuck Emma as hard as he’d fucked She-Hulk anyways. While the blonde woman is tough as nails, she’s not THAT tough. Instead, he sets a relatively fast pace, maintaining it even as the desk rocks under them but nothing more.
Emma, for her part, moans and reaches down to free her breasts from the confines of her blouse next. She pulls down her bra, letting her tits bounce free and offering them up for Thaddeus to feast upon. Raising one hand to grasp one of her tits, Thaddeus moves his mouth to the other, causing her to arch her back while leaning backwards as she moans all the more wantonly.
PLAP! PLAP! PLAP!
Flesh slapping against flesh fills the office space as they have a little fun together. Perhaps it wasn’t the point of this meeting, but it wasn’t like they were going to pass up such an opportunity. In the end, Thaddeus makes sure Emma cums at least twice for him before finally tipping over the edge and cumming as well. He grunts as he empties his balls, and Emma groans even as they both feel the effects of his mutation activate like usual.
The surge of power is nice, but the actual boost to their telepathy at this point feels almost negligible in comparison to back at the start. Still, they must have fucked dozens of times at this point, so it was to be expected.
As if reading his mind (heh) Emma smiles as she looks at him with a lidded gaze.
“You know, before I met you… seeing Jean Grey seemingly back to life would have scared me a little bit. She was apparently quite strong. Now though? After putting Tessa in her place, I feel quite good about my chances of handling most other telepaths. And that’s thanks to you. So thank you, Thaddeus. For everything~”
Caught off guard a little bit by the heartfelt tone and earnest words, Thaddeus blushes… but he also smiles as he pulls out of Emma’s freshly fucked quim and lets the beautiful businesswoman start fixing up her clothes.
“It’s my pleasure Emma, quite literally. And thank you for everything you’ve done for me as well.”
She smiles and nods, and after a few more moments they part ways. Funny, Thaddeus had gone into his meeting with Emma thinking that he might have damaged their relationship… instead, he came away feeling like it was stronger than ever.
-x-X-x-
The next day… nothing happens because Thaddeus has his other classes and the Monday block doesn’t meet again until Wednesday. But the day after Tuesday is, as a matter of fact, Wednesday. And so, having arranged for She-Hulk to meet with Emma today yesterday, Thaddeus returns to his Monday-Wednesday-Friday block of university classes for one reason and one reason only… to blow up Madelyne Pryor’s spot and tell Storm that her wayward and supposedly dead teammate might be operating right under her nose. Of course, this time around…
“Huh. That IS Jean Grey… either that or someone who looks exactly like her. There’s a painting of Jean up in the Institute’s main hall in remembrance of her. The resemblance is uncanny.”
Thaddeus hums in acknowledgment as he sits in his Biology Class with Cessily hidden just beneath his clothes. She’d originally wanted to pretend to be his clothing altogether, but that seemed like a potential recipe for disaster. Instead, she was with him all the same, matching his skin color so perfectly that you would have to study him from inches away for several moments to realize something was up.
Just his luck, everyone was treating him like the plague this morning. Supposedly, word of the incident in Criminal Studies had spread around the university and nobody wanted to involve themselves with the current social pariah who apparently had a thing against She-Hulk of all people. Was he misogynistic? Did he just hate powered people? Everyone had their theories but nobody was brave enough to just ask him outright.
It worked for Thaddeus though. He knew he was supposed to be gaining some fame as a college football star and everything and maybe use that to become some sort of celebrity or influencer for after college if he didn’t wind up going into the NFL and playing professionally… but honestly, with everything happening, he couldn’t be bothered to worry about all of that right now.
He would deal with his public image later, once he’d figured out all of the schemes regarding his new ‘professors’. To be fair… he was already halfway through. Storm was here to continue to offer out the X-Men’s hand in friendship and She-Hulk was here to investigate Hellfire.
That just left Madelyne Pryor, aka maybe Jean Grey back from the dead… and Shu Wong, if that even was her real name (it probably wasn’t.). Carefully, Thaddeus lifts up his phone just out of view and takes a few pictures of the woman for Storm’s perusal later. He makes sure to get plenty of good angles too before tucking it back away.
All in all, having Cessily confirm the similarities between Professor Pryor and Grey was good before he went and potentially made an ass of himself in front of Professor Munroe. Otherwise though, Biology is rather uneventful. Not boring mind you, not with someone as beautiful as Pryor giving the lecture, but still… nothing much happens aside from maybe Madelyne through Thaddeus a few curious glances throughout her talk. Or maybe he was just imagining them, who could say?
Likewise, Math with Professor ‘Shu Wong’ was also uneventful. Thaddeus didn’t believe for a second that she wasn’t here for him, but a very tiny part of him was forced to acknowledge that there WAS a chance, however slim, that it was all a coincidence and his previous Math Professor really did have to step down and was replaced by someone who was completely unrelated to him.
Except no, because Thaddeus had already checked and knew that this Shu Wong woman had training against psychics such as himself. And that’s just one bridge too far for him to accept.
Unfortunately, Cessily doesn’t recognize Shu Wong from a painting like she did Madelyne Pryor. That at least confirms the Asian woman is not likely to be connected to the X-Men… but Thaddeus pretty much already knew that.
Finally, they reach Storm’s classroom. Thaddeus has contemplated whether or not to tell Munroe what he knows before class starts, but in the end he’s decided to wait until after. It’s just more polite, in the end. Plus…
“Hot mama. Storm looks AMAZING dressed up as a serious professor. You should totally fuck her.”
The eye candy WAS appreciable. Thaddeus holds back the urge to snort at Cessily’s words, even as he slowly shakes his head. Cessily whines a moment later.
“What?! Why not?”
Opening up his notebook, he jots down a quick ‘already got rejected’, not wanting to be caught whispering to himself when he already had some amount of negative attention on him. There’s a momentary pause as Cessily reads those words before letting out a chortle just for him right into his ear.
“Oh-ho, so you tried and she turned you down. Woooow… has that ever happened to you before?”
Alright, the teasing was just plain unnecessary. Still, Thaddeus can’t help the grin that spreads across his face. Sure, it was all at his expense… but it WAS pretty funny.
“Mister Cummings. Please stay for a moment after class.”
Of course, that smile is wiped away when Ororo calls him out directly right before the lecture is over. His eyes narrow because… well, he was already planning on staying behind to talk to her, so this was fine. But on the other side of things, it really didn’t do anything good for his image if the multicultural studies teacher wanted to have a ‘talk’ with him two days after he was accused of being some sort of bigot.
Fuck it, he’d worry about it later. For now, Thaddeus walks up to Storm’s desk as the class ends and raises an eyebrow at her. He’ll let her have the first word before he completely rocks her world and- no. Too horny.
Looking up at him with amusement, Ororo crosses her arms over her substantial chest and leans back in her chair in amusement.
“So I heard there was an incident on Monday. The rumor mill can’t seem to decide whether you’re misogynistic or hate powered people. Given what I know… is there something you want to tell me?”
Thaddeus just snorts.
“I assume you know the ‘incident’ in question was me having a particularly loud and dismayed reaction to the presence of She-Hulk, yes?”
Storm inclines her head in acknowledgment.
“Well, it might surprise you to know that Monday was not She-Hulk and I’s first meeting. We’ve worked together in the past on some things. Seeing her in this environment was just a shock… especially after my other three classes for the day had all seen their Professors replaced without warning.”
That, he’s pleased to note, gets her attention. Ororo freezes up, her eyes narrowing as her lips curl down into a frown.
“Excuse me? All three?”
Nodding, Thaddeus shrugs.
“That’s right. My morning Biology Class is now taught by one Professor Madelyne Pryor. My Math Class is now taught by one Professor Shu Wong.”
Here, he watches her reaction closely to see if she recognizes either name. From what he can tell… she doesn’t. As she falls into a contemplative silence, Thaddeus goes for the kill and pulls out his phone, navigating to the gallery and the numerous pictures of Madelyne Pryor he’d taken earlier that day.
“The interesting thing though is that I have it on good authority that Madelyne in particular is… familiar to you and your colleagues. Here, see for yourself.”
Brow furrowing, Storm reaches out and takes the phone from him, looking carefully at the picture on the screen. Then, finally, Thaddeus gets the reaction he’s looking for. The beautiful black mutant’s eyes go wide and she brings the phone closer to her face before hurriedly beginning to swipe through the pictures he took.
“Wha… this is… but that’s not possible…”
“They were all taken this morning, in a university lecture hall just like this one. I don’t have a reason to lie to you, Storm… not when you can literally get up and walk across campus to her office right now if you really wanted to.”
She might very well do that, Thaddeus thinks to himself as he watches her carefully. Storm seems shocked, confused, and not nearly as happy or excited as he might have thought she would be. The question became… what was she going to do next?
