I thought I'd memorized the notable experts pretty well, but I never expected Hecate to be a Master.

I don’t remember exactly when, but there was a time Hecate bragged to Mea that becoming an Expert was simple if you really wanted it, so I assumed Hecate was at the Expert level. If Hecate was actually a Master, she wouldn’t have been bragging about someone else's skills but her own.
