The Unremarkable Life Of Michael d Gratts
"Chapter One: The Unremarkable Life of Michael D Gratts
I'm Michael, the world's brokest sod, still living with my mom at 21. Zero close friends, zero romantic history – yeah, it's a real party. And to top it off, I have a sweet tooth, which has led to a slight (okay, noticeable) paunch. Don't judge me, perfect people; I've been too busy to visit a gym.
Born third in a good but exhausting family, I've got a little brother who's probably learned more from Google than from me. My oldest sister is a genius (in my books, at least) – she's crushing it in the UK, working on her master's. Then there's my older brother, a lovable but uptight perfectionist. And me? I'm the enemy of the universe, or so it feels.
Let's get this straight: I'm not asking for sympathy or admiration. This is just my life – unremarkable, unapologetic, and occasionally ugly."
What do you think?
