Chapter 4: Chapter 4: No one has ever dared to deceive him!

Gu Beicheng was on the verge of collapsing.

Xia Yinian knew he was in pain, also because he was willing to allow her three minutes to "take a bath," she inexplicably felt a touch of fondness toward this man.

He seemed... not that barbaric after all, just truly on the brink of a mental breakdown.

But, she couldn't just give up her innocence out of sympathy for his plight!

So, once she entered the bathroom and turned the faucet to its maximum, she quickly put on the man's shirt to the loud noise of the falling water.

He truly was tall; the shirt hem almost touched her knees when she wore it.

But she dared not dawdle; after getting dressed, she immediately opened the only window in the bathroom.

It was a very small window, one that a slightly larger person could never fit through.

But Xia Yinian's frame was naturally petite, fitting through was no problem for her at all.

She cautiously crawled out of the window, not daring to glance below, took a deep breath, and clung desperately to the water pipe as she climbed down...

Three minutes went by in a flash!

Even though Gu Beicheng was semi out of control now, his sense of time was still very precise.

Three minutes had passed, and the girl had not come out.

He suddenly stood up, walked to the bathroom door and said discontentedly, "If you don't come out, I'm breaking the door."

There was no response from inside; Gu Beicheng's brows slightly furrowed, and suddenly, he kicked out.

It was an effortless kick, yet the sturdy door immediately crashed down.

Just as he expected, the bathroom was deserted, the window wide open, the girl's figure long gone.

That girl, she dared to deceive him!

No one had ever dared to play him! That girl must have a death wish!

The bodyguards stationed outside heard the noise of the kick and immediately burst in, only to see Seventh Young Master standing at the bathroom door, engulfed in fury.

"Seventh Young Master, you..." Chi He surveyed the room and asked, trembling, "The girl..."

"She's escaped!" Gu Beicheng closed his eyes for a moment; his body still radiated an unbearable heat, but his eyes at that moment were as cold as Shura's from hell: "Find her!"

"Yes! I'll have someone check immediately!" Chi He pulled out his phone and hurriedly began to give orders.

In the bathroom, the showerhead continued to pour out water. Gu Beicheng strode forward and stood under the cold water.

The lights seemed like they were intentionally waiting for her!
