Chapter 904 Exploit
Villain Ch 904. Exploit
Their red eyes glowed with an unnerving intensity, and their movements were single-minded and relentless. It was as if they were drawn to him by an irresistible force, ignoring all other targets.
Zoe, seeing one of the creatures land near her, reacted swiftly. Her tentacles shot out, wrapping around the monster with a tight grip. She pulled, tearing it apart with brutal efficiency. Despite the gruesome display, the other monsters did not waver or shift their focus. They were fixated on Allen, as if he were the sole purpose of their attack.
Shea's expression turned serious as she analyzed the situation. "It seems the stench is used by the mini boss to mark its target. It's like asking others to avenge its defeat."
Allen gritted his teeth, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, I just noticed it." His frustration boiled over as he raised his hand, deciding to unleash a more devastating attack. "Hellfire Rain!" he shouted, and the air above the monsters ignited with fiery fury.
Flames rained down, engulfing the creatures in a blazing inferno. Their shrieks resonated through the cavern. It sounded like a haunting chorus of agony and rage. The fire burned them to a crisp, but even as their bodies were consumed by flames, they continued to charge at Allen with relentless determination.
The sight was unsettling, the monsters' singular focus on him unnerving despite the intense heat and pain they were enduring.@@novelbin@@
Allen clicked his tongue in annoyance, about to summon a barrier to protect himself, but Jane was quicker. Dark energy surged from her hand, forming a barrier just in front of Allen. The burning monsters crashed into it, their charred bodies pressing against the dark shield. Explore more at My Virtual Library Empire
It was a terrifying and strange sight. The monsters, their bodies aflame and writhing in agony, continued to desperately try to break through the barrier. Their red eyes glowed with unbridled fury, their attacks frenzied and uncoordinated. Despite the girls standing nearby, the monsters ignored them completely, focusing all their rage on Allen.
Vivian cast a quick glance at the scene. "This is insane. They're completely ignoring us."
Larissa observed the scene with a mix of awe and horror. "Terrible indeed," she muttered.
In a matter of seconds, Allen's Hellfire Rain had incinerated all the monsters. The game system chimed with a notification of the loot.

Zoe sighed, her eyes scanning the charred remains of the creatures. "So? Do you want to continue or not?" she asked, her voice carrying a hint of exhaustion.
Jane looked at Allen with concern. "If you choose to continue, you will become the only target in the group."
Allen shrugged casually. "It doesn't matter to me."
Alice cringed, shaking her head in disbelief. "To be honest, I wonder whose idea this was? Like… seriously… Make someone smelly and make the group exclude them. Then make the smell attract other monsters and make them as target marker. It's truly terrifying."
Bella chirped in with a grin. "But I think it shouldn't be a problem if the party's aim is mob type monsters. That will even put them at an advantage. More monsters for us."
Alice snorted, a reluctant smile tugging at her lips. "Yeah, you're kinda right."
Allen, his mind racing with strategies, added with a smirk, "Maybe this isn't bad after all. If their attention is on me, then let me be their punching bag. You can attack them more freely."
The group fell into a thoughtful silence for a while, weighing the pros and cons of Allen's proposal.
Zoe's eyes lit up at the idea. "Sounds like a nice plan."
Vivian broke the silence, her voice calm and practical. "If we do this, we need to be coordinated. Allen will be the bait, but we need to ensure he doesn't get overwhelmed."
Jane spoke up, her tone confident. "My barrier should be enough for that."
Allen nodded, reassured. "I also have a barrier, so it shouldn't be a problem."
Shea grinned. "Okay. Let's go!"
They resumed their journey, their formation shifting to accommodate the new strategy. Allen took the lead, becoming the focal point of their group. The girls, positioned behind him, acted as supporters, ready to unleash their skills and spells on any incoming threats.
The atmosphere grew tense as they ventured deeper into the dungeon. The flickering torchlight cast long shadows, and the air remained thick with the stench clinging to Allen. Despite the smell, Allen focused on the task at hand, determined to make their new strategy work.
And just like their analysis, the monsters, wherever they came from and whatever type, all rushed at Allen alone. The smell had marked him as the sole target, driving the creatures into a state of blind rage. What initially annoyed Allen now seemed almost comical as he realized how predictable the monsters' behavior had become.
Despite the nauseating stench, he found himself starting to enjoy the hunt. It was a strategic challenge, and he had to admit, it was quite easy to exploit.
The group moved with a coordinated rhythm. Jane's barrier shimmered around Allen, a protective dome of dark energy that absorbed the initial impact of each wave of monsters. Her skill provided a crucial shield, allowing Allen to focus on offense rather than defense.
With a confident grin, Allen raised his hand and unleashed his Hellfire Rain, the fiery onslaught incinerating the first wave of attackers. Sometimes, he used his Stone Curse or Dark Storm.
Flames erupted from the ceiling, raining down on the monsters clustered around him. The shrieks and screeches of the creatures filled the cavern, their bodies writhing as the fire consumed them. The smell of burning flesh mingled with the already foul stench, creating a nauseating mix, but Allen pushed it aside, concentrating on the fight.
The monsters attacked blindly, their rage making them reckless. They clawed and snapped at the barrier, trying to reach Allen with an almost desperate fury. It made them easier to hit, and Allen took full advantage. Behind him, the girls unleashed their own area skills.
What do you think?
