Chapter 286 Sick wolf
In the training hall, there are a total of four people, three of them generally women and one girl. The three had expectant looks on their faces as they stared seriously ahead at a beautiful young man with white hair and red eyes. However, in this case, the young man had his eyes closed, as if he were in an eternal dream. His concentration was incredibly sharp; with his eyes closed and his legs in a V shape, he had his hands at his sides, fully open. The hall was governed by total silence; the only sound was the young man's breathing.
"Do you think he'll succeed this time?" asked Charlotte with an amused smile. She couldn't hold back the solemn atmosphere any longer and let out a small laugh, almost unable to contain the chuckle that escaped her lips.
"I bet he won't make it!" said Ema with another amused smile. She raised her hand enthusiastically and looked intently at the girls beside her. Charlotte and Lysandra looked at her seriously. They exchanged glances for a moment and hesitated, having previously made a bet with that little demon and lost a significant amount of money. Well, it wasn't entirely their fault—they had a lot of faith in the young man with white hair. "Ehh... are you scared? I'm just an innocent little girl," Ema said, putting on adorable eyes while smiling like a snake ready to strike at any moment.
"Ema, it's not fair! You have a total advantage in this kind of bet," said Charlotte, frowning as she crossed her arms with a pout. What she said was completely true. In this game Ema created, she was the queen. After all, a good wife is supposed to believe completely in her man, right? Well... she hesitated for a moment and glanced at Anthony, who still had his eyes closed. She looked at Lysandra for help; Ema's mocking smile was directed at her.
Sighing, Lysandra also found herself in a difficult situation. She looked at her "student" and wondered when she had turned into a little viper. She still remembered the innocent and sweet girl from a few months ago. She was too pure for the world. Seriously, where did she go wrong? Sadness swept through Lysandra's heart; the girl before was completely different from the girl now. Of course, she was still innocent, but at the same time, she was dangerous, acting sweetly for her benefit. Lysandra pursed her lips and looked at Anthony. In fact, he was the reason Ema had become like this.
"You don't want to bet, big sisters? This girl is disappointed," said Ema with a sad expression as she lowered her head. "I just wanted a little more money," she murmured to herself in dissatisfaction. The two young women rolled their eyes. "We can hear you, you know?" Ema, realizing her mistake, put on a surprised face. "Really? But that doesn't matter now," she pointed at her older brother. "Aren't you going to trust your husband? What a bad example for this girl."
Their expressions turned somber.
Four days ago...
"I want you to be present," said Anthony with an extremely serious expression. He was sitting in a one-seater couch with his elbows on his knees while his fingers intertwined. He had a dark expression; his words were very serious, which surprised the two women.
"Is something wrong?" Lysandra asked, concerned. Normally, Anthony only used that tone in difficult moments. Her heart pounded with fear; she grew anxious seeing Anthony's silence.
"Actually, it's nothing important. I just want to try some things," he lifted his head and smiled. "I want your opinions on what I'm about to do," he shrugged indifferently and lazily leaned back on the sofa. The previous seriousness had completely disappeared.
Bang!
"Why did you hit me, woman?" Anthony asked incredulously as he massaged his head. He clearly felt some deformation forming on his head, a sharp pain resonating in his brain. With a pained expression, he rubbed his head.
"You! Damn it, I thought it was something more serious!" Lysandra said, clenching her fist tightly and looking at him fiercely.
"Oh..." Anthony was surprised and then mockingly smiled. "Seriously, darling, you should take things more lightly," he let out a small laugh.
"Wait! Wait! It was just a joke... Don't be like that," he covered his body, trying to defend himself from Lysandra's blow. In the end, he didn't feel any pain and glanced at her, not lowering his guard. She let out a tired sigh and sat down. "So, what do you want to try?" she asked, massaging her temples. She felt a slight headache from Anthony's antics.@@novelbin@@
He smiled mysteriously, lifting his chin proudly. "I'm going to transform," he said with pride in his voice.
"I want to go too!" Ema's voice came from an entirely unknown place, and with an elegant leap, she stood in the middle of the three. With a poised stance and a wide smile on her lips, she keenly observed the surroundings before looking plaintively at her brother. "I can go too, right, brother?" she asked sweetly, putting on puppy eyes.
Anthony smiled warmly and patted her head, messing up her perfectly styled hair. Ema quickly moved away and glared at him. "Not like that! My hair!" she said with dissatisfaction. She tried to fix it a little with her hands. "You don't know, brother, a woman's hair is precious; you can't touch it so lightly."
"I agree with Ema," said Charlotte.
"I agree too," said Lysandra.
Anthony looked at the three, who were staring at him with disdain, and felt a little uncomfortable. He coughed a bit, embarrassed. "Anyway... As I was saying, I want you to critique my transformation, that's all."
The three exchanged glances and nodded. "Alright," they said in unison.
In the training hall, the three women watched as a fine darkness emerged from Anthony's body, a thin layer of darkness enveloping him. He closed his eyes, and the place became somber. His body turned completely shadowy, and the darkness that attached itself to his body began to writhe as if it had a life of its own.
After a few moments, Anthony's size began to shrink until he measured only a meter in height. Likewise, he deformed, ending up on all fours. His body underwent a significant transformation.
"Woahhh," Ema said, her eyes wide open. She was surprised for a moment but instantly fell silent.

"What is that..." Lysandra said, her eyes wide open.
"Oh my god," Charlotte covered her mouth with her hands, staring in disbelief.
A trio of eyes looked at the great wolf that was supposed to be, with its beautiful black fur and an imposing height of one meter.
But what their eyes saw was a half-meter wolf with horribly scruffy fur. Its legs trembled violently as it tried hard to stand. Its eyes were sunken, and some drool dripped from its mouth.
The wolf in front of their eyes seemed completely sick and unimpressive.
What do you think?
