Who Said A Necromancer Can't Be A Priest?

Chapter 82: Playing With Fire

Eleanor fidgeted in her place.

She had done it.

She would be Aaran's first.

The mere thought made blood rush to her face. She wondered how Aaran would react to her, and for a moment, he did nothing.

Does he not like me…?

Eleanor was a beauty, she knew that. There wouldn't be a single man who wouldn't feel attracted to her. Yet, Aaran barely showed any reaction to seeing her naked.

After what seemed like an eternity, Aaran took off his shirt. Despite her determination, Eleanor took a step back as he walked toward her. She closed her eyes as Aaran got closer.

Her mind ran wild with thoughts of them exploring each other's bodies in bed. The thought was both exciting and nerve-wracking.

She got goosebumps as Aaran took her hand and then… placed his shirt in them.

Eleanor opened her eyes, looking shocked.

"Wear it, Your Highness, and go back. It's late, and people might misunderstand," he said, walking past her.

"W-What?"

"His Majesty put you up to this, didn't he?" Aaran shrugged, averting his gaze away from her naked form. "You can tell him I don't hold any grudges against him. So please, do not let yourself be used as a pawn."

Eleanor was stunned, but then she got angry, perhaps for the first time in her life.

"You're an idiot!" she yelled, covering up before rushing out.

Aaran sighed in relief but was interrupted the next second. Someone was knocking at the door.

"Who is it now?"

"Um… it's too dark outside," Eleanor said when Aaran opened the door.

"How did you get here, then?"

Since their rooms were next door, no matter how dark or cold it was outside, Eleanor had no reason to be afraid.

"I… asked a maid for help. She also has the key to my room."

Aaran didn't believe that lie for a second. But when he went to check, the door was indeed locked. While he could kick it open, he couldn't let Eleanor sleep in a room with a broken door.

"Alright, let's sleep in my room."

Even in the dark, Aaran could see the smile on Eleanor's face. He knew she had planned it all, but as her fiancé, he couldn't leave her stranded.

However, things didn't proceed as Eleanor had thought.

"Take the couch," Aaran said, giving her a pillow and the thickest blanket.

"Eh?"

"You expected something else?"

Eleanor did expect things to go differently, which included them sleeping with their arms wrapped around each other and maybe something more.

Just like that, Eleanor took the couch while Aaran settled himself in the bed. Minutes passed, and Aaran drifted into sleep, only to be awakened by Eleanor again.

"I-I can't sleep," she said.

For a princess who had slept for years without waking up, Eleanor was sure having problems all of a sudden. Aaran got up without a word, grabbed his pillow, and flopped over on the couch.

"Take the bed."

"…Idiot."

Eleanor clicked her tongue and got under the blanket. All her complaints disappeared when she got a whiff of Aaran's lingering smell from the blankets.

The thought of sleeping in Aaran's bed before Seraphina gave her a sense of triumph. Instead of being content with it, it only served as fuel for her desire.

Minutes passed, and she encountered another problem.

"Um…"

Aaran took a deep breath and got up.

"How can I serve you, my lady?"

"…I can't sleep without hugging my body pillow."

"There. Are. Seven. Pillows. On. The. Bed."

"They aren't big enough."

Aaran was exhausted.

It was his last night in Velrune, but no matter what he did, he couldn't get a good night's sleep. Frustrated, he finally gave up and threw himself onto the bed. At this point, sleep mattered more than his pride.

Eleanor didn't complain and joined him. Her heart kept pounding as she lay beside Aaran. All the bravado she had moments ago disappeared as she stole glances at her fiancé.

The next moment, Aaran turned his back towards her. Eleanor felt insulted, but she didn't give up. She hugged him from behind; her face resting on his back.

For a moment, she expected Aaran to push her away, but he didn't. He was too exhausted to care about it anymore.

However, as they lay there, Eleanor's hand slid across his chest. She felt him move briefly before calming down. The more she touched him, the more she wanted to touch him.

First, it was his chest, then his abs, and finally she lowered her hand even more. Her slender fingers slipped through the waistband, hovering just about his mini-me.

"Do you not like me?" she whispered in his ears.

According to her maids, if a man liked a woman's touch, his manhood would react and greet her. Yet, Eleanor couldn't feel a thing as her fingers slipped into his pants.

She didn't know her touch was working just fine. It was Aaran's determination that was keeping his manhood in check.

"Eleanor, can you stop—?" Aaran asked, holding her arm. Explore more adventures at My Virtual Library Empire

He expected her to shy away. Instead, she grabbed his arm and jumped on top of him.

"NO!" she yelled, pinning his arms to the side. "I've had enough of your rejections."

Aaran was taken aback for a moment, stunned after seeing such a fierce side of hers.

"Tonight, I'll make you mine. No matter what! I have waited years for this. But not anymore."

"Eleanor, let's calm—!"

Before Aaran could finish his sentence, Eleanor had already gotten rid of his pants. She also got rid of her shirt and placed Aaran's hands on her chest.

"My heart is raging inside, yet yours is as calm as a pond. Don't you feel anything for me? You're my fiance, for god's sake!"

Eleanor exploded when Aaran remained quiet.

"Go on! Say something!"

The next moment, Aaran grabbed her by the waist and flipped her over. The sudden turn in the situation took her by surprise.

"Remember…you wanted this," Aaran mumbled, before leaning in.

"Wait—Hm…"

Eleanor wanted to say something, but it was too late. Aaran kissed her, his hand fondling her breasts like she wanted him to do.

Eleanor wanted it, but it wasn't going to be a peaceful night for her.
