"If I didn't come, you guys would really be dead!" Shen Mochen, without hesitation, grabbed Han Muxue with one hand and Xiao Xingshuang with the other, immediately replenishing their superpowers.

"Has his conscience finally kicked in? You think you're a hero? Do you think this makes you not a perverted creep anymore?" While Han Muxue was regaining her almost depleted superpowers, she continued to curse him nonstop.

"Don't flatter yourself here. My girlfriend and my most respected captain are here; I'm here to save them!" Shen Mochen nodded toward Liu Chaoyan, "I brought all the remaining Amplifiers, they're in my pocket, take them."

"You can't save a damn thing! Playing the good guy now! How come you didn't think of Xia Qingrou when you were secretly licking other women's panties!"

"Which of your eyes saw me licking Xiao Xingshuang's panties? I'm fully powering you up now, less talk, hurry up and max out the gravity!"

"Humph, do you think I need you to tell me that, moron? It's already at the max!"

"Then why is this monster not affected at all!"

Shen Mochen was shocked as he watched the monster battling the giant in front of him. The adversary was more than two hundred meters away from the group, well within Han Muxue's Domain, yet despite the creature's agile movements as it forced the giant into a constant retreat, it seemed utterly unaffected by the intensified gravity.

He scrutinized the monster, which resembled a colossal beetle but with robust limbs, similar to the creature "Superbidamon" in the Digimon series. Standing under five meters tall, it was relatively short even among F-ranked monsters, but even from a distance, its terrifying presence was palpable.

It spat lightning at the giant, relentlessly bombarding it into repeated defeat. Despite wielding weapons from its six arms and three heads, the giant was unarmed yet no match for the monster.

Liu Chaoyan pulled all of the Amplifiers from Shen Mochen's pocket, her face painted with regret, "You shouldn't have come."

"I'm already here; it's too late for that now," Shen Mochen said. "Has Xiao Xingshuang's Amplifier lost its effect? Should we give her another shot?"

"Are you an idiot? Once an Amplifier is used, it quickly generates antibodies, and another shot won't have much effect!" Han Muxue still cursed in anger.

She harbored strong resentments for Shen Mochen's insistence on coming to what she considered a deathwish, ignoring their advice.

"Give me another one!" Xiao Xingshuang, who hadn't spoken until now, was bleeding from the corner of her mouth and gritted her teeth as she demanded.

Her giant was an energy form, unaffected by gravity. But as she controlled it in battle, she had to invest her entire being, and any damage suffered by the giant was, to some extent, reflected back onto her own body.

A flicker of mercy crossed Liu Chaoyan's eyes, but she didn't hesitate; she quickly injected the Amplifier into Xiao Xingshuang.

Xia Qingrou aimed at the monster, gathering energy. With lips tightly pressed in a mix of sadness and anger, she said, "You're really an idiot, why did you even come? You're useless here!"

"My girlfriend is here, how could I not come?" Shen Mochen replied with a smile.

Han Muxue was astonished, "To think such brave words come from an underwear thief!"

Shen Mochen glowered, "Can we please drop that subject for now? When is backup from above coming?"

"No idea. We never called for help before! Besides, how many people could defeat an A-ranked monster? What are the odds they'd be nearby? They're probably preparing our condolence money as we speak."

"I've been restoring your energy; can we hold it back?"

"If it was that simple, we wouldn't have let you escape!" Xia Qingrou had fully charged and released her shot—an arrow that broke the sound barrier, but the dreadful attack merely staggered the monster, failing even to wound it.

"Now it's all on little Xue's Superpower to create some obstacles; only after Xingshuang used the Amplifier was she able to contend with it for a while. But the effect of the Amplifier will soon wear off, and we won't be able to hold out much longer," Liu Chaoyan explained.

Liu Chaoyan was also under pressure; she had to constantly watch the battlefield between the giant and the monster. Their colossal attacks caused innumerable flying rocks, some of which even broke through Han Muxue's gravity Superpower and hurtled towards the group. It was then Liu Chaoyan's job to repel these projectiles with her telekinesis.

"It's a pity you're going to join your girlfriend in a lovers' death here today," Han Muxue scoffed.

Xia Qingrou pursed her lips and, though largely ineffective, continued to gather energy and attack ceaselessly.

"While it does sound romantic, I still have an immature suggestion," Shen Mochen began as the giant stumbled from the monster'strikes, retreating continuously. He immediately spoke up.
