The next day,

“Mmghh.” Herrick yawned, and Melor groaned in the classroom. As their mouths opened again, a chalk went flying straight into the center of their forehead! It was so fast that it gave them whiplash as their head cocked back, which caused the others to gulp. 

Are they alive? It was so fast like an arrow. 

“Pay attention, you two.” Aidiun could only sigh as he continued to give them a lecture. However, the two were still swaying back and forth as they stared at the wall. What am I going to do with these two? The elf professor could only grab his head. After class, 

“Are you going to be like this?” Keith shook his head at the two. This was not usual: this happened only a few days ago. However, bit by bit, the number of times they dozed off increased. 

“But it’s so boring!” Melor muttered while he pouted. The others shook their heads. It was not surprising since it was these two; they didn't like books or book-related things at all. 

Herrick added, "And I could get the notes from you." Keith was literally a scribe. He could easily get all the information. 

"..." Keith didn't know what to say as he was right. 

While that was happening at the academy, on the island, 

“It’s so nice to stay here and relax.” Long Yueying muttered as she sipped on some tea. 

Yukiko nibbled on a cookie, “Indeed. It’s the best feeling ever.” 

Even after a few days, the two couldn’t stop coming to this island. It was a peaceful atmosphere and serene. 

"I really hope Keith will make a pergola at Cadmus's home." The two lived in the dragon's home. However, it couldn't be compared to this island. 

"I doubt he would really make one after what he did." The two saw the interaction they had with one another. Keith would probably kick him out. 

While they conversed, “Eri! We have to water plants over there now!” Fira quickly instructed Eri.

“Mmhmm!” The little fox girl nodded as she was riding on top of Mir. 

“Po!” The big snowball had gotten huge and started to waddle to the new place. With no one there, Mir didn't need to hold back his size. The other spirits followed them. It was an adorable scene where they were all working with one another as they tended to the plants. 

Long Yueying and Yukiko only smiled as they stared at her. “It feels like my child.” It brought quite a soothing sensation as they watched Eri work. They were talking to her from time to time. Cautious, but the fox girl was still looking at it.

“I think that’s because you two are fox people. Don’t think like that.” Long Yueying sighed as she sipped on her tea. 

“There are fox people outside as well.” Diana came out with a giant plate. 

Long Yueying tilted her head, “What have you prepared for us, Diana?”

“Some cake that I have.” She placed the cake down and then called, “Everyone! Come here and have a snack!”  

“Yay!” The little spirit quickly rushed over with the others. “Let Udine clean your hands first.” The great spirit of water created a giant ball of water. The fox girl knew what to do as she washed her hands. 

The group soon ate the cake. Eri’s expression caused Long Yueying and Yukiko to smile at her as they watched her. Those chubby cheeks were definitely filling up. 

Diana wiped her face gently as she reminded, “Dear, there’s no need for you to eat so fast. No one would take it away from you.” It was natural to her since she was always trying to protect her food on the outside. But it was slowly changing, staying on the island with Keith.

“...Okay.” The little fox girl continued to do so. While they did, Yueying couldn’t help but add, “Didn’t Keith say to cut down on the sweets before?” They swore the child said this. The girls had been eating cookies and other sweets frequently.

But that caused Diana to wave her hand, “There’s no need to worry about that. Unlike the others, I know how to control my eating habits.”

“...” Are you sure?” The two women stared at one another. Besides Cadmus, who ate like a rabid animal all the time, the others ate the same way.

Diana was the third person after Nephele, who ate like a crazed person. It was especially so with sweets.

The dorm mother added, “You guys are also eating so much!” She was not alone; these two instantly became hooked on sweets. 

“Finished,” Eri muttered as she quickly rushed over with Fira and the other animals as they headed over to the side of the island. 

"Don't get too close to it!" Diana warned. But there was no need to do so since the barrier wouldn't allow them to fall off the island.  

"Kay!" They continued to watch what was going on from there. They watched the beautiful sky and the city, looking down. They were utterly mesmerized by this scene.

Diana tilted her head, “Maybe Keith should bring her outside.” From the way she had been staring at the area from the sky, that seemed to be the case. 

"Indeed." Seeing how the tail wiggled back and forth showed how she was excited about this. 

"What has this child been doing before that?" Long Yueying tilted her head.
