The next day, Keith raised his hand into the air as he was ready to leave with the others. But when he was about to, he patted Eri on the head, “Remember to be careful and listen to dorm mother Diana, okay.” 

“Mmhmm.”

“Keith, you’re being too much of a worrywart. As long as Diana is there, you don’t need to worry.” Alfia shook her head. Diana was a great protector that would beat anyone who tried to cause problems. 

Keith sighed, “I know, but I'm still worried about her.” Not worrying was something he couldn't do. Eri was jumping into a new environment. He could tell she was still wary of her surroundings even if she didn't say it. At least she opened up to Fira and the smaller creatures. It may be because they were young; Eri and Lei were the closest to one another.

Mir acted like the big brother in this situation. 

"..." Such a doting father. Carolyn and the others shook their heads. However, it worked for him. 

“Good morning, Keith!” Muriel and the others greeted him with a smile. Keith sighed, “Good morning.”

Long Lihua tilted her head, “What’s with the greeting, superstar?” 

“Please don’t call me that.” It was getting embarrassing now. But the dragon woman continued to laugh, “Haha, aww, is someone shy?” 

“…Don’t make me call Grandma Yueying on you.” He got that woman on speed dial, and it would be something. He knew how brutal Long Yueying was in training for this dragon woman. 

“Hey! Why are you bringing the ancestor into this?” But then she realized, "There's no-" How was this possible? There was no way Long Yueying could instantly come here! 

"She's right behind you." 

"!" Long Lihua jolted upwards and quickly turned her head to see no one there. Quickly glancing backward, the man had a grin.

"Keith!"

“That’s what I thought.” He sat down, and that was when Ayaka questioned, “You didn’t bring the girl with you?” 

“Hmm? Eri? I don’t think it would be good.” To bring her here? It would definitely be a lot of information going through her.

“…I see.”

“You’ve been acting really odd.” There was a peculiar incident: Ayaka stared at Eri occasionally when she came to the island.

This was weird since it was her, as she was aloof. When it came to Eri, she became even more so. Keith could only shake his head as class started. But when this happened. 

"Hah," Keith looked over to see the lion sighing as he stared at the board. 

Magic class. That was when Keith and the others sparred with one another.

However, Keith wasn't focused. He was sitting by himself and started to focus on his water magic. He had taken a deep breath as he continued to channel his water magic. While he did, I needed to think of a way to use water magic. That was something he was going to do. What is water magic?

“Hah.”

“Keith! There’s a giant water bubble on top of your head!” The others pointed as they saw a giant ball of water floating on top of him. Before, they just said something that caused

Pop. The water ball popped, and it splashed on everyone! “Keith!” “Dude!” Keith scratched his head, “Sorry about that. I didn’t control my mana.”

“You idiot!” Keith was getting chewed out; some ladies dashed out while the men kept shaking their heads.

“Come on, guys. I said I was sorry.” Keith scratched his head while the others were going to do so. There were towels on their faces. Long Lihua’s eyes narrowed, “Are you kidding me? Why did you make such a big ball?”

“I was lost in thought.” His mind was traced off as he thought about it.

“….What would happen if it was fire magic?" That was something they all didn’t want to find out. 

Just the thought was enough made them shiver. It would have burned all of them. Herrick crunched his knuckles, “Don’t you think we should prevent something like that?" Who knows when Keith would space out again?!

However, Keith raised his hand,  “Are you guys going to attack me when I have this here?” He had raised his lunchbox…if anything was going to happen to him, it would be a problem. Herrick and Melor instantly died down, “We forgive you!”

“Alright, let’s get some food.” Food would always change everything. Long Lihua opened it up, “What’s inside it?”

“In one box, you have some meat and other assortments. The last one, you have a potato assortment.”

There were 5 different ways he cooked potatoes. As they savored each one, their bodies swayed with happiness.

“Keith, just keep this up!” Strong and steady! There was one constant and that was his cooking! It shall never fade! While they savoured the food, Keith muttered, “These days are the best.”
