A Madman in Love

Chapter 37

“Too precious…”

Seo Jaehee’s sweet words sank into Suin’s heart.

For a fleeting moment, she felt overwhelmed by his tenderness, touched by the considerate side of a man she had always thought of as unrelenting.

But then—

“Still, it’s a little regretful…”

With a deft movement, his face disappeared from her line of sight.

The next moment, her blouse and bra were unceremoniously pushed up, and the searing heat of his mouth claimed her chest.

“Ah!”

Suin gasped, instinctively grabbing his shoulders.

“Se-Seo Jaehee…!”

Her heels lifted off the ground as her body trembled, caught completely off guard.

Jaehee, his casted arm firmly wrapped around her waist, drank in her scent as his lips greedily explored her soft skin. His mouth latched onto her sensitive flesh with relentless fervor.

“Ahhh…”

Suin bit her lip, trying desperately to stifle her voice.

She was terrified that her sounds might escape into the hallway outside the hotel room.

Slurp. Slurp.

As if enjoying her sensitive reactions, his lips and tongue grew more insistent, teasing her mercilessly. Her skin, now slick with saliva, was flushed and swollen, her hardened peaks disappearing into the heat of his mouth.

“Ahhh…”

Her mind began to blur, overwhelmed by the relentless sensations.

His touch was voracious, his movements deliberate and consuming. He licked, bit, and sucked as if he intended to devour her whole.

The pleasure racing along her spine twisted her body, leaving her weightless and unsteady.

Her tightly shut eyes fluttered open, the blurred glow of the ceiling light above flickering like a dream. The sensor light continued its erratic dance, snapping her back to reality.

“I’ll take my time devouring you.”

His earlier words came rushing back, and the trap became clear.

This man… he’s planning to consume me like this…

Jaehee was nothing if not direct. He never hid his desires.

He used his mouth, his hands, and even his body—pressing against her with a force that left no room for misunderstanding.

Everywhere he touched her, he left her reeling, his insatiable hunger an unspoken challenge.

Her lip caught between her teeth, Suin fought to steady her shaking legs, grounding herself against the tidal wave of sensations.

I shouldn’t have…

Even with his arm in a cast, Jaehee was unstoppable. Without it, she was certain he would’ve stripped her bare and taken her right here.

Not even caring about the door, the hallway, or the people walking beyond it…

And this was her first time.

“Se…”

She tried to speak, her voice trembling with resolve to stop him.

But as if sensing her intention, his lips released her, leaving her flushed and trembling.

Her peak, wet and swollen, throbbed in the sudden cool air. His mouth, still warm, pressed a gentle kiss to the sensitive spot before pulling away entirely.

“This is as far as I’ll go today.”

If only you knew.

Even the way you clench your lips drives me wild.

If only you knew how hard it is for me to hold back when you’re in front of me, so irresistibly lovely.

But Jaehee, against all odds, managed to restrain himself.

Though they were alone, free from interruption, and though her soft skin had driven him to the brink of madness, he stopped himself.

Despite the throbbing ache in his temples and the pulsing heat below, he endured.

Because she was his Lee Suin.

She was too precious to rush.

The most delicious bite, after all, was always saved for last.

Suin, still in a daze, blinked up at him, her chest rising and falling as she struggled to comprehend what had just happened.

The confusion on her face was adorable, and he couldn’t help but smile.

Her disheveled state only made her more irresistible, but he reached out gently, smoothing her crumpled blouse and adjusting her bra.

“Disappointed?”

“N-no way!”

Suin stammered, her cheeks burning as she turned her back to him, hurriedly straightening her clothes.

Jaehee chuckled softly, bending down to retrieve her bag from the floor.

“I’ll take you home. Let’s go.”

“I drove myself,” she muttered, keeping her gaze fixed on the ground as she took the bag from his hands.

As she made a beeline for the door, Jaehee caught her wrist.

“Do you really think I’d let you go alone?”

She glanced up at him, her eyes meeting his.

Knowing there was no point in arguing, Suin sighed in resignation.

“…Just to the parking lot.”

“Alright.”

He agreed easily, though when he tried to take her hand, she quickly pulled it away.

“Hands are off-limits.”

His grin turned mischievous.

“You let me touch your chest, but your hand is off-limits?”

Thwack!

Her shoe connected with his shin before she stormed out of the room, her breaths audible with frustration.

“Ugh!”

Clutching his leg, Jaehee winced, but his playful smile remained as he limped after her.

“Lee Suin!”

But she was already in the elevator, and before he could reach her, the doors closed.

“Sorry…”

He muttered the apology to the unyielding metal doors, knowing full well she wouldn’t hear it.

As the elevator descended, Jaehee chuckled to himself.

Regret was fleeting. The memory of her flustered face and the warmth of her skin lingered, leaving him with a deep sense of satisfaction as he returned to his room.

The heated sensation from Jaehee’s touch lingered long after she reached the café parking lot.

Her body still burned, her heart racing as if it were trying to escape her chest.

She felt warm and damp in places she dared not acknowledge, and her flushed skin betrayed her embarrassment.

“Unbelievable.”

She muttered under her breath, shaking her head as she quickly parked her car and stepped out.

The moment she did, a cheerful voice startled her.

“Suin!”

“Ah!”

Startled, she jumped, her wide eyes meeting the grinning face of Mi-joo.

“Geez, what are you so guilty about? Did you commit a crime or something?”

Suin froze, unable to answer. She did feel guilty, and Mi-joo’s teasing only made it worse.

“How did you know I’d be here?”

“I texted you earlier that I’d be waiting at your mom’s café! You didn’t reply, so I thought we could finally have that drink we missed last time.”

“I’m tired.”

Suin tried to brush her off, but Mi-joo wasn’t having it.

“Don’t tell me Seo Jaehee has been giving you a hard time again!”@@novelbin@@

“What does he have to do with this?”

Her voice shot up instinctively, and her body betrayed her, her still-sensitive chest tingling in response to his name.

Without another word, Suin grabbed Mi-joo by the shoulders and spun her around.

“Not tonight. Go home.”

“Hey, hey!”

Despite Mi-joo’s protests, Suin marched her to the nearest cab and practically shoved her inside.

“Why are you kicking me out?”

“Next time.”

Suin slammed the door shut, ignoring her friend’s indignant cries as the taxi pulled away.

By the time she reached her apartment, she was nearly out of breath.

Her destination was clear: the bathroom.

Without pause, she headed straight for the shower, needing desperately to cool the lingering heat Jaehee had left behind.

The next morning, Baek Ihyeon stepped into the elevator, only to find himself face-to-face with Seo Jaehee and his secretary.

Just as he offered a polite nod, Jaehee’s lips curved into a strange, victorious smile.

“Good morning, Deputy Baek.”

The grin on his face radiated confidence, the kind that sent a chill down Ihyeon’s spine.
