The Elf laughed. “I really didn’t expect us to meet again. It’s almost like fate is playing tricks on us, huh? Ah… at least I didn’t have to wait too long. I’ve been dying to get my revenge on you.”

Vanniez looked slightly confused

"Revenge? Who are you?? Why would you want revenge on me?"

"Ah.. did you forget already? It hasn't even been a full day since we met.”

The elf smirked.

"Well, I guess it's understandable. Looking like this, how could you possibly recognize me?"

Suddenly, black fur began sprouting from the elf’s body, spreading rapidly. Their form started growing larger and larger. Long, dark ears emerged from their head, followed by thick, flowing black fur covering their entire body. Within moments, the elf had completely transformed—into a massive black wolf. Vanniez looked at them and finally remembered.

"You... You're the one I beat before.”

The wild wolf got angry at Vanniez’s words and snapped.

”I didn’t lose! I just wasn’t focusing properly back then!'"

"That's why I, Perogoutis, will teach you a lesson this time for sure.So get ready."

The wild wolf pulled out his two daggers, preparing to attack Vanniez. Before Perogoutis could strike, Vanniez said,

“You’re just a selfish guy, huh? Stealing others' things and eating them. You can’t even take responsibility for your actions” “And that mark on your eye, I feel sorry for it. Are you really one of the Legendary Hunter Wolves?’"

Perogoutis got angry at what he said, but his face showed a mix of frustration and regret.

Perogoutis charged at Vanniez with his daggers in both hands, rushing toward him with lightning speed.

Vanniez then decided to counterattack, quickly pulling back his fist and striking with full power towards Perogoutis. Vanniez's punch landed on Perogoutis, but despite the pain, Perogoutis retaliated with his dagger, aiming to strike Vanniez back. Vanniez quickly dodged again, preparing to strike once more, determined to keep up the momentum.

Perogoutis, determined to stop Vanniez from striking, swiftly grabbed his hand before he could strike and forcefully pushed him away. And then he rushed towards Vanniez and kicked with great speed, sending Vanniez flying into a nearby store. he said, throwing the bomb into the sign, which then exploded with intense force. Perogoutis watched the store burning for a moment and then decided to leave.

As Perogoutis was walking, he was reflecting on his actions. Suddenly, something flew at great speed from behind him and hit him in the back. It was a dagger, and it was Kikui's. Perogoutis groaned in pain and felt a small trickle of blood coming from his back. Kikui had thrown the dagger at him as a warning, not intending to kill him.

"Aren't you the one who is responsible for this bomb explosion?"

Perogoutis looked at Kikui and said angrily, “Do you also want to fight with me??”

Kikui let out a deep sigh and spoke calmly,

“You are not answering my question.”

Perogoutis pulled out his dagger once again and flashed towards Kikui.

“If i say yes, what will you do?”

Kikui looked at him, but before she could strike, Perogoutis suddenly charged with great speed and was hit by a door, flying away. Kikui looked at the burning store where the door had come out, and saw a person coming out from inside. Vanniez emerged from the store with injuries, but strangely, he didn't have any burns. However, his clothes were severely damaged by the fire. Vanniez looked at Kikui but said nothing as he walked towards Perogoutis. Kikui also watched Vanniez and continued to observe him closely.

Perogoutis, weakened by Kikui's earlier dagger wound and the powerful impact from the door, was stumbling. He noticed Vanniez approaching and quickly turned to flee, not looking back. Vanniez watched him run away, but did not follow. Perogoutis' silhouette disappeared, and Kikui looked at Vanniez and said

“Are you going to take responsibility for the bomb explosion?”

After talking with Sero, I decided to continue exploring the city, but after being suddenly startled by the bomb explosion, i quickly ran back to the inn.I quickly ran back to my room and locked the door “Vanniez!” I called out for Vanniez inside the room but realized that Vanniez hadn’t returned yet. “Where the heck is that guy going?” Yota, still scared from the bomb explosion, hid in the room.

James ran away from Rohan and the others, looking for a place to hide in the city. Rohan called for a bit of help and started searching for James.

Somewhere in Carfey Lane city, an elderly elf walked out of his store, looked out at the city, and said.
