Billionaire's Contracted & Unloved Wife

Chapter 222 222

Ariel had a frown on her face as she stood in front of Jace's school, waiting for him to come out so they could go home.

What was making her frown? The man-bear who was hugging her like glue from behind.

"Aiden, we're here to pick up our child, not to prove to toddlers that we love each other," Ariel tapped Aiden's hand on her stomach.

"It's their problem; I'm just loving up my wife and twin princesses," He kissed the side of her neck, not moving away from her.

Ariel sighed, "Um, okay, can you help your wife and go get our son from in there? He's taking so long and I'm not in the best of moods to get in a chat with Jace's chatterbox teacher," She asked him.

Aiden hummed, "Fine, I'll go; I know you want to go away, but I'll be right back before you know it," He walked around in front of her and kissed her lips before walking away.

Ariel sighed again, shaking her head as she smiled slightly.

"I guess I'm stuck with this clingy man forever," She said to herself.

"He loves you,"

"Huh?!" Ariel was slightly startled by the sudden voice and touch behind her shoulder.

She spun around and sighed in relief, "Oh my God, Hi, Bay," She chuckled.

Bay smiled kindly at her, "I'm sorry I scared you, I didn't know I would, I guess the jitter that comes with pregnancy," She placed a gentle hand on Ariel's shoulder.

Ariel subtly moved away from her, she didn't appreciate skinship from people, especially people she didn't know. And something didn't just sit right with her by the way Bay carelessly mentioned her pregnancy.

"It's alright, what are you doing around here? Picking a kid uo, too?" Ariel asked.

Bay shook her head, "No, no, my office building isn't far down the street," She pointed behind her.

Ariel nodded, "Oh? What a coincidence," She chuckled.

Bay looked inside at the school's gate, smiling, "Your little boy goes here?" She questioned.

Ariel nodded, "Yes, he does, his father had just gone to fetch him," She said.

"Ah, too bad the school doesn't allow anyone who's not a parent to visit, I would have loved to go see him during my lunch break one of these days, I'm sure it's also around their playtime, but it's okay, we can still meet up after school sometime, right?" She stared at Ariel.

Ariel cleared her throat, "That's okay, we can always meet sometime for sure," She agreed.

"Oh, I did send an email, but it's yet to be replied," Bay mentioned.

"Really? My bad, I'll check it once I get home; I've been quite busy; my apologies," Ariel smiled apologetically.

Bay shook her head, "No offense taken, I should know better. You're a mom, a wife, and a CEO; it's not easy, don't worry, take your time, I'm always around," she assured.

"Maybe you can wait and say hi to Jace?" Ariel suggested.

Bay shook her head, "No, no. I wouldn't want to keep your husband waiting, you know men, they always feel like you're drawing them back with everything you do," She laughed softly.

"No, not my Aiden; I'm sure he'd love to meet our son's friend; he won't be long; in fact, they should be on their way out by now," She pointed toward the gates.

Bay stepped back, "Ah, I just remembered, I have a meeting; I just stopped to say hi; I'll take my leave now; it was a pleasure to meet you again, Ariel," She, touched Ariel's arm.

Ariel blinked, "Um, then, you should go. Don't keep them waiting; nice seeing you, too," She waved at Bay as she walked away from her, going back to the place she had said her office building was.

"Mummy!" Jace's voice snapped Ariel out of her trance, she immediately turned and hugged her son, who was running toward her with happiness.

"I missed you, Mummy," Jace kissed Ariel's cheek as she lowered herself in front of him.

"Muah! I missed you too," She kissed him back.

"He only said 'hi dad' to me," Aiden mumbled and went to open the car door for Jace.

"True?" Ariel asked.

"No kisses or hugs for Daddy?" Ariel asked.

Jace pouted, "I'm sulking at him; he failed me last night; I haven't forgotten," Jace defiantly folded his arms on his chest.

Ariel gently led him toward the car, giving Aiden a questioning look.

"He did? What did he do?" Ariel asked as she lifted inside the car.

Aiden rolled his eyes and went over to open the front door for Ariel.

"He promised to let me sleep with you both last night, but he locked me out, again," Jace huffed angrily.

Ariel shared a look with Aiden and almost choked on her saliva when she saw the suggestive look Aiden was sending her.

She mouthed 'Stop it' at him and cleared her throat before returning her eyes to her son, "I'm sorry, Dad's sorry, too, he won't do it again, right, Daddy?" Ariel asked with narrowed eyes.

Aiden sighed, "I promise, son, I'm sorry for breaking my promise," He said.

Ariel knew he wasn't sorry at all, he was winking at her as he apologized, his eyes telling her that they were about to repeat what they did last night again.

"Forgiven him?" She patted Jace's head.

Jace shrugged, "Yeah, let's go home, I'm hungry," He replied.

Ariel smiled and nodded, "Let's go, Anna made something you'd like," She closed his door and walked over to the front door that Aiden had opened for her.

"Thank you, honey," She said as she slid into the car.

"Hey!" She suddenly felt his habd on her ass and immediately slapped it away, glaring at him, "Behave," She warned.

Aiden smiled, "I can't," He winked and gently closed the door.

He got in beside her in the driver's seat and drove them home.

They reached and Gregory opened the door for Jace to let him out of the car, "Welcome home, young boss," He greeted Jace.

Jace hopped out of the car and hugged Gregory's leg, "Good afternoon, Gregory. Is Eva in?" Jace asked, excited.

Gregory nodded, "She is," He smiled at the boy.

"Okay, bye," Jace waved and quickly ran inside the house.

"Good afternoon, Ariel, Boss," He bowed to them as they walked toward the house.

"Hi, Greg, Eva's in I guess?" She pointed to the building.

"Yes," Gregory replied.

"You should start addressing her properly, Gregory," Aiden walked over and placed his hand on Ariel's shoulder.

Ariel nudges his stomach, "Stop it, Aiden. It's alright, Greg, just keep addressing me by my name, just as it's been since the beginning," She smiled kindly at him.

Gregory nodded, "Alright, Ariel,"

Aiden was about to say something but Ariel pushed him forward, "Quit being dramatic and get in the house," She kept pushing him until they entered the house.

"Mert Mr upstairs?" Aiden whispered to Ariel as they stood in the living room.

Ariel rolled her eyes, "Maybe... no promises, Mr. Horny, I've got work to do," She pointed to the dining room where Eva was feeding Jace, who still had his school uniform on.

"But he prefers her to bathe him these days, just let them be and come up with me," He whispered.

Ariel chuckled, "You're so delusional. I meant that you're the one to bathe your son while I get back to work with my employee, Eva." She flicked his nose.

"Huh?" Aiden looked totally confused and lost.

"But, baby, it doesn't matter if you don't work, we can use my mo eyes forever and Eva wouldn't mind receiving a salary without working for it, I don't even know now why you hired her I'm the first -"

"Shh," She placed a finger on his lip, "I wouldn't have married you if I knew you talked a lot," She tapped his lips with a frown.

"Kiss it?" He whispered against her finger.

Ariel chuckled, "Go away, Aiden, I can't believe you did that to Jace last night," She raised a brow at him.

Aiden smirked and wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling "But you didn't think about your son when you rode me all night, Moma," he murmured against her ear, his breath hot and teasing. His fingers traced slow, deliberate circles beside her hips, pressing just enough to make her shiver.

"Aiden... you're unbelievable. Get your hands off me," She bit her lips, staring up at his handsome face.

Aiden gave her a sexy smirk, "Get your hands off me, yet you're clinging to me like a lifeline. Pick a side, Moma. Do you want me to get my hands off you or to..." He drew her closer and glued his cheek to hers, "Fuck you?" He whispered sensually.

Ariel drew in a slow breath, her hands held Aiden's arms tightly, she glanced at the dining room and looked back at Aiden, her lower lips between her teeth, "Fuck me," She whispered, smiling naughtily.

Aiden chuckled, "Right choice, Moma," He kissed her lips and led her upstairs.
