And there it was, as I heard the World's Voice, I was able to learn of the new upgrades my Domain obtained, a new guardian!

And if I keep adding more totems, a new ability and even a new theme could appear as well.

Damn, I didn't think it could be done more artificially, I always just thought about relying on the Rank Up itself or on quest rewards.

But maybe modifying the Domain on my own with special techniques and other things is the actual real way to do this!

Hmm, also didn't it say something about my Domain Growth? Yeah, it grew by 1%! So you can grow it like this too… Well, it is still on cooldown, so its better to leave the growth of the Domain on its own for the moment.

Nonetheless, this is pretty good news. Now I want to make as many Totems as possible! It could become a new family activity. I'll ask my daughter, Monica, Gabriel, Katherine, and Kaguya to help out! Ah yeah, also the two Fae, the White and the Black Fae.

And maybe the Druids? Though I don't want to force them to do anything for now, honestly…

"Elayne! I felt several powerful presences! Were those the spirits I summoned?"

As I thought of various things, Mark walked to my side.

"Yeah! You did amazing! I got a new upgrade for the domain and everything!"

I saw his face quickly grow from curiosity to shock.

"Wait, what? Really?! I did that?!"

He couldn't believe it, haha.

"Your idea was actually brilliant, honey!" I held his hands. "The Domain got an upgrade, and we got a new Guardian added, and it said that the more totems we add, the stronger the defenses will become."

"Oh wow!" He said. "So you made a contract with totem spirits? I thought I would be the one doing it… But I suppose you're the owner of the Domain here."

"Yeah… Eh, they demanded a few things though, they weren't doing it for free," I said.

"Demanded? What?" he asked.

"They wanted the fresh blood of a human every full moon!" I said. "It has to be of a virgin girl too."

"W-WHAT?!" He gasped in horror. "Elayne, you accepted that?!"

"Pfff… Hahaha! I'm joking!" I patted his shoulders as I laughed, he was still a bit incredulous.

"A-Ah… what a relief… Uh, spirits can get freaky sometimes you know?" Mark asked. "When I was a kid I used to read a lot of occultism stuff. Like gnomes, big foot, fae and spirits. I remember reading in one magazine that spirits aren't as nice as the movies make them up to be!"

"I mean there are indeed of all types," I nodded. "Well I wonder how you felt when you learned the occult stuff was real though?"

"Ah, it still felt a bit different," he said. "I don't know, but I'm always amazed to see it IRL."

"I can tell!" I giggled. "Anyway, should we go look for everyone else? I don't know what they're up to right now."

"Sure, we could ask them to help us out with the totems," Said Mark, nodding.

We walked through the large garden, which was expanded several times its original size, and reached the other side of my house, where Gabriel, Katherine, and Kaguya were playing video games.

Yes, these three spiritual, supernatural entities were enjoying video games!

My daughter and Monica were there too, apparently they brought the TV to the garden and also a console, and they started playing a Party Game.

"Aww! I lost the star again?!" Gabriel complained. "Katherine why are you stealing the star all the time! Let me have it!"

"Hehe, that's how you play this game Gabriel, you rob the others!" Katherine giggled, while munching on a chocolate bar with peanuts.

"It's mostly all random Gabriel, don't get too mad, you'll get lucky next time," Said Elena with a smile.

"Uuuh… really?" Gabriel wondered, looking a bit pissed. "Ah! I was able to get to the… the golden forest! Coins! Wow so many!"

"Ohohoh! I've gathered yet another star! This game is mine, folks!" Kaguya laughed, waving her fan around with arrogance.

"Not fairrrr!" Katherine groaned, biting the chocolate bar angrily. "A-Ah! M-Master!"

She gasped a bit after seeing me and felt embarrassed.

"Hey, I see all of you are having fun!"
