Destroying My Own World

Chapter 412 A mistake was made.

Aurea used her true form and how it still gave everyone discomfort and trauma whenever they saw it. Her black and white wings turned into muscles and every vein in her body popped out like it was about to explode. Her nails had muscles and veins, she looked nothing like a God, demon, or angel, it was just pure monstrosity.

She appeared in front of Aevia in an instant even though Aevia had countless arms behind her. She tore those arms with her wings and cut the remaining with her sharp and muscular nails. She then made herself bigger and ripped Aevia's body in half, overpowering Aevia's strength.

Everyone was watching from the sides because Aurea requested them to let her release some steam. They could see how equal Aevia and Aurea were in terms of strength after Aevia knew what kind of opponent she was dealing with. The fact that Aurea still hadn't used her [Systematic] power made it even scarier because they had no idea how strong Aurea could be.

Every limb and chuck of flesh that Aevia ripped off of Aurea's body, they regenerated faster than they were being ripped off. Aevia never thought a monstrosity that purely used brute strength could overwhelm her and how Aurea grew stronger the longer the fight was.

At that moment, Aevia realized that each of them had the ability to take on her power, not just Amaryllis. She was cornered and if she had to keep fighting them and used all the timelines she had, she would only have made her future self in trouble.

"Enjoy your time while it lasts," Aevia ripped Aurea's arms as she stared at her.

Aurea roared and grabbed Aevia's head after her arms had regenerated and then pulled her head off. She then pulled off Aevia's arms and stomped on her body until it got mushed into the ground, turning the body into a white light.

Aurea turned back to her normal human body with nothing to cover her naked body. She pulled her hair back as she sighed with relief after letting some steam off, and then Amaryllis put her clothes back on.

"One world down, there are still plenty of them to go. We need to do it quickly," Lyneth said as she realized the plan worked perfectly. "Everyone ready?" She looked at everyone.

They all nodded and then Lyneth snapped her fingers and fast-forwarded the timeline.

Although Aevia died in the past, it didn't affect Aevia in the future since she wasn't bound by time and space. It only made her ability to move from one timeline to another become smaller and shorter. Their plan was to erase Aevia's past from the past until there was nothing left of her. They kept repeating the method from one world to another until Aevia decided to let them kill her. Although it would feel like an eternity, they didn't care and would do it for Mykel's sake. It also made them stronger the more they defeated Aevia since they gained her power and turned it into their own.

The pace became faster and faster, closing the gap between the past and the present. After they could handle different Aevia from different timelines at the same time, they split the team. Sasha sent half her army with Luciel and Jeanne and the other half with Aurea and the remaining people.

It started from one timeline, then two timelines, and now they could handle three timelines, letting Aurea deal with a single timeline on her own. It kept multiplying the moment everyone could handle Aevia on their own, making it a lot faster, and how Sasha's army only needed a few minutes to devour a whole world.

Lyneth watched the timeline within her mind because she had mastered her [Realm Walker] skill. She had become the embodiment of time herself just like Aevia, but the difference was she couldn't predict the future, only manipulate the flow of time.

"Everyone is going strong, and it's only a matter of time until we can help Mykel and Elena," Amaryllis stood behind Lyneth and watched the whirlpools being devoured. "There's one thing that I noticed. Aevia's power seems to be less potent than before, and I'm not sure if it's because of us or because of Mykel and Elena," she added.

"It's Elena. She's risking her life to destroy Aevia's power, and her life is depending on Mykel," Lyneth answered as she watched the realm where Elena and Mykel were.

"I see, so they both are putting their lives on the line and depending on each other," Amaryllis was a bit glad that the situation over there was showing a good result.

"Not for long," Lyneth shook her head. "A single mistake is enough to get them killed. We're not strong enough to get in there to help them, the space they were in, it was filled with Aevia's whole power and it would get us killed immediately," she added.

Amaryllis nodded with understanding since she knew about the difference between the Aevia they were fighting and the Aevia that Mykel and Elena were fighting against. Because of that clash between Elena and Aevia, it sucked all of Aevia's power into that place and turned both Aevia's and Elena's power into that space. With that being said, the Aevia in the past had only a third or even less of the power than Aevia in the present.

"I'll tell everyone to increase their pace..." Amaryllis and then disappeared.

Lyneth looked at the distance and she was deep in thought as she bit her bottom lip in frustration. She couldn't do anything but wish that both Elena and Mykel could survive when they came to help them.

Everyone who heard Mykel's and Elena's situation, and the fact they were only fighting a small fragment of Aevia's power, they were motivated to annihilate everything in front of them. They fought with everything they got because every second mattered and if Mykel and Elena died, they were the only ones to blame.

After countless of worlds had Ben destroyed and devoured, Sasha came to notice the growth within her and her army. She was terrified by the rapid growth of her power, but that fear disappeared whenever she thought about Mykel. The army that was supposed to have a tendency to act on its own since they had the ability to think as they grew stronger, they didn't disobey her commands. She overruled their existence and bound them with her soul like leashes that connected to her body.

"Jeanne, I'll leave her with you. You can command her," Sasha said as she looked at the new whirlpool that appeared in front of them. "I have something to discuss with Lyneth," she continued.

"Alright," Jeanne nodded and entered the whirlpool with the abyss that Sasha lent her.

Lyneth saw Sasha approaching her and with only her [Realm Walker] power, she could see Sasha's thoughts and what had happened to Sasha.

"Yes, you can go ahead and do that," Lyneth said as soon as Sasha approached her. She then snapped her fingers, manipulating the timeline and making a whirlpool appear.

Sasha was shocked because she hadn't asked anything to Lyneth, and yet Lyneth had already given the answer to that. She was a bit scared of the fact that Lyneth read her thoughts and the fact that Lyneth was acting a bit off which made her uncomfortable.

"What are you waiting for? You can go ahead and enter the world to test your power," Lyneth stared into Sasha's eyes as if she knew everything about Sasha with that stare.

Sasha left and didn't look back, and that was when Lyneth realized she was acting cold. Lyneth felt bad and how she read Sasha's thoughts like it was nothing. She was thinking of apologizing once she met Sasha again because she was being rude.

Sasha entered the world and she was so small compared to the universe she was in. She snapped her fingers and that was enough to cover everything in the abyss, and then she clapped her hands, devouring all the planets and stars.

She took a deep breath as the abyss filled the vast universe, and then she reached out her hand at the front. The abyss suddenly moved and broke the realm barrier that separated the two realms. She entered that realm and Aevia was already waiting for her and prepared to fight.

"I should have never spared your life, and those two," Aevia said as she isolated the space around them.

"You should, but you're the one who offered to spare our lives for Mykel. He knew at that moment, you just made the biggest mistake because he knew that we will come back and fuck you up," Sasha answered as she released the abyss that had been accumulated within her. "And this is the proof of the mistake you have made," she broke the space that Aevia made that was supposed to be unbreakable.
