He did not understand how these people rushed inside the house but he would not give up!

The mammies who were guarding the house also came running. However, the three trespassers were really slick.

They did not let themselves be caught.

They rushed to the mer husbands of Yu Dong and Lang who noticed this and understood what was going on. Her eyes widened and she shouted, "Protect the masters!"

These people were not here to steal money or treasures. They were here to steal people!

The mammies also realized what was going on and immediately rushed forward to attack the three people.

They have to capture them or present the heads of these trespassers to Yu Dong when she returns or else they would never be able to raise their heads!

The mammies and Lang were too fixated on saving the mers and completely overlooked the children's room.

"Stop!" One of the women who was running into the house snarled as she stepped out of the room that belonged to the children.

When the others were chasing after the two other trespassers, she snuck inside the room and caught one of the two children.

"If you do not stop now, this little one will die!"

"Feng'er!" Shen Li felt his heart lurch to his throat when he saw his eldest son in the hands of the woman.

Lang's eyes widened she wanted to stop the woman but was stopped instead when the woman placed the knife in her hand against Feng Feng's neck.

"I said stop, you all better stay back or else this child will lose his head," the woman said in a low voice. She then turned to look at Fang Chi and ordered, "You come here or else!"

The dagger in Shen Li raised and fell but he did not know what to do. He turned to look at Fang Chi who was in a daze.

A second later he heard Fang Chi say, "Mu Yuxi! You have gone crazy!" No one expected him to say this, Shen Li and Ye Liu did not recognize the woman as she was wearing a mask.

But how could Fang Chi not remember this woman? When he was young, he dreamed of her and her voice was the greatest solitude for him.

That rough yet smooth voice with a hint of timbre. He knew it too well.

However, he never thought that he would hear that voice at that moment and like this!
