Hoare couldn't understand what was going on in Sirius's heart.
He stepped forward and grabbed Sirius's hand.
Sirius stumbled as he was pulled.
Finally, he was willing to reveal his reddened eyes.
"You—" Sirius began to speak, but before he could finish, he saw Hoare raise his wand and strike his hand hard.
Blood immediately gushed from Sirius's hand.
"I should have just let Sirius do it from the start, since it was going to take a cut anyway," Hoare silently grumbled to himself.
Sirius was stunned for two seconds before he felt the searing pain from the wound on his hand, "Ah!!!"@@novelbin@@
"Using blood as a medium to summon Regulus's body back," Dumbledore observed Hoare's actions and understood what he intended to do next.
The wand gathered a small orb of Sirius's blood, which hovered in the air, spinning slowly.
